Abstract

The Technology Improving the quality and quantity of ornamental fish depends on the catch production. System development of environmentally friendly fishing gear as an alternative to destructive fishing. The model developed by the PIPK team using clove oil concentration. Mastery of technological innovation, especially in handling techniques using injel ornamental fish fishing gear is still relatively low. The purpose of this program is to increase the results of the fishing community's business activities that are more economically independent, profitable and socially, as well as to improve soft skills and hard skills. Components in the clove oil and 95% alcohol concentration system with a composition of 1: 2. Supporting equipment to facilitate the determination of fishing locations using Garmin GPS to find efficient and effective fishing locations. The maintenance aquarium has a capacity of up to 1,500 liters of sea water with a rectangular shape. The method is to follow the direct process of handling ornamental fish with correct modular recirculation in both SMEs so as to produce quality ornamental fish products in a system of applying maintenance technology with a modular recirculation system efficiently and effectively. AbstrakTeknologi untuk Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas ikan hias injel tergantung dari hasil produksi tangkap. Sistem pengembangan alat tangkap ramah lingkungan sebagai alternatif destructive fishing. Model yang dikembangkan oleh tim PIPK dengan menggunakan konsentrasi minyak cengkeh. Penguasaan inovasi teknologi khususnya penanganan Teknik menggunakan alat tangkap ikan hias injel masih relative rendah. Tujuan Program ini adalah kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan dipersivikasi produk masyarakat nelayan yang lebih mandiri secara ekonomi serta meningkatkan keterampilan soft skill dan hard skil. Komponen pada sistem konsentrasi minyak cengkeh dan Alkohol 95% dengan komposisi 1 : 2. Peralatan pendukung untuk memudahkan penentuan lokasi tangkap dengan menggunakan GPS Garmin untuk mencari lokasi tangkap yang efesien dan efektif. Aquarium pemeliharaan berkapasitas hingga 1.500 liter air laut dengan bentuk segi empat. Metodenya adalah mengikuti proses kegiatan langsung penanganan ikan hias injel dengan resirkulasi modular yang benar di kedua UKM sehingga mdnghasilkan kualiatas produk ikan hias injel pada sistem penerapan teknologi pemeliharaan dengan system resirkulasi modular secara efesien dan efektif.

Abstract

Integration technology Ornamental coral transplantation and sustainable restoration for marine tourism is a transformation from the utilization of the results of coral transplantation towards marine tourism. This program is a model of community empowerment for regional development. The aim of the project is to enhance Cobia's creativity through planned and high-quality replanting to ensure sustainability. The method used is to divide the medium and hexagonal corals into finished sized coral slices that are ready to be planted. After constructing and designing the ecological ledges that make up the blind coral, they are built on an artificial platform placed under the sea, making it older than the natural one. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas Cobia melalui penanaman kembali yang terencana dan berkualitas tinggi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membagi karang sedang dan heksagonal menjadi irisan karang berukuran jadi yang siap ditanam. Setelah membangun dan merancang tepian ekologis yang membentuk karang buta, mereka dibangun di atas platform buatan yang ditempatkan di bawah laut, membuatnya lebih tua dari yang alami. Pertanian teknologi hijau melalui proyek masyarakat untuk budidaya dan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya terumbu karang hias dan wisata bahari, mengembangkan ide-ide inovatif untuk menghadirkan produk-produk inovatif yang dapat dipasarkan kepada industri dan masyarakat, serta mempercepat pemulihan ekosistem laut. terumbu karang yang rusak akibat penangkapan ikan yang merusak.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich in small islands that have not to explore, one of which is Abidon Island, located in the Ayau archipelago. Most of the Abidon people use small boats for fishing activities. There are two small shipbuilding materials, FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) or Fiberglass and wood-reinforced Polymer Composite Materials. Abidon Island has a lot of coral reefs, so many ships suffered ship damage in the hollow bottom hull. However, in the repair process, they experienced difficulties due to lack of knowledge of ship repair. Therefore, This activity provides training on fiberglass ship repair methods, namely the Casting and Hand Lay Up method. In Hand Lay Up method, the reinforcing materials used are Woven Roven 600 and Chopped Strand Mat 450, and for the Casting method, the resin-catalyst composition used is 99%-1%, respectively. The number and variation of layers obtained from the reference. The results obtained show a neat and solid. Abstrak Indonesia kaya akan pulau kecil, banyak sekali pulau kecil yang belum dieksplorasi salah satunya Pulau Abidon yang terletak di kepulauan Ayau. Masyarakat Abidon, sebagian besar memanfaatkan kapal kecil untuk melakukan aktifitas menangkap ikan. Terdapat dua bahan pembuat kapal kecil di wilayah tersebut, yakni FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) atau Material Komposit Polimer berpenguat Fiberglass dan kayu. Pulau Abidon dikelilingi terumbu karang, sehingga banyak kapal mengalami kerusakan kapal pada hull bawah berlubang. Akan tetapi dalam proses perbaikan, mengalami kesulitan karena minim pengetahuan perbaikan kapal. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan metode perbaikan kapal fiberglass yakni metode Casting dan Hand Lay Up. Dalam metode Hand Lay Up, bahan penguat yang digunakan yakni Woven Roven 600 dan Chopped Strand Mat 450 dan untuk metode Casting, komposisi resin-katalis yang digunakan masing-masing 99%-1%. Jumlah dan variasi lapisan didapat dari referensi. Hasil yang didapat memperlihatkan tambalan rapi dan kuat.

