Efforts to improve the quality of national education have become a primary agenda for the Indonesian government. However, the implementation of educational policies in Indonesia is not without challenges and dynamics, including political intervention. This study aims to analyze the political intervention of provincial governments in the success of national education in Indonesia. The main focus of this research is to evaluate the extent to which such political interventions affect the quality and equity of education. This study employs a qualitative approach using case study methods in several provinces in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with education stakeholders, policy document analysis, and field observations. The results indicate that political intervention significantly impacts the implementation of educational policies in terms of budgeting, resource distribution, and program execution. However, political intervention is also found to often create conflicts of interest that can hinder the achievement of national education goals. This study concludes that to achieve better educational success, more transparent and accountable policies are needed, as well as strengthened coordination between the central and provincial governments. With strong commitment and appropriate policies, such interventions can bring significant positive changes to the education system, thereby producing a competitive generation ready to face future challenges.

Ethnomatics integrates local culture in mathematics learning. Traditional games become ethnomatic when used as a means of learning mathematics. In the Simalungun area, a traditional margala game competition was held. In the margala game there is an educational element, through the margala game the player's character values can be developed. Margala games can be created to improve understanding of Mathematics subjects, moreover by applying mathematics during the game, the chances of winning the game are greater. Through this research, it can be seen the closeness of mathematics to local culture. This research aims to find strategies to get points when you are on the attacking team and to prevent getting points when you are on the guard team. to win the traditional game of margala, by utilizing concepts in mathematics, namely Geometry and Graphs. The research was carried out through literature study, observation, interviews, field notes and documentation on the players and coaches of the margala team at SMP Negeri 3 Jorlang Hataran and continued by analyzing the data. The use of geometric concepts in traditional margala game strategies, obtained by understanding the concepts of area and perimeter in rectangular shapes related to the length of the player's hand or reach, as well as position on the field can produce an effective strategy for winning the game. Apart from that, by using graph theory you can predict your opponent's movements and find the shortest route and avoid being touched by your opponent.

This research discusses the political intervention of the city government in the implementation of education in urban areas. Political intervention by city governments is often seen as an effort to improve the quality of education, but in practice, this intervention can give rise to various problems and challenges. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach in several cities in Indonesia to explore the impact and implications of political intervention on the education system. The research results show that political intervention can influence education policies, budget allocations, and decision-making processes in schools. Apart from that, this intervention also has an impact on the quality of education received by students and the professionalism of teaching staff. This research concludes that although the intention of political intervention is to improve the education system, its implementation needs to be carried out carefully, considering the possible long-term impacts.

This research is motivated by advances in educational technology to improve the quality of students' learning and the importance of using digital media to make the process of literary learning activities easier to understand. One of the literary lessons that is introduced to students is poetry appreciation. The poetry appreciation learning process requires digital learning media to help students understand, appreciate and assess the content of poetry in the poetry appreciation learning process. This research aims to analyze and explore the need for developing digital learning media for poetry appreciation in class IV elementary schools. This research uses a method, namely a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation sheets, interview guides and content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and exploration of the learning media needs of the two educators, it shows that there are educators who still do not use digital learning media or media that is specific or focused on learning poetry appreciation. It is hoped that further research can reveal learning results from analysis and exploration of the need to develop digital learning media in accordance with the stages of poetry appreciation, including students being able to understand, appreciate and assess the content of the poetry presented.

This research is motivated by the lack of development of teaching media that refers to regional culture, the learning activities and media used have not been able to foster students' motivation to hone critical thinking skills. This study intends to produce LKPD based on local cultural wisdom values of Serang city batik motifs in improving critical thinking skills.this from of research used the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE (Analyzer, design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model development design. Samples were taken using random sampling techniques to collect 33 samples. The research design used one group pretest and posttest. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving critical thinking ability tests, conducting teacher interviews, and student response questionnaires. Student' critical thinking abilities have increased with an N-Gain value of 0,56 which is included in the medium category. The conclusion is that the E-LKPD liveworksheet based on local wisdom can be used as an alternative learning media including an effort to improve students' critical thinking skills on the richness of Indonesian culture material.

