Abstract

Leadership style and work stress are one of the factors that cause optimal or not optimal employee work. On the other hand, organizations need a good leadership style and minimize work stress in employees, both of which aim to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of influence of leadership style and work stress on the work productivity of employees in the Product Creation Center at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that describes variables as they are supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. The population in this study were all employees in the Product Creation Center at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 73 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was the simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, leadership style significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Product Creation Center section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (5.894 > 1.994) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work stress significantly influences the work productivity of employees in the Product Creation Center section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (4.112 > 1.994) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, leadership style and work environment significantly influence the work productivity of employees in the Product Creation Center section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by Fcount> Ftable (101.795>3.13) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership style and work stress, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Product Creation Center section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work discipline and communication management simultaneously have on employee performance in the Computer Stitching Central section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of the Computer Stitching Central section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 61 respondents.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work discipline significantly influences employee performance in the Computer Stitching Central section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency (2) Partially, communication managmenet significantly influences employee performance in the Computer Stitching Central section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and communication management significantly influence employee performance in the Computer Stitching Central section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang RegencyBased on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and communication management, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee performance in the Computer Stitching Central section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The research entitled The Influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia at KCP Cikupa Tangerang is motivated by the importance of motivation and compensation in influencing employee job satisfaction. The research aims to determine the influence of motivation and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 24 employees. The method used was quantitative with primary data collection through questionnaires and secondary data from relevant books and journals and company documentation. The results of the study showed that motivation did not have a significant effect partially, while compensation had a significant effect partially. Simultaneously, both had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of promotional intensity, lifestyle, and ease of access on online loan purchase decisions among residents of Pondok Benda Village, South Tangerang City. Online loans have become a popular financing alternative due to their fast process, easy requirements, and high accessibility. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire measuring promotional intensity, lifestyle, ease of access, and purchase decisions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that promotional intensity, lifestyle, and ease of access, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on online loan purchase decisions. These findings suggest that marketing strategies, urban consumption patterns, and technological convenience are key drivers in the decision to use online loan services. Based on these results, it is recommended that fintech service providers pay attention to consumer education and promotional ethics to create a healthy and sustainable digital financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Abstract This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) examines the role of Digital Dynamic Marketing Capabilities (DDMC) in advancing green Hospitality within emerging countries, addressing a critical gap at the intersection of digital innovation and sustainability. Guided by the dynamic capabilities framework, the study synthesizes 42 peer-reviewed studies from 2010 to 2025, sourced from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science digital infrastructure. Barriers, such as financial constraints and digital literacy gaps, pose challenges, particularly in rural areas. Outcomes encompass reduced carbon footprints, cost efficiencies, and improved customer loyalty, though benefits vary by context. The study contributes to dynamic capabilities theory by highlighting contextual moderators in emerging economies and offers practical insights for hospitality managers to leverage cost-effective digital tools for sustainability. Policymakers can support the adoption of DDMC by enhancing digital infrastructure and offering incentives. Gaps in the literature, including a limited focus on rural settings and emerging technologies such as blockchain, suggest avenues for future research. This SLR underscores DDMC’s transformative potential in fostering sustainable Hospitality in emerging markets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence organizational culture and organizational commitment have on the performance of employees in the Maintenance division at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees in the Maintenance division at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. The research sample consisted of 48 respondents.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, organizational culture significantly influences the performance of employees in the Maintenance department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (7.705 > 2.014) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, organizational commitment significantly influences the performance of employees in the Maintenance department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated t value > t table (3.865 > 2.014) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, organizational culture and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees in the Maintenance department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency, as indicated by the calculated F value > F table (92.628 > 3.20) with a significance level of 0.000, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Maintenance section at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merosotnya tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri setelah munculnya kontroversi lagu kritik sosial “Bayar Bayar Bayar”, serta berbagai peristiwa lain yang memicu polemik, seperti kasus Ferdy Sambo, tragedi Kanjuruhan, dan praktik pungutan liar di internal kepolisian. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis kasus untuk menelusuri bagaimana strategi komunikasi publik dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana pemulihan citra institusi. Teori yang dijadikan rujukan utama adalah Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) serta konsep good governance, yang menekankan urgensi transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan sikap responsif dalam menghadapi krisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemulihan citra Polri tidak cukup dilakukan melalui klarifikasi atau upaya pencitraan semata, melainkan memerlukan komunikasi publik yang berkelanjutan, kesediaan menerima kritik, dan langkah reformasi kelembagaan yang nyata. Dengan demikian, strategi komunikasi publik yang tepat menjadi kunci dalam memperkuat kembali legitimasi Polri di hadapan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines financial risks in the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at PT Prima Hijau Lestari, an outsourcing company in Indonesia, using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) approach in accordance with ISO 31000:2018. The research was motivated by unstable net profits, client dependency, and regulatory challenges. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through structured interviews and document analysis of financial statements and risk management reports. The findings reveal significant fluctuations in financial risks, particularly accounts receivable, during 2019–2024. To address these risks, management is advised to apply the Fishbone method for root cause analysis, use FMEA to prioritize risks through Risk Priority Numbers (RPN), and strengthen monitoring mechanisms. This study contributes to the academic literature by being among the first to apply ERM and FMEA in financial risk management within the outsourcing sector, an area rarely explored in prior research. Practically, it offers recommendations to improve human resource capacity, strengthen credit policies, and adopt digital risk management tools. The results provide valuable insights for both managerial decision-making and future research on risk governance and financial sustainability in emerging markets.

Abstract

Program penguatan ketahanan pangan di Indonesia yang didukung oleh alokasi anggaran Rp 33 triliun dalam APBN 2026 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan, akses, dan pemanfaatan pangan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia berfokus pada pencetakan sawah baru, distribusi pupuk bersubsidi, dan pengadaan alat mesin pertanian (alsintan) untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan domestik, khususnya beras dan jagung. Namun, tantangan seperti perubahan iklim, keterbatasan lahan subur, serta ketimpangan distribusi pangan dan kesenjangan ekonomi tetap menjadi hambatan besar dalam mencapai ketahanan pangan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan pangan yang bergizi menjadi aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk mengatasi masalah gizi buruk dan stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis komparatif untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari alokasi anggaran ini terhadap ketahanan pangan nasional dan kesejahteraan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun anggaran besar dapat meningkatkan produksi pangan dalam jangka pendek, masalah struktural seperti distribusi yang tidak merata dan kualitas pangan yang rendah perlu diselesaikan untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Restitution (Compensation) is a development or can be said to be a shift from criminal fines, this shift does not eliminate the application of criminal fines. The fundamental difference between criminal fines and restitution is that in criminal fines, compensation for losses incurred is given to the state, while in restitution, compensation is given to the victim or their family. In several material laws that regulate restitution, basically only regulate the definition of restitution and the mechanism for submitting applications but do not regulate the definition of third parties who are part of the restitution itself. Therefore, the researcher conducted research through normative methods supplemented by interviews with several law enforcement officials, it is hoped that it will obtain a comprehensive picture of third parties in restitution. The reconstruction carried out by the researcher is found in the Law on Witness and Victim Protection, namely Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Witness and Victim Protection, where the researcher added a formulation regarding third parties who are not criminal perpetrators. The additional article that is a reconstruction of the research is in Article 1 number 12, which reads "A third party is a party other than a criminal perpetrator who has a legal relationship with the perpetrator of a criminal act in the same crime." With the reconstruction of the formulation of the definition of a third party used in several material laws, it is clear and obvious who the legal subjects are who can be qualified to be held accountable for paying restitution.
