Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program edukasi anti kekerasan terhadap peserta didik sebagai strategi preventif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bentuk-bentuk kekerasan, kesadaran pelaporan, menghindari sebagai pelaku, dan penguatan karakter di lingkungan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi wawancara terhadap peserta didik, guru, kepala sekolah, maupun observasi pelaksanaan program edukasi. Informan dan sekolah sasaran program ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria kebutuhan (purposif). Hasil evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, danproduct), mampu menunjukkan program sebagai penguatan iklim positif sekolah, memperkokoh legitimasi nilai karakter dan kurikulum, maupun fondasi awal pembentukan budaya sekolah yang berkeadaban. Hasil Utilization Focused Evaluation (UFE), mengindikasikan bahwa program edukasi memberikan inklusivitas dan kesetaraan gender di lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa program edukasi anti kekerasan yang dirancang dengan berbasis kebutuhan dan bukti menunjang pencapaian sustainable development goals, khususnya pada tujuan keempat mengenai pendidikan berkualitas dan tujuan kelima kesetaraan gender.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis narasi empati dalam Gim Menggapai Matahari (The Sun Shines Over Us) sebagai teks budaya digital yang merepresentasikan kesehatan mental pelajar dan pendidikan empati. Masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana Gim berpeluang memberikan makna bagi perkembangan pendidikan empati, yang secara khusus berfokus pada isu kepedulian sosial, inklusi dan kesehatan mental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis visual dan analisis naratif terhadap tujuh multi-route playthroughs, enam tangkapan layar, dan transkripsi dialog sebagai proses encoding konsep empati. Kerangka konseptual Cultural Studies dan Game Studies dipadukan dengan konsep komunikasi empatik untuk menginterpretasi bentuk emosi dan respons empati atau non-empati Rogers diantaranya: perspective-taking, validasi emosi atau checking-in, tindakan suportif, dan respons non-empatik. Temuan menunjukkan Gim membangun spektrum narasi empatik seperti memahami perspektif orang lain, validasi emosi, kepedulian hingga memanggil bantuan atau dorongan suportif, namun dalam Gim juga menampilkan bentuk narasi yang menampilkan agresi non-empati seperti intimidasi. Makna empati bersifat negosiatif karena dipengaruhi rute pilihan dan konsekuensi naratif cerita. Implikasinya, pembelajaran sosial-emosional juga dapat diperkuat melalui media Gim yang berfokus pada narasi empati sosial.

Abstract

Personality competence is a crucial aspect in supporting teachers’ effectiveness in learning. This study aims to examine the evaluation of teachers’ personality competence using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Six teachers were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through guided interviews using structured protocols. Data analysis involved verbatim transcription, data reduction, data display, and interpretative conclusion drawing. The findings reveal two main dimensions in evaluating teacher personality competence: internal and external factors. Internal factors include the ability to demonstrate noble character, act as a role model, and uphold responsibility, while external factors relate to accountability in religious, social, and cultural domains, as well as adherence to professional ethics. These findings provide a foundational reference for developing a more comprehensive and convergent model of teacher personality competence evaluation in future research.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education policy implementation is essential to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability, particularly in the management of Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) as a government policy instrument. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation within the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) policy at the Department of Education and Culture of Sidoarjo Regency and its impact on teachers' teaching performance. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the digital transformation of the TPG policy has improved administrative efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for teachers. However, several challenges persist, including infrastructure limitations, lack of system integration, and disparities in digital competencies, indicating that the policy implementation has not been fully optimized. The implementation has positively impacted teacher professionalism, motivation, and teaching performance, although the impact remains uneven across different contexts. The study recommends strengthening policy integration, enhancing human resource capacity, and developing clear digital governance standards to improve the effectiveness of education policy implementation.