This study aims to find out whether the problem-based learning model can stimulate elementary school students' interest in learning Indonesian by helping them to read in the classroom. This study used an experimental method. Students from SDN Dukuh 04 Pagi who were in the second grade participated in this study. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The problem-based learning paradigm is the independent variable in this study, while the reading interest of third grade elementary school students learning Indonesian is the dependent variable. This research was conducted by collecting numerical information or information consisting of all words or sentences, then converting them into numerical information. information collection strategies used questionnaires. Normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test are data analysis procedures from both descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the independent t-test showed that the t-value was 5.608 and the two-sided significance value (2 tailed) was 0.00. According to the findings of this study, students' reading comprehension and their level of interest in primary education can be improved by problem-based learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning with the help of crossword puzzles on student learning outcomes. This model is applied to IPAS lessons, especially social studies to increase interest and understanding in the material of buying and selling activities as a fulfillment of needs through keywords. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study were all fourth grade students of SDN Batu Ampar 02 in the 2023/2024 school year, totaling 126 students. The research sample consisted of 62 students, consisting of two groups where class IV A as the experimental group and class IV D as the control group, each class numbered 31 students. Data on learning outcomes were obtained through pre-test and post-test, tests in the form of multiple choice questions. Data analysis using t-test for independent samples. Based on the research results, hypothesis testing shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected, therefore it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model assisted by crossword puzzles has an influence on the learning outcomes of IPAS on grade IV students at SDN Batu Ampar 02.

If a nation wants to advance and prosper, education is a must. Since a nation's educational level is a good proxy for its overall development, This study aims to shed light on how fourth grade science students may benefit from enhancing their interpersonal intelligence via the use of the team games tournament learning paradigm. Classroom action research is used in this sort of study. Planning, doing, watching, and reflecting are the four pillars of the action intervention design. Field notes, documentation, surveys, and observation were the methods of data gathering. Research tools for students' interpersonal intelligence and measures to evaluate instructor and student activities were among the data sets assessed by researchers using data analysis methods. This study's findings demonstrate that students' interpersonal intelligence is substantially enhanced by the implementation of the TGT paradigm. Data is examined and understood in each cycle via the use of graphs and tables that display the overall outcomes and percentages for that cycle. If the percentage results of the teacher and student observation sheet instruments in using the TGT model during scientific learning achieve a minimum of 80% and 80% of the total students acquire an interpersonal intelligence questionnaire score of 70 or above, then the study is considered successful. According to the data analysis findings, which demonstrated a rise in the proportion of students' and instructors' interpersonal intelligence and the monitoring steps taken, the anticipated goal success indicators were met in cycle II. The fourth graders at SDN Tugu Utara 17 Pagi have a lot of room to grow in their interpersonal intelligence with the help of a TGT-type cooperative learning approach.

Boredom is believed to hinder students' learning abilities. When someone feels bored and lacks enthusiasm in carrying out study assignments, this can cause a condition both mental and physical which is called learning boredom. However, at SDN 42 Pekanbaru, there were students who reported feeling physically, mentally and emotionally tired. The aim of this research is to find out to what extent icebreaking can help grade IV students at SDN 42 Pekanbaru overcome their academic boredom. One Group Pretest Posttest Design is the experimental methodology used in this quantitative research. All class IV participants at SDN 42 Pekanbaru were used as the population. Meanwhile, the sample was 33 students of class IV D at SDN 42 Pekanbaru. Because the population was too large, class IV D was used as a representative research sample. In this research, questionnaires and documentation are the methods used to collect data. Two tests form the testing instrument: one for validity and the other for reliability. The normality test and homogeneity test are analysis requirements tests used with the data analysis approach. Based on research findings, this correlation is demonstrated by a normality test which examines data from student boredom questionnaires. The pre-test and post-test data show significant values of 0.200 and 0.109 respectively above 0.05 which indicates that the pre-test data is significant. Ha accepted his decision. Therefore, the results of the data normality test are distributed regularly. Upon receipt of the icebreaker solution, it is determined that a noteworthy effect has occurred. So that fourth grade students at SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru can overcome learning boredom through Ice Breaking.

The aim of this research is to describe the methods used by teachers at SDN 141 Pekanbaru grade 4 in teaching students who experience learning failure. This research uses the same methodology as previous research, namely qualitative research with a case study approach. Teachers and students were used as the main data sources in this research. In this research, documentation, interviews and observation are the methods used to collect data. There are three steps in data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Research findings show that a number of students experience difficulties in reading, writing and arithmetic. These problems represent specific learning challenges. To overcome this problem, educators must choose acceptable and successful strategies, approaches, methods and teaching and learning procedures that they can use as a guide in implementing learning activities.
