Abstract

This study aims to test the module's effectiveness on student learning outcomes in microteaching courses. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. In this study, the treatment given was using teaching modules on essential teaching skills material. The research took place in the anthropology education study program, faculty of social sciences, State University of Medan. With research subjects totalling 30 students who received microteaching courses in the 2022/2023 academic year. Before getting the treatment, students were given a pretest, and after being given the treatment, a posttest was conducted with 50 questions in the form of objective or multiple-choice questions. The increase in learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. Based on the results of the N-Gain analysis, the average value was 0.41. There was an increase in student learning outcomes after using the microteaching module based on the PjBL (Project Learning) learning model on essential teaching skills material with a moderate category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan permasalahan pendidikan yang muncul ketika pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk menghadapi tantangan era Society 5.0. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk membahas tantangan yang dihadapi guru sekolah dasar di era Society 5.0, pentingnya pengajaran bahasa Indonesia, dan menyusun rencana pendidikan bahasa Indonesia untuk mengatasi kesulitan pengajaran di era Society 5.0. Tantangan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di setiap tingkat kelas berbeda-beda, dan persyaratannya pun berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, mencari solusi terhadap tantangan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia perlu dilakukan penyesuaian pendekatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap jenjang pendidikan. Temuannya menunjukkan bahwa rencana pengajaran harus didasarkan pada seperangkat prinsip yang mencakup perancangan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran atau modul pengajaran, pembuatan media dan sumber pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang efektif, dan penyusunan strategi proses evaluasi pengajaran bahasa Indonesia. Untuk merencanakan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia dan mempersiapkan peserta didik  menghadapi era Society 5.0, perlu bagi guru untuk memasukkan berbagai model, strategi, dan teknik pembelajaran sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang optimal.

Abstract

Analisa dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pengisian Self-Assessment Report (SAR) pendidikan tinggi telah dilaksakanan, dengan kasus pada Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengisian SAR secara tepat waktu yang berdampak pada penjaminan mutu internal pendidikan tinggi. Pengisian target dan evaluasi SAR dilakukan sistemik oleh tim mutu dari level manajemen berjenjang sampai dosen, merupakan penerapan Penetapan - Pelaksanaan– Evaluasi – Pengendalian – Peningkatan (PPEPP) standar pembelajaran. Evaluasi dan analisa dilakukan untuk pengisian SAR tiga tahun dan hasil survey pengukuran persepsi, pemahaman serta pelaksanaan SAR dengan analisa kualitatif, kruskal wallis dan pareto. Dari analisa kualitatif, sebagian besar dosen paham terhadap SAR dan tidak mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaan. Analisa kruskal wallis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pemahaman dan informasi pada level manajemen dan dosen. Dapat disimpulkan faktor terbesar dalam pengisian SAR secara tepat waktu adalah informasi sistem dan pengingat serta koordinasi yang baik pada semua level manajemen mutu.

Abstract

In order for students to have good religious and moral values, cultivation of moral and religious values is very important given from early so that when students move into higher levels already have the knowledge and experience that they gained at the time of preschool age. This study aims to find out the methods of teachers in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood at kindergarten in the city of Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study involving 10 teachers of kindergarten in the city of Surakarta. Data analysis uses descripative qualitational analysis that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawings. The results of the research showed that the methods of teachers in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood in the kindergarten in the city of Surakarta have been very good, effective and performed optimally. The teacher's method of instilling religious and moral values in early childhood is by telling stories, demonstrating, practicing, playing and singing.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' creative thinking abilities in terms of learning styles and to describe the factors that influence creative thinking abilities in terms of learning styles in the science material on changes in the shape of objects in class IV. This research method is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were all class IV of SDN 88 Singkawang which consisted of creative thinking abilities in terms of learning style, namely students with a visual learning style were able to carry out all indicators well and had an average of 63.04 with medium criteria, students with an auditory learning style able to carry out all indicators well and have an average of 54.34 with low criteria, students with a reading learning style are able to carry out all indicators well and have an average of 55.43 with low criteria, students with a kinesthetic learning style are able to carry out all indicators well and has an average of 76.80 with high criteria. The data collection technique used is. The data analysis technique consists of stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the research results it can be concluded that: students with high creative thinking abilities have a kinesthetic learning style, students with moderate creative thinking abilities have a moderate learning style, have a visual learning style, students with low creative thinking abilities have an auditory and reading learning style.

