Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze human resource competence and internal control towards accountability of financial reports at Belar State Elementary School, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. To improve the quality of financial reports, human resource competence, and internal control are crucial factors that can ensure transparency and accountability of school finances. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal and administrative staff. The data obtained were analyzed thematically to identify patterns and themes related to human resource competence, internal control, and accountability of financial reports. The results of the study indicate that HR competency and internal control play an important role in improving the accountability of financial reports. This finding emphasizes the need to improve HR competency and implement effective internal control and achieve more accountable financial management in the elementary education environment.Keywords: Human Resource Competence, Financial Accountability Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  kompetensi SDM dan pengendalian internal terhadap akuntabilitas laporan keuangan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Belar, Kecamatan Pujut, Kabuapten Lombok Tengah. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan, kompetensi SDM dan pengendalian internal meruapakn faktor krusial yang dapat memastikan transparasi dan akuntabilitas keuangan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah dan staf administrasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis  secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi SDM, pengendalian internal, dan akuntabiliats laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan pngendalian internal memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatakan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi SDM dan penerapan pengendalian internal yang efektif dan mencapai pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih akuntabel dilingkungan pendidikan dasar.Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Akuntabilitas Keuangan

Abstract

Abstract: The. aim of this research is: to describe planning, implementation and evaluation capabilities in increasing motivation to memorize the Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah Al Mahmud Aik Ampat. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, while the research design is a case study. Data collection techniques include: interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the results of this research are: (1) Planning the Tahfidz Program to Increase Motivation to Memorize the Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Mahmud including: (a) planning regular meetings, (b) planning a semester evaluation involving the tahfidz coordinator , teacher and student. The programs that have been planned to increase motivation to memorize are (a) planning the distribution of halaqoh levels and (b) giving awards to each student. (2). Implementation of the Tahfidz Program to increase motivation to memorize includes: (a) holding meetings, (b) carrying out teacher and student evaluations per semester, (c) implementing a previously determined tahfidz program which is permanent. (3). Evaluation of the Tahfidz program in increasing motivation to memorize includes: evaluation form in the form of an oral test per individual using a question and answer method with a rote reading deposit system and including memorized books (recommendations) worthy of taking the exam. The conclusion in the Tahfidz Program Management research in increasing motivation to memorize the Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Mahmud Aik Ampat is through a planning, implementation and evaluation.. Keywords: Program, Management, Memorizing, The Qur`anAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam meningkatkan Motivasi Menghafal Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mahmud Aik Ampat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun rancangan penelitian adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1)Perencanaan Program Tahfidz dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Menghafal Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Mahmud meliputi: (a) merencanakan rapat secara berkala, (b) merencanakan evaluasi persemester yang melibatkan koordinator tahfidz, guru dan siswa. Adapun program yang di telah direncakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi menghafal adalah (a) merencanakan pembagian tingkatan halaqoh dan (b) pemberian penghargaan (reward) ke setiap siswa. (2). Pelaksanaan Program Tahfidz dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal meliputi: (a) mengadakan rapat, (b) melaksanakan evaluasi guru dan siswa per semester, (c) pelaksanaan program tahfidz yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya yang bersifat permanen. (3). Evaluasi program tahfidz dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal meliputi: bentuk evaluasi berupa ujian tes lisan per individu dengan metode pelaksanaan tanya jawab dengan system setoran bacaan hafalan dan menyertakan buku hafalan(rekomendasi) layak mengikuti ujian. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian Manajemen Program Tahfidz Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Menghafal Al Qur’an di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al Mahmud Aik Ampat yaitu dengan melalui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to; (1) describe a quality library collection management system that is relevant to students' learning needs, (2) describe library staff in providing satisfactory services to students, to find out how the principal's role is to increase students' reading interest in school libraries, and (3) to describe library strategies in increasing students' reading interest. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are key informants from the Principal, the Head of the Library, Library Staff, and students. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Validity testing is carried out by triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis is qualitative with the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that: (1) In the management of library collections where the school discusses with subject teachers to find out teaching materials that are relevant to the academic year used and provides a collection of novel books to increase students' interest in reading. (2) The form of library services in providing satisfactory services to students, there are 4 things that library staff do, including the SMAN 1 Kuripan Library making library services an important thing such as helping students in borrowing, searching, returning books according to the needs of students' subjects, maintaining visitor comfort while in the library, providing satisfactory services to students, providing complete facilities and book collections and accuracy in borrowing and returning books. (3) The role of the principal in increasing students' interest in reading in the school library is carried out in several ways such as involving teachers in conducting learning in the library, plans to create a reading corner, plans for 24-hour digital library services and cooperation between the principal and teachers and library staff to realize plans to increase students' interest in reading.Keywords: Management, Library, Reading InterestAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di SMAN 1 Kuripan, dengan fokus (1) sistem pengelolaan koleksi perpustakaan yang berkualitas dan relevan untuk kebutuhan belajar siswa, (2) peran staf perpustakaan untuk memberikan layanan yang bermutu kepada siswa, dan (3) Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data analisis secara kualitatif dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) pengelolaan koleksi perpustakaan oleh staf yang berkualifikasi akademik yang relevan, serta melibatkan guru mata pelajaran guna memberikan bahan ajaran yang relevan bagi siswa, serta menyediakan koleksi buku novel guna meningkatkan minat baca siswa. (b) peran kepala sekolah untuk pengelolaan layanan perpustakaan yang bermutu kepada siswa dilakukan dengan cara, antara lain; membantu siswa dalam peminjaman, pencarian, pengembalian buku sesuai kebutuhan mata pelajaran siswa, menjaga kenyamanan pengunjung selama di perpustakaan, menyediakan fasilitas dan koleksi buku yang lengkap, dan memberikan informasi tentang ketepatan dalam peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. (3) Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan, yaitu dengan program guru mengadakan pembelajaran di perpustakaan, membuat program pojok baca, membuat program layanan perpustakaan digital 24 jam.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Perpustakaan, Minat Baca