Abstract

Figur perempuan Jawa dinilai sebagai sosok yang lemah, dibuktikan melalui beberapa serat Jawa yang mendeskripsikan tentang perempuan. Perempuan dengan segala dimensinya menarik untuk diteliti, karena berkaitan dengan pandangan publik. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, perempuan Jawa lebih nyata praktis daripada laki-laki yang berhenti pada ideologi. Penelitian ini akan memperkaya pengetahuan baru terhadap nilai ajaran perempuan Jawa, dengan demikian dapat ditemukan beragam keistimewaan dalam diri perempuan Jawa. Alasan lain bahwa perempuan Jawa menarik untuk diteliti karena perempuan Jawa dituntut untuk jeli dalam bersiasat menghadapi tata krama yang terkadang menjadi “jerat budaya”. Artinya, hal itu menunjukan bahwa perempuan Jawa memiliki kemampuan dalam melihat sumber konflik, selanjutnya mengembalikan kepada yang berkuasa untuk menjawab “sendiri” permasalahannya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan baru tentang perempuan Jawa dari ajaran yang terdapat dalam serat. Salah satunya, dalam serat Wasita Dyah Utama yang mengajarkan ajaran dasar tentang perempuan Jawa. Melalui pendidikan dasar untuk perempuan Jawa dapat ditemukan makna keistimewaan dari perempuan Jawa

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad ke-21 memerlukan strategi yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pencapaian akademik, tetapi juga pada perkembangan sosial dan emosional siswa. Namun, praktik di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional yang membuat siswa menjadi pasif dan tidak termotivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan Joyful Learning melalui model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest dengan subjek sebanyak 22 siswa. Instrumen observasi skala Likert digunakan untuk menilai aspek kerja sama, komunikasi, empati, pengendalian emosi, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan hubungan positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor sosial-emosional yang signifikan, dari rata-rata pretest sebesar 2,59 menjadi 3,77 pada posttest. Variasi skor juga menurun, yang mengindikasikan adanya perkembangan yang seragam di antara siswa. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa joyful learning berbasis TGT efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, serta mengoptimalkan perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa sekolah dasar. 21st century learning requires strategies that focus not only on academic achievement, but also on students' social and emotional development. However, practices in elementary schools are still dominated by conventional methods that make students passive and unmotivated. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Joyful Learning approach through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on the social-emotional development of fifth-grade students. The study used a One Group Pretest–Posttest design with 22 students as subjects. A Likert scale observation instrument was used to assess aspects of collaboration, communication, empathy, emotional control, independence, responsibility, and positive relationships. The results showed a significant increase in social-emotional scores, from a pretest average of 2.59 to 3.77 on the posttest. The variation in scores also decreased, indicating uniform development among students. These findings prove that TGT-based joyful learning is effective in creating enjoyable, interactive learning and optimizing the social-emotional development of elementary school students..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of an integrative curriculum between nature-based schools and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) as a holistic educational model that combines ecological and religious values. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method conducted in two educational institutions in Bondowoso over six months. The research subjects included principals, teachers, ustadz, students, and parents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis of curricula and evaluation records. Data analysis utilized the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (2014), encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that curriculum planning is carried out collaboratively, implementation integrates nature-based learning with worship habituation, and evaluation emphasizes the balance of cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects. This integrative model demonstrates effectiveness in fostering creative, independent, environmentally conscious, and religiously grounded learners. The study contributes to the development of alternative curriculum models that promote spiritual and ecological balance in Indonesian education.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the essence of the meaning of the word Babi, which represents a symbol of human attitudes in the world and is represented in the novel Jakarta Sebelum Pagi by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. The analysis is conducted through a study of Roland Barthes' semiotic theory which includes denotation, connotation, and myth. In addition, this research is motivated by the various meanings formed from the use of the word Babi in the novel, as well as the social myths that emerge behind the word Babi. The method used is descriptive qualitative with reading, note-taking, data reduction, and theory triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the word Babi does not only function as a curse or animal name, but forms a social classification system consisting of nine categories, namely yan pi, babi bakar, babi steril, babi kacung, babi rakyat, babi aristocrat, babi Animal Farm, babi jahanam, and babirusa. Each category represents a certain social position in urban life in Jakarta. At the myth level, the sign system shows how social inequality is considered something normal in everyday life. This research also found that the meaning of the word Babi is constructed through cross-media references, ranging from Japanese manga to George Orwell's novel Animal Farm..