Abstract

Based on discussions with the local government, it was determined that the regional problem to be developed was ‘keprok’ citrus tourism in the village of Batangmata Sapo, Selayar Islands Regency. The partner's problem so far is that the ‘keprok’ citrus gardens owned have not been able to be used as a tourist attraction considering that Selayar ‘keprok’ citrus are located on an island that has very beautiful natural scenery. In general, the objectives of the first year Regional Development Science and Technology Program (PIPK) are (1) basic skills training for guides and agro-tourism entrepreneurship and the development and improvement of ago-tourism facilities (2) making a ‘keprok’ citrus-processed production house with the application of process technology and equipment for processing ‘keprok’ citrus, namely ‘keprok’ citrus juice and dodol oranges. The method used in this PPIK activity is the mentoring method carried out by students who have been trained in the MBKM program for activities in the application of process technology and equipment, training, mentoring and program evaluation. The results of the first year activities are: (1) the formation of a ‘keprok’ citrus picking tourist area which is carried out with the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activity, (2) partners already have production houses and have skills in the production of processed ‘keprok’ citrus, namely orange juice and dodol oranges, (3) partners already have orange juice production equipment and orange dodol equipment through the instruction of process equipment from the two processed products. The conclusion of this activity is that the regional development of the Selayar ‘keprok’ citrus plantation sector has become a ‘keprok’ citrus agro-tourism area with the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the ‘keprok’ citrus picking agro-tourism area and a ‘keprok’ citrus production house that produces processed products of juice and ‘keprok’ citrus lunkhead. Abstrak Berdasarkan diskusi dengan pemerintah daerah maka ditetapkan permasalahan kewilayahaan yang akan dikembangkan adalah wisata jeruk keprok di desa Batangmata Sapo Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Adapun permasalahan mitra selama ini adalah kebun jeruk keprok yang dimiliki belum mampu dimanfaatkan menjadi objek wisata mengingat jeruk keprok selayar berada dalam pulau yang memiliki pemandangan alam yang sangat indah. Secara umum tujuan program Penerapan Iptek Pengembangan Kewilayahan (PIPK) tahun pertama ini adalah (1) pelatihan keterampilan dasar pemandu dan kewirausahaan agrowisata dan pembangunan dan peningkatan fasilitas agowisata (2) membuat rumah produksi olahan jeruk keprok dengan penerapan teknologi proses dan peralatan olahan jeruk keprok yaitu jus jeruk keprok dan dodol jeruk. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PIPK ini adalah model pendampingan ke mitra dengan metode training, mentoring ataupun coaching dengan metodologi dan materi-materi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa yang telah dilatih dalam program MBKM untuk kegiatan penerapan teknologi proses dan peralatan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi program. Hasil dari kegiatan tahun pertama adalah: (1) terbentuknya kawasan wisata petik jeruk keprok yang dilakukan dengan kegiatan Forum Group Discussion (FGD), (2) mitra telah memiliki rumah produksi dan memilki keterampilan dalam produksi olahan jeruk keprok yaitu jus jeruk dan dodol jeruk, (3) mitra telah memiliki peralatan produksi jus jeruk dan peralatan dodol jeruk melalui intruduksi peralatan proses dari kedua produk olahan tersebut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah Pengembangan kewilayahan pada sektor perkebunan jeruk keprok Selayar telah menjadi sebuah kawasan agrowisata jeruk keprok dengan tesedianya sarana dan prasarana kawasan agrowisata petik jeruk keprok dan rumah produksi jeruk keprok yang memproduksi produk olahan jus dan dodol jeruk keprok.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training to Small and Medium Enterprises Walidayna. Training provided on the creation of a mini studio. A mini studio is a container used to photograph products. The results of the product photos will be used as promotional media. Small and Medium Enterprises Walidayna experienced obstacles when they wanted to promote products that had been made. Obstacles occur in the lack of creativity in product packaging in order to become an attractive promotional medium. The method used in this service activity begins with lectures, giving tutorials, conducting practicums, discussions, and evaluating activities. As for the results obtained from this activity, Small and Medium Enterprises Walidayna has a mini studio made from simple materials. With the mini studio container, Walidayna's Small and Medium Enterprises can package products into attractive promotional media. All participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training provided by the implementation team for community service activities. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada Usaha Kecil Menengah Walidayna. Pelatihan yang diberikan tentang pembuatan mini studio. Mini studio merupakan wadah yang digunakan untuk memotret produk. Hasil foto produk tersebut akan dijadikan media promosi. Usaha Kecil Menengah Walidayna mengalami hambatan ketika hendak mempromosikan produk yang sudah dibuat. Hambatan terjadi kurangnya kreatifitas dalam pengemasan produk agar menjadi media promosi yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diawali dengan ceramah, memberikan tutorial, melakukan praktikum, diskusi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini, Usaha Kecil Menengah Walidayna memiliki mini studio yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan sederhana. Dengan wadah mini studio tersebut Usaha Kecil Menengah Walidayna dapat mengemas produk menjadi media promosi yang menarik. Seluruh peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially with computer-based applications in the learning process in schools, is able to provide convenience in the process. In the application of computer-based learning, especially in the learning process in the field of mathematics, the use of information technology, especially the use of mathematical software. One of the mathematical software that can be used in the learning process is the use of Geogebra software. In the learning process in schools, teachers are required to be more innovative and follow the development of information technology in the learning process. The use of Geogebra software can support the learning process, especially in the field of mathematics education. This training aims to make the teachers at SMA Hutabayuraja more skilled in using media in learning. This PKM activity was carried out in a demonstration, where the PKM team first provided material about the GeoGebra software, and continued by providing training using the GeoGebra software to the trainees. Thus, it is hoped that these teachers can use GeoGebra software in the learning process.

