Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan adalah pilar utama kemajuan bangsa, dengan guru yang berintegritas sebagai faktor kunci dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Namun, banyak tantangan dalam penerapan etika guru yang berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika profesi guru terhadap mutu pendidikan dan bagaimana integritas guru mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur, buku, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Analisis dilakukan secara kritis untuk mendukung proposisi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berintegritas yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral seperti kejujuran dan tanggung jawab mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dan memperbaiki iklim sekolah. Tantangan utama dalam penerapan etika profesi antara lain tekanan kerja yang tinggi dan kurangnya dukungan lingkungan kerja. Upaya sistematis dan berkelanjutan diperlukan melalui pendidikan etika yang efektif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pengawasan ketat. Dukungan dari pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk mengembangkan integritas guru dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between understanding business law and interest in entrepreneurship among students and to find out how business law education helps students manage risks and face business challenges, with a focus on the situation at the economics faculty at Medan State University. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to understand conditions in depth in the natural context of what happens in the study field. The data collection technique used is primary data through questionnaires distributed to students. This questionnaire measures respondents' attitudes, opinions, hopes and desires regarding understanding of business law and interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show that students who take business law courses consistently attend lectures and understand the basic concepts of business law. Respondents considered that understanding business law is very important for an entrepreneur, which helps them feel more confident in starting a business because it can reduce the risks of entrepreneurship. The majority of respondents agreed that understanding business law is a very important aspect for an entrepreneur. These results indicate that business law education not only improves students' legal understanding but also influences their interest and readiness for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Masyarakat kelas bawah seperti pedagang kaki lima belum merasakan nilai keadilan dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hak-hak apa saja yang belum dipenuhi oleh masyarakat, khususnya PKL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dan observasi pedagang kaki lima di Jl. Willian Iskandar Medan, penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa bantuan sosial yang diberikan kepada masyarakat belum komprehensif dari segi waktu, tujuan dan sebaran. Keadilan harus adil karena keadilan berdampak besar bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Seluruh rakyat Indonesia harus memiliki akses yang sama terhadap pendidikan, kesehatan, pekerjaan dan keadilan agar keadilan dapat ditegakkan sesuai dengan hak asasi manusia dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the values of the Indonesian Unity principle in fostering unity and prosperity within society, particularly in the MMTC Market environment. The research method used in this study is the qualitative descriptive method, which aims to understand a phenomenon. This study shows that when the community understands and applies the values of unity, they can create a more harmonious and prosperous environment. Despite facing some challenges, the collective efforts of the community and local leaders in promoting togetherness and mutual cooperation can create a harmonious and prosperous environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the phenomenon of hyperreality towards the identity of Indonesian citizens, especially among teenage anime fans in Pontianak. The method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the form of hyperreality in the teenage anime community in Pontianak is in the form of cosplay activities, considering anime characters alive and real, the emergence of consumerism attitudes, and forgetting real life. The existence of the anime community in Pontianak also has positive impacts such as increasing piety to God Almighty, the growth of mutual cooperation attitudes, the existence of friendly attitudes, and increasing social awareness. Hyperreality in anime can indeed make someone have a new identity, but this identity cannot become part of the identity of the Indonesian nation because to become part of the Indonesian identity requires a long and complex process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of PPKn teachers in encouraging political involvement of students as first-time voters. The researchers used qualitative research techniques that include a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, literature reviews, and documentation. The data analysis approach consists of three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Credibility tests are used to assess the veracity of the data. The research findings revealed that: (1) the role of PPKn teachers in fostering student political participation as beginner voters through learning activities in MAN 1 Pontianak was carried out through the learning implementation plan (RPP), the implementation of PPKn learning, and evaluation of learning outcomes. (2) PPKn teachers play a role in fostering political participation of students as beginner voters outside the classroom by organizing election activities for Class Leaders, Study Group leaders, and student council leaders in MAN 1 Pontianak. In practice, the student council president is elected by majority vote, as well as the class president, and the head of the study group is elected by agreement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and success of using the Problem Based Learning model in increasing students' interest and learning motivation in grade IV elementary school science subjects. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this research were class IV/A students. The data collection technique used by researchers in this action is a qualitative technique obtained from observations of students during the action process. The qualitative data obtained by researchers in this action is used to explain the results of observations made by researchers as observers. Furthermore, the instruments used by researchers are observation sheets and field notes. The results of this research showed that the average percentage of students' interest and learning motivation was as follows, cycle I was 51.3% and cycle II was 84%. From these data it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' interest and motivation to learn through the problem based learning (PBL) learning model.

Abstract

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation, interpreted as an ethical system that contains moral values ​​that are the basis for creating social justice, harmony, and family. Lack of understanding and practice of Pancasila values ​​causes sexual violence. The purpose of this study is to examine in more depth how the practice of Pancasila values ​​as an ethical basis in policies to protect women from sexual violence. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the practice of Pancasila values ​​is an effort to prevent acts of sexual violence. Pancasila values ​​contain awareness of moral attitudes and human behavior based on conscience and norms in society. Pancasila values ​​are used as a basis for making policies to protect women by paying attention to their rights as citizens. Cooperation between educational institutions, society and government in instilling Pancasila values ​​in society is very important. The aim is to provide an understanding to the public that it is important to practice Pancasila values ​​in life so that it can prevent acts of sexual violence.

Abstract

Mahasiswa aktif akan selalu dominan dalam pembelajaran. Namun hal itu tidak dilakukan oleh seluruh anggota kolompok. Mahasiswa yang cenderung kurang aktif kurang mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui deskripsi peningkatan kerjasama mahasiswa melalui metode Jigsaw pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Metode penelitian,yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitiannya Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw merupakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif yang membagi siswa ke dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil yang beragam. Terdiri dari empat hingga lima orang. Kelompok peserta didik dengan berbagai jenis kelamin, suku, ras, agama, dan gaya belajar dikenal dengan kelompok heterogen. Setiap siswa bertugas menguasai sebagian materi pelajaran dan memenuhi syarat untuk mengajar peserta lain pada bagian tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine factors that can increase students' interest in learning in Civics subjects. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection used was observation, interviews and literature study. In the learning process, a student's interest in learning is very important in the teaching and learning process, because if a student has low interest in learning, it will be difficult for him to receive knowledge from the teacher, so that learning outcomes will be less effective. The main factor that influences students' interest in learning is themselves, especially interest, talent, motivation, especially in Civics subjects. Civics is a subject that often uses the lecture method, which makes students quickly get bored with the method used by the teacher. As a professional teacher, the teacher must be able to apply a learning method or model that suits the student's personality as an attraction to increase student interest in learning. Another factor that influences students' interest in learning comes from parents as a circle of friends in providing stimulus to children, apart from that it also comes from the school and surrounding environment. Proper and continuous stimulus from parents can give rise to positive encouragement for children to be more diligent and active in learning
