Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of industry type, company size, profitability, and leverage to carbon emission disclosure empirically. The population in this research are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sample used were 14 companies with an observation period of 2018-2020, so 42 company data were obtained. This research used legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory. The sample selection method in this research used purposive sampling with quantitative approaches. The analytical technique used in hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that company size affects carbon emission disclosure. Meanwhile, the profitability, and leverage do not affect carbon emission disclosure. The limitations of this research are: (1) The measurement index of the company’s carbon emission disclosure coverage is not following the conditions of companies in Indonesia, (2) Eliminating 1 variable, namely industry type. The future research agendas are: (1) Further research is expected to improve the list of carbon emission disclosure items, (2) Further research is expected to be able to develop measurements for carbon emission disclosure that are following conditions in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on employee performance at PT Askrindo (Persero) Jakarta. The type of research used is quantitative. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents to employees of PT Askrindo (Persero) Jakarta. The results showed that the Reward variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) and the Punishment variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) through t test (partial test) with the value of the Reward variable coefficient ( X1) is 3.201, while the t-table value is 1.685. So it can be concluded that the t-count is 3.201 > t-table 1.67722 and the significant value is 0.002, and the value of the Punishment coefficient (X2) is 1.67722, so it can be concluded that the t-count is 3.735 > t-table is 1.67722 and the significant value is 0.000. The calculation result of Adjusted R Square shows that 78% of employee performance can be influenced by Reward and Punishment.Leadership Style

Abstract

Papa Ron's Pizza is a small and medium business engaged in the culinary field, there are 5 types of main raw materials needed by Papa Ron's Pizza in making pizza, namely twin chakra flour, mozzarella cheese, dough blend, dougo canola oil and pizza sauce. So far, the company manages its inventory based on physical observations. Therefore, Papa Ron's Pizza procures raw material inventory so that its sales activities are not disrupted due to a lack of merchandise inventory. However, if the supply of raw materials is too large, Papa Ron's Pizza will risk a loss, namely damaged, lost, shrinking goods and so on which results in decreased sales of Papa Ron's Pizza. The author applies the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to Papa Ron's Pizza for the five raw materials, namely Twin Cakra flour, mozzarella cheese, dough blend, dougo canola oil and pizza sauce. Before using the EOQ the procurement cost was obtained at IDR 21,361,400, - and after using the EOQ calculation, it was obtained at IDR 4,881,613,68, it can be concluded that the application of the EOQ method can save the total procurement cost of IDR 16,480,626.33, so The efficiency of raw material procurement at Papa Ron's Pizza can be achieved. Papa Ron's Pizza Park Royale Branch should use Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in the procurement of raw materials, because the required procurement costs are lower.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of self-leaderships within teachers in the Islamic schools in Indonesia towards teacher innovation and evaluates the impact of mediation from knowledge sharing to this relationship. 95 teachers in the Islamic schools participate in this research. The result of research claimed that self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and teacher innovation. Likewise, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation. Therefore, the result of the research showed that knowledge sharing has a partial mediation impact on the relationship between self-leadership and teacher innovation.

Abstract

Advertising is one way to introduce or promote products to consumers. Advertising plays an important role in encouraging consumers to make a purchase. Companies must be able to implement the right marketing strategies to create products that suit the wishes and needs of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising on the Purchase Decision of Lemonilo Noodles. This research uses quantitative research. The data source of this research is primary data using lemonilo noodle consumers as a sample. The data were collected using accidental sampling with 100 respondents as Mie Lemonilo buyers. This study uses simple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that advertising has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Lemonilo Noodles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out strategies to increase sales, including South Tangerang City MSME actors carrying out product promotion strategies through online during the covid-19 pandemic and carrying out product innovation strategies through online during the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative descriptive method that is descriptive does not provide treatment, manipulation or modifier on the variables studied, but describes a condition as it is. The only treatment given was the research itself, which was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that MSME actors, especially in South Tangerang City, in the promotional strategy carried out are through e-commerce including through websites and social media (whatsapp, Instagram, facebook, and others). In addition, product innovation strategies carried out by MSME actors in South Tangerang City include: continuing to innovate by presenting the latest products. Furthermore, in online stores, the product innovation strategy is carried out by creating more online stores. This is done so that online stores are easily accessible to the wider community. So that businesses can survive during the covid pandemic and can increase sales

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity and activity on the value of the company. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling techniques by setting several sampling criteria and producing 15 companies that were used as samples from 32 manufacturing companies of food and beverage subs sector during 2016-2020. The analysis tool used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 statistics test tool. The results of this study have shown that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while solvency, liquidity and activity have no effect on the value of the company

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between student assessments of sustainability, frequency of social media exposure, and student motivation for entrepreneurship to assessment of sustainability in entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative approach and the sample taken for this study amounted to a minimum of 299 undergraduate students. Questionnaires were created and distributed using Google Forms which were distributed online through social media. This study uses a five-scale Likert scale using a measurement of 'agree' or 'disagree' using a five-scale Likert scale. This research is a quantitative research using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Structural equation modelling (SEM) is used to analyze the correlation or interrelationships between the variables being studied. The results showed that the assessment of sustainability, the frequency of exposure to social media, and the drive for entrepreneurship did have an effect on the assessment of student sustainability in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the digital transformation of service quality in the health industry in the era of disruption and society 5.0. This research method is a literature review, which examines digital transformation literacy from articles in reputable international journals.Digital transformation has played a role in revolutionizing various industries, especially in the health sector. Technology in the health sector allows an individual to have a healthier life, a longer life expectancy, and a more productive life. In preparation for the era of disruption 4.0, there are still many hospitals and health care facilities that face various challenges. The main challenges are felt in terms of the ambiguity of laws and regulations and the lack of harmonization of regulations between related ministries. In addition, from internal factors, the lack of openness, motivation, and good knowledge management on the part of hospital management, medical service doctors, and IT teams in the organization also need to be addressed. Various recommendations to related parties have been formulated in the focus group discussion. Recommendations are addressed to the government, especially those authorized to issue regulations and financial support, as well as hospital management to increase implementation commitment, knowledge management of big data analysis and cloud systems, as well as empowering human resources within the organization. These recommendations are expected to be the first step in realizing a digital-based health system that is able to provide quality health services for the people