Abstract

Computational thinking is one of the problem solving strategies that can be used widely and unlimited by the field of computer science but also everyday problems. This method stimulates to think in a structured and systematic way as well as when software developers analyze requirements and design software development. SD Muhammadiyah 1 (SDMutu) Jember is an elementary school that pays great attention to the development of the quality and quality of education in it. SDMutu is a reference and education center for Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Jember district. Various development breakthroughs have been made, one of which is related to the adoption of computational thinking. SDMutu has an adequate computer laboratory but still needs partners in order to strengthen its adaptive strategy. The training is given directly to some selected students, and involves the teacher as an observer so that the teacher has input for the next development. The experience of students participating in the training is also a very influential part of the observation. The training is provided through 5 material sessions using the Scratch programming language so that students can understand it well. At the beginning of the training, students seemed enthusiastic and happy, this atmosphere was built so that students could participate in the training to the fullest. Based on the post-test results, the average student understanding is 5.6 with a range of 0-10. During the making of the game the students stably followed the step by step until it was finished. So that at the end of the post-test activity the students showed an increase to 7.6. Abstrak Computational thinking atau yang disebut juga dengan berpikir komputasi merupakan salah satu strategi penyelesaian masalah yang dapat digunakan secara luas dan tidak terbatas pada bidang ilmu komputer saja tetapi juga permasalahan sehari-hari. Metode ini mengajak untuk berpikir secara terstruktur dan sistematis sama halnya ketika pengembang perangkat lunak menganalisis kebutuhan dan merancang pengembangan software. SD Muhammadiyah 1 (SDMutu) Jember merupakan sekolah dasar yang sangat memperhatikan pengembangan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan didalamnya. SDMutu merupakan rujukan dan kiblat pendidikan sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah di kabupaten Jember. Berbagai terobosan pengembangan telah dilakukan salah satunya terkait adopsi computational thinking. SDMutu memiliki Laboratorium komputer yang memadai namun masih membutuhkan mitra agar dapat memperkuat strategi adaptif. Pelatihan diberikan langsung kepada sebagian siswa terpilih, dan melibatkan guru sebagai observer agar guru memiliki masukan untuk pengembangan berikutnya. Pengalaman siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan juga merupakan bagian obeservasi yang sangat berpengaruh. Pelatihan diberikan melalui 5 sesi materi menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman scratch agar siswa dapat memahami dengan baik. Diawal pelaksanaan pelatihan siswa nampak antusias dan senang, suasana ini dibangun agar siswa dapat mengikuti pelatihan dengan maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil post-test rata-rata pemahaman siswa ada di angka 5,6 dengan range 0-10. Selama pembuatan game siswa secara stabil mengikuti tahapan demi tahapan hingga selesai. Sehingga diakhir kegiatan post-test siswa menunjukkan peningkatan menjadi 7.6.

