Abstract

Fraud remains one of the main risks faced by Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR), particularly due to limited internal control systems and limited human resource understanding. This community service activity focuses on strengthening an anti-fraud culture among BPR employees as a preventative measure to prevent fraud. The purpose of the service is to increase employee knowledge, awareness, and commitment to the implementation of integrity, ethics, and compliance values. The methods used include education, socialization of anti-fraud policies, interactive discussions, and case studies relevant to BPR operational practices. The results of the community service demonstrate an increase in employee understanding of the types and impacts of fraud, as well as the importance of individual roles in creating a transparent and accountable work environment. This activity has a positive impact on strengthening the BPR's organizational culture, which is oriented towards fraud prevention and public trust.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Kalijati Timur, Kabupaten Subang dalam mengolah buah rambutan menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Desa Sukamaju dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra penghasil rambutan, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada penjualan buah segar yang memiliki masa simpan pendek dan nilai ekonomi rendah. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengolahan rambutan menjadi berbagai produk olahan seperti manisan, selai, sirup, dan dodol rambutan, diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga serta memperluas peluang usaha lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 82,5% mengenai teknik pengolahan dan pengemasan produk olahan rambutan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

Community service is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aimed at enhancing community capacity and self-reliance. Wadas Kelir Village, Banyumas Regency, has significant potential in culture, arts, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), yet this potential is not optimally supported by adequate digital promotion skills. This program aims to improve photography, graphic design, and video editing skills through training and mentoring activities conducted at Rumah Kreatif Wadas Kelir. The methods applied include a participatory approach, interactive workshops, project-based learning, and continuous mentoring. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ ability to produce visual content for MSME promotion and village branding, as well as the formation of village-based digital creative.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat identitas budaya lokal melalui strategi branding yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara dunia usaha yaitu Sindang Reret dan akademisi. Dalam rangka perayaan 50 tahun Sindang Reret sebagai ikon kuliner Sunda, tim pengabdi dari institusi pendidikan tinggi melakukan pendekatan kolaboratif dalam perancangan identitas visual, narasi sejarah, serta aktivasi media digital yang merepresentasikan nilai-nilai budaya Sunda. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui lokakarya, observasi lapangan, dan co-creation branding. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman nilai budaya dalam komunikasi merek dan terciptanya materi promosi berbasis narasi budaya. Kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa sinergi antara pelaku usaha dan akademisi dapat menciptakan nilai tambah kultural dan ekonomis secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of Malaysian students through project-based learning combined with the application of management principles. This method is designed to enhance students' critical thinking skills, creativity, responsibility, and decision-making abilities in an entrepreneurial context. The project-based learning approach allows students to directly design, implement, and evaluate entrepreneurial activities in a structured manner based on management principles such as planning, organizing, executing, and controlling. Implementation results indicate that this learning model is able to foster students' innovative attitudes, leadership, and self-confidence in managing their business ideas. Al-Washliyah College of Economics, Sibolga, has established a collaboration in the Tridharma of Higher Education under the number: M.A.T.A.N/047/VIII/2025. Based on this, Al-Washliyah College of Economics, Sibolga, and MATAN Pucong Malaysia conducted Community Service (PkM) activities. These findings recommend the continued integration of project-based learning and management principles to strengthen the entrepreneurship education ecosystem in Malaysian schools.

Abstract

Penyuluhan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam konteks pendidikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara optimal. Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada penguatan peran manajemen SDM di sekolah, khususnya dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berintegritas, disiplin, kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan studi kasus yang melibatkan guru, konselor, dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap strategi manajemen SDM yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan karakter peserta didik. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter positif dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik secara menyeluruh.Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Al – Washliyah Sibolga menjalin kerjasama dalam bidang Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan nomor: M.A.T.A.N/047/VIII/2025 . Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Semarang. Kelurahan Tambakharjo sebagai kelurahan yang bebas DBD pada tahun 2022 dan 2023, mengalami kenaikan kasus DBD pada tahun 2024 menjadi 3 kasus DBD dengan 1 kematian. Kondisi pemukiman padat di wilayah pesisir dan terbatasnya keterlibatan masyarakat mengindikasikan perlunya pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pemberdayaan dengan pendekatan One Health. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pada komunitas PKK RW 02 melalui metode edukasi dan pembuatan media promosi kesehatan. Intervensi meliputi penyuluhan data epidemiologi DBD, pengelolaan lingkungan, PSN serta program Wolbachia. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan media promosi kesehatan poster. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode pretest dan post test. Pengukuran statistik pengetahuan peserta menunjukkan nilai p<0,05 yang mengindikasikan ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Selain itu, data penurunan kasus DBD pada tahun 2025 mengindikasikan adanya dampak positif dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis One Health dalam mendukung pencegahan DBD.

Abstract

The Age‑Friendly Village program in Argorejo, Sedayu aims to enhance older adults’ managerial and socio‑communal capacities through non‑formal learning and community‑based participatory activities. The service used a one‑group pre–post participatory design with 30 older adults, accompanied by structured mentoring (preparation– socialization–implementation– evaluation- sustainment). The instrument was a Likert 1–5 questionnaire with two subscales: management (10 items) and socio‑communal (10 items). Data analysis comprised descriptive statistics (means & percentages), normality testing of difference scores, followed by paired t‑test or Wilcoxon (p<0.05) and effect sizes (Cohen’s d/r). Results showed significant gains: management increased from 2.76 (55.2%) to 4.14 (82.8%) (+27.6%), and the socio‑communal aspect rose from 2.72 (54.4%) to 4.26 (85.2%) (+30.8%). These findings confirm the effectiveness of a participatory approach in strengthening older adults’ autonomy, align with SDGs 3, 4, 10, and 11, and support IKU 2 and IKU 5. Replication with multi‑stakeholder support is recommended.

Abstract

This Community Service program aims to strengthen the digital competence of teachers at MA Annida Al-Islamy through Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preparation. The primary issue identified was the basic level of office application mastery, which fell below global standards. The method involved preliminary surveys, needs analysis, material preparation, hands-on technical workshops based on participant interests (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and evaluation. Results from 15 participants showed significant success, with an average perceived competence improvement of 92.4%. Additionally, over 85% of technical challenges during trivia sessions were answered correctly. Program outputs, including digital modules and video tutorials, were provided to support sustainable self-paced learning. This training effectively enhanced educators' technical readiness and confidence in meeting international competency standards.
