Abstract

The Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) at State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Minister of Religion Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 25 of 2017. SPI as one of the supervisory system tools, is required to focus on achieving governance, control, risk management, not just just administrative work. The existence of SPI at PTKIN must be understood by elements within the organization and have the same perception regarding the scope of the audit area by the organization and top management. This study uses the "A Case Study" method or case study. Research data through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data is processed through the stages of data processing, checking the correctness of the data, compiling data, carrying out coding, classifying data, correcting unclear interview answers. This stage is carried out to facilitate the analysis stage and research conclusions. From the results of this study it was found that the implementation of internal control at PTKIN has been running but has not covered all aspects of supervision, the efforts made to increase supervision include increasing the number of personnel and supporting tools such as an integrated information system. The SPI performance system must be able to cover all aspects of activities in the work unit so that the supervision system runs at PTKIN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sale of Bear Brand Milk during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Various Taste of True Image, Jakarta. Companies engaged in the distribution of products PT. Nestle Indonesia in the form of coffee, cereals, and several kinds of milk, one of which is bear milk. The target market is Traditional Markets, Bakery, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Business Industries, School Canteens, Mini Markets, and Cooperatives. The implementation of sales is an important stage that has been determined by the company in the context of the company's operational activities. In conducting sales input using the ND6 program. This type of research is policy research (policy research) with a qualitative descriptive method. Methods of data collection using, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis phase with preparation, exploration, and reporting. This study shows that the implementation of sales starts from consumer orders to sales, is forwarded to the administration to make sales invoices and letters of delivery of goods. The invoice is checked by the head of the warehouse, and loading is carried out. When it is finished loading, the invoice and travel document are handed over to the driver and then sent to the customer's address, the consumer receives the goods and signs the delivery letter. Document data required in the form of direct order (Additional Order) or CMO (Cofirm Monthly Order) order a month earlier for products that are out of stock, PO (Purchase Order) Sales Invoice, and Travel Letter.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sales growth and asset growth either partially or partially on stock returns. The research data was collected using secondary data from audited financial statements of issuers of the retail trade sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 - 2019 period. The sample of issuers was selected using purposive sampling so that 10 issuers were selected according to the criteria. The collected data was processed by multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 23.00 software. The results of the research show that there is a significant effect of Sales Growth on Stock Returns, there is a significant influence of Asset Growth on Stock Returns, Furthermore, simultaneously there is a significant influence on Sales Growth and Asset Growth on Stock Returns

Abstract

The marketplace application is a new technology. The presence of perceptions in the acceptance of a new technology has a great influence on a person's interest in using or not using the new technology. The success or failure of the acceptance of online shopping applications by consumers can be predicted through correlational relationships and cause-and-effect relationships, which are influenced by perceptions of ease of use and user trust in the application. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the perception of ease of use and trust in the application has on buying interest using a marketplace application. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to users of the marketplace application. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 23.00. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on buying interest, there was a significant positive effect of trust on buying interest, there was a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and trust together on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on teacher performance by moderating organizational culture. Ma'arif NU throughout Gringsing District, Batang Regency. This research was conducted on 130 teachers of Madrasah Gringsing District, Batang Regency. The sample takes the entire population to be used as a research sample. Data analysis used validity test with component matrix, reliability test with Cronbach alpha, hypothesis was tested by multiple regression analysis.The results of the study found that competence had a positive effect on performance. Motivation has a positive effect on performance. Organizational culture is proven as a moderating variable both the effect of competence on performance and the effect of motivation on performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Loan Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio on stock prices with Bank Indonesia interest rates as moderating variables. The research data was collected using secondary data from the financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of issuers was selected by purposive sampling so that 18 companies were selected according to the criteria. The collected data is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that there is no influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio on stock prices; there is an effect of Return On Equity on stock prices, then Bank Indonesia interest rates cannot moderate the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio to stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on performance, in this study will examine job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 100 respondents, namely employees at modern minimarkets in Jakarta by purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than 1 year and want to fill out a questionnaire. The collected data was tested by path analysis method using AMOS 24.00. The results of this study are the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction is a significant mediating variable for work environment variables and motivation on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study wants to analyze the Political marketing lobbying needs communication strategies and techniques to influence the map of audience cognition to form the public opinion favorable for parties in carrying out political activities/movements/struggles. These events need to be excellent political marketing lobby communication strategies and techniques to build people/public trust in political actors and their political struggles. The trust encourages people to support in the form of full participation in the figures, parties, struggles, and political programs offered. The audience considers the political actor as a representation/homogeneous with himself. Thus, the public/people voluntarily carry out political actions in favor of the political actors concerned. For example, among other things, the political actor is perceived as a pro-people leader.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire in March 2021 from 64 respondents, the sample objects were employees of the non-medical section of the Ciputat Fruit Hospital, South Tangerang, because they had characteristics that matched the variables to be studied. The collected data was tested by multiple regression method using SPSS 24.00. The result of this research is that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a research that takes processed food products made from tempeh which are introduced in the community as the object of research. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling using a questionnaire containing a hedonic test and a hedonic quality test through the Friedman test. Respondents from this study were 56 consumer panelists which is public societyThe results of this study are based on the fried test, it can be seen the level of panelists' preference for processed tempe products based on aspects that have been determined by the researcher. From the aspect of aroma, processed tempe products in the form of hot pudding are preferred. From the aspect of taste, processed tempe products in the form of tempeh pancakes are preferred by the panelists. From the aspect of texture, processed tempe products in the form of croffles are preferred by the panelists. And from the aspect of appearance, processed tempe products in the form of tempeh pancakes are preferred by the panelists. In general, tempeh creativity products are accepted both in terms of taste, aroma, texture, and appearance. However, the average results given by the panelists are based on the fried test or rating test for a product where the aroma, taste, texture and testing are different in each aspect,where the results of the assessment given by the panelists are influenced by the panelists' thoughts about aroma, taste, texture and appearance by the food of croffles, pizza, burgers, hot puddings, and pancakes that were created before this tempeh processed product existed. So that the taste, aroma, texture and appearance displayed by this tempe processed product were strange for some panelists.