Abstract

The training on making diamonds from raw materials of Jawawut is based on the abundant production of Jawawut in this area and is used as bird feed. A small portion is traditionally processed as a snack that cannot last long. This training aims to provide knowledge, understanding and skills to the people of the Selayar Islands to process Jawawut raw materials become diamond-jawawut that last a long time so that they become people's food and can support the community's economy. This training was carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months, starting from June – August 2020, the participants of this training were 22 people, consisting of the Village Head, and staff, PKK members, entrepreneurs in the Selayar Islands Regency. Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training, the results obtained by participants have understood, mastered and skilled in processing millet raw materials into diamonds that can last a long time as a source of additional income, can also be consumed by the local community and used as gifts for tourists both locally and abroad. Abstrak Pelatihan pembuatan wajik dari bahan baku jawawut dilandasi oleh produksi jawawut di daerah ini melimpah dan dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan burung, Sebagian kecil diolah secara tradisonal sebagai penganan yang tidak dapat bertahan lama. Olehnya itu pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat kepulauan selayar mengolah bahan baku jawawut menjadi wajik-jawawut yang bertahan lama sehingga menjadi bahan pangan masyarakat dan dapat menjadi penopang perekonomian masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan berturut-turut, dimulai Juni – Agustus 2020, peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 22 orang, yang terdiri dari Kepala Desa, dan staf, anggota PKK, pengusaha di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan, hasil yang diperoleh peserta telah memahami, menguasai serta terampil mengolah bahan baku jawawut menjadi wajik yang dapat bertahan lama sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan, juga dapat dikomsumsi oleh masyarakat setempat dan dijadikan oleh-oleh bagi wisatawan baik lokal maupun manca negara.

In 2019 non-communicable diseases (NCDs) were the cause of 62,6% of deaths in low-middle-income countries. These groups of diseases are the manifestation of the unhealthy lifestyle of an individual. Nutritional status, activity level, environmental sanitation, smoking, and alcohol drinking habits are the risk factors for NCDs, which have been adopted since adolescence. College students, the group of people who are between late adolescence and young adults period, are at high risk of being neglected as a target in health programs. Therefore, community service was held by Puskesmas Kampung Baru (PKM KB), collaborating with Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu Prodi D-III Keperawatan Luwuk. The aims of this community service are to provide health services for college students and to analyze their risk of having NCDs in later life through a series of anthropometric measurements. There were 96 college students as participants. The average height is 154,4 cm, weight is 53,6 kg, and waist circumference is 75,4 cm. Further analyses show that 40% of the participants were at high and very high risk of developing NCDs. With this result, support from stakeholders such as local health authorities and College institution is needed to ensure that college students are included as targets in health programs, especially in NCDs prevention programs. Abstrak Pada tahun 2019 sebesar 62,6% kematian di negara-negara berkembang disebabkan oleh penyakit tidak menular (PTM). Penyakit tidak menular merupakan manifestasi dari pola hidup yang tidak sehat dari seseorang. Status gizi, tingkat aktivitas, sanitasi lingkungan, kebiasaan merokok dan minum alcohol merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya PTM, dimana faktor risiko ini biasanya telah diadopsi oleh individu tersebut sejak masih remaja. Mahasiswa, yang masih dalam periode remaja dan dewasa awal, merupakan kelompok yang sangat berpotensi untuk terabaikan dalam hal sasaran program kesehatan. Melihat hal tersebut, Puskesmas Kampung Baru (PKM KB) bekerjasama dengan Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu Prodi D-III Keperawatan Luwuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) melalui pelayanan kesehatan terhadap mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi yang ada di wilayah kerja PKM KB. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendeteksi risiko PTM pada mahasiswa melalui pengukuran antropometri. Hasil pengukuran pada 96 mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa yang diukur berusia 19,25 tahun, memiliki tinggi badan 154,4 cm, berat badan 53,6 kg, dan memiliki lingkar perut 75,4 cm. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan hampir 40% mahasiswa memiliki risiko yang tinggi dan sangat tinggi untuk menderita PTM. Dengan hasil ini disarankan agar adanya peningkatan dukungan otoritas Kesehatan setempat dan institusi Pendidikan tempat mahasiswa menimba ilmu dalam upaya untuk menyertakan mahasiswa sebagai target pelayanan program Kesehatan terutama program pencegahan PTM.

Abstract

Hypertension and heart disease are global health problems increasing morbidity in Indonesia. The partner problems that were resolved were related to strengthening and optimizing cadres in helping the government related to hypertension problems in the community. Management of hypertension is considered complex because blood pressure tends to be unstable. The purpose is to optimize the empowerment of cadres, Health Cadre of Cardiovascular and Hypertension (KASMARAN), with the application of the Health Promotion Model in the prevention and control of hypertension. KASMARAN was formed with the concept of, by, and for people with hypertension, meaning that trained cadres can quickly educate the public. The location is in Grogol Village, Depok City, West Java. The result is an increase in knowledge of cadres based on the pre-test and post-test results, as much as 93%. Health education is expected to create a healthy community so that it can increase knowledge, attitudes, and awareness to be able to prevent and control hypertension and heart disease