Abstract

This research focuses on 3 aspects, namely; (1) human resource management program; (2) the level of teacher performance, and (3) the impact of implementing human resource management in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, head of curriculum, and teachers at the school. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that planning, organizing, directing, and supervising can be said to be quite good. First, planning by conducting a needs analysis and providing understanding regarding the K13 curriculum and learning tools that must be prepared by teachers. Second, organizing by placing and dividing tasks according to abilities and educational background. Third, direction is carried out by providing direction and guidance regarding the tasks and responsibilities given as well as providing motivation in the form of giving awards for teacher performance achievements. Fourth, supervision is carried out by the school principal through class visits and external supervisors. The implications of the research results suggest that the school provide training to the teacher council regarding learning media so that the process of communication and educational interaction between teachers and students can take place appropriately, try to increase the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the smooth and successful learning process, work together to improve each other. teacher performance, both from school principals, educational staff, and teaching staff, and it is hoped that everything that has been achieved can be improved.Key Words: Human Resource Management, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out "The influence of managing the quality of library services on increasing student visits at SMAN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa." This type of research is quantitative with the variable quality of library services X and interest in visiting students as variable Y. The population and sample of this research are class students X and XI with a total sample of 86 students consisting of class X, 43, and class Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis. From the correlation results with the sig value. 0.01 < 0.05 between variables The quality of library services does not have a significant effect on increasing student visits at SMAN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa. Rejected.

Abstract

Abstract: The Teaching Campus is one (of eight) Learning Campus activity programs launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek). The research method uses qualitative methods. The population came from students from the Jambi University Educational Administration study program from Class 5 Teaching Campus alumni. Using interview techniques. The results of this research illustrate that Education Administration students understand that campuses teach government programs with a contribution to implementing mandatory programs related to literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation. One of the obstacles to teaching campuses is the internal understanding of the school that houses the Teaching Campus.Key Words: Educational Administration, Literacy, Numeracy, Digital AdaptationAbstrak: Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu (dari delapan) program kegiatan Kampus Belajar yang dicanangkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbud Ristek). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Populasi berasal dari Mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Jambi dari alumni Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5. Abstract: The population of this research is the Sepakat Sejatela Syariah Cooperative from 2020 to 2022. The data collection method used is the library survey method. The data used in this research was obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the Sepakat Sejahtera Syariah Cooperative website (https: //ntbmall.com) /store/. This data is secondary data in the form of the next report. Koperashi-Syariah-Prosperity Agreement). The data analysis technique used is to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data using liquidity ratios (current ratio, short-term ratio, liquidity ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio, debt to asset ratio). Descriptive analysis whose aim is to analyze. Analysis of long-term equity and debt ratios). The results of the analysis are as follows. (1) Liquidity Ratio: Based on the average calculation for 2020-2022, the current ratio is 1224.67%, the quick ratio is 1221.07%, and the current ratio is less than 636.91%. Because this ratio is above the institutional average, it is recommended for institutions to maintain their financial performance and increase profits in the coming year. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) and its impact on student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The researcher employed a qualitative descriptive approach using qualitative research methods. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data display, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The informants in this study were the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. Based on the findings and discussion, the implementation process of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah has been running quite well. This is evidenced by training and mentoring activities for teachers, which motivate them to deliver updated content. The school's facilities also adequately support learning activities. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum did not show a significant impact on student achievement compared to the previous curriculum.Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Student Achievement

Abstract

Instructional leadership plays a crucial role in improving educational quality in schools, particularly by enhancing teacher performance. This study, conducted at SMPN 3 Baleendah, aims to analyse the implementation of the principal's instructional leadership in supporting effective learning processes tailored to modern student needs. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs. Findings indicate that the principal applies strategies such as adaptive curriculum development, teacher competency programs through training and workshops, and regular evaluations of learning processes. Challenges, including limited facilities and technology adaptation, were addressed through collaboration with teachers and support from the school committee. The study underscores that the principal’s participative and innovative approach positively impacts teacher performance and educational quality.Keywords: Instructional Leadership, Teacher Performance, Competency.

Abstract

One of the learning model that can help students in the learning process is Animaker-based Presentation Learning Media. Animaker-based Presentation Learning Media. It is expected that the learning media can improve student learning outcomes. The formulation of problem in this study is whether there is an effect of using animaker-based presentation learning media on student learning outcomes. Animaker-Based Presentation Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes On Science Learning in Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Sumbawa Academic Year 2024/2025. In this study using the population study method one group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in the learning process, this fact shows that the tcount value is greater than the t-table (11.173>1.725). t-table (11.173>1.725). Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Which reads that there is an Effect of Using Animaker-Based Presentation Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes. Animaker Based Presentation Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning in Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Sumbawa Academic Year 2024/2025. This research can be concluded, there is an effect of the use of animaker-based presentation learning media on student learning outcomes. Animaker-Based Presentation on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning in Grade V of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Sumbawa in the academic year 2024/2025. 2024/2025 academic year. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi populasi one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dalam proses pembelajaran, kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel (11,173>1,725). Demikian hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Presentasi Berbasis Animaker Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran IPA Di Kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Sumbawa Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, adanya Pengaruh Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Presentasi Berbasis Animaker Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran IPA Di Kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Sumbawa Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025.