Abstract

Observation results show that teachers can carry out initial assessments but have not been able to design learning strategies that suit students' learning needs. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research regarding teacher readiness in implementing differentiated learning to improve students' numeracy abilities. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that presents conclusions based on statistical presentation. This research was carried out by surveying 16 elementary/MI schools in North Batukliang, Pujut, and Batukliang Districts which are target schools for the SAC (All Smart Children) program from INOVASI. The research subjects were 32 SD/MI teachers consisting of 2 teachers in each educational unit, namely class I and IV teachers who had implemented the principles of an independent curriculum in learning. The results of the research show that elementary/MI teachers in Central Lombok are ready and able to carry out differentiated learning that focuses on improving students' numeracy skills but still requires improvement in several aspects of each achievement indicator that has been determined.

Abstract

One of the demands of teachers in Generation Z is being able to have digital literacy content that supports their functions and work. There is no research related to the influence of gender, age, and socioeconomic status on digital literacy competency teachers in Singkawang City. This study aims to review whether there are significant differences in teachers' digital literacy abilities in terms of gender, socioeconomic status aspects of those who are able, moderate, or poor, and the age of teachers in different generations. This research method includes the descriptive quantitative inferential survey method. The number of volunteer respondents as research subjects was 200 teachers from 50 elementary and junior high schools who taught in Singkawang City and were selected by the voluntary response sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument for teachers that contained 17 items that had been proven valid. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test for gender and the Kruskal-Wallish H test for age and socioeconomic status. The results showed that (1) the significance value was 0.063 > 0.005, which did not show a significant difference between teachers' digital literacy skills based on gender; (2) the significance value was 0.075 > 0.05, meaning that there was no difference in teachers' digital literacy seen from socioeconomic status (able, moderate, and underprivileged); and (3) the significance value is 0.106 > 0.05, indicating that there is no difference between teachers whose age includes the baby boomers generation, generation X, and the millennial generation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Penerimaan orang tua terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus; 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penerimaan orang tua terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Unit Layanan Disabilitas dan Pendidikan Transisi (ULD-PT) Kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian  fenomenologi. Pemilihan subjek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “purposive sampling”, dengan jumlah subjek 6 orang. Adapun teknik yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi, instrumen penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara dan pedoman observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Miles and Huberman, untuk menguji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan orang tua di ULD-PT kota Singkawang sudah dapat menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus dan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan orang tua terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di ULD-PT kota Singkawang yaitu; konsep “anak idaman”, interaksi orang tua dengan tenaga ahli, dukungan sosial, tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan tingkat ekonomi atau kemampuan keuangan keluarga.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang belum bervariasi yang membuat proses pembelajaran kurang menarik perhatian siswa terutama materi ekosistem pembelajaran IPA. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengembangkan e-modul flipbook berbasis karakter pada materi ekosistem kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul flipbook berbasis karakter pada materi ekosistem kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin and Peck dengan 3 fase, yaitu 1) fase analisis kebutuhan, 2) fase desain, dan 3) fase pengembangan dan implementasi. Kevalidan e-modul flipbook berbasis karakter dinilai oleh tiga ahli pada tahap expert review yaitu ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil analisis dari penilaian para ahli yaitu rata-rata 90% dengan kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan data angket. Untuk kepraktisan diperoleh dari respon siswa pada tahap one-to-one memperoleh nilai rata-rata 93% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan pada tahap small group memperoleh nilai rata-rata 98% dengan kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan data angket. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul flipbook berbasis karakter termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat valid dan sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam Pendidikan khususnya sekolah dan guru dan juga peneliti dapat menjadi rujukan dan penelitian lanjutan, yaitu efektivitas dari produk tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap peningkatan literasi sains siswa di kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain true-eksperimental dengan rancangan post-test only control group. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas V SD 84 Singkawang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model discovery learning, sedangkan kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen rata-rata 65 dan kelompok kontrol dengan rata-rata sebersar 57. Hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen yang dibelajarkan dengan model discovery learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok kontrol yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung.
