Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results that the author has found at the research location, the management activities of facilities and infrastructure in improving the learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan consist of 4 focuses, namely: 1) The planning stage which includes analysis of needs, financing, and priorities, 2) The implementation stage is one of the important factors in supporting the smoothness and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This can be seen from the suitability of the types of learning media, practice tools, and learning resources with the subject matter and learning objectives, as well as their positive impact on the learning process, 3) Maintenance stage, including two types, namely routine and periodic maintenance 4) Supervision stage, carried out by all stakeholders and without a special supervision team, and carried out periodically. So the conclusion of the study of educational facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the student learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan is that carrying out the planning, implementation, maintenance, and supervision processes, thus can have a positive impact on the learning process and improving the quality of learning, student learning interest, and achievement of learning achievements.Keywords: Management of Facilities and Infrastructure, Learning Process.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah penulis temukan di lokasi penelitian, kegiatan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan terdiri dari 4 fokus, yakni: 1) Tahap perencanaan yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembiayaan, dan prioritas, 2) Tahap pelaksanaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung kelancaran dan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini terlihat dari kesesuaian jenis media pembelajaran, alat praktik, dan sumber belajar dengan materi pelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran, serta dampak positifnya terhadap proses pembelajaran, 3) Tahap pemeliharaan, meliputi dua jenis yaitu pemeliharaan rutin dan berkala 4) Tahap pengawasan, dilaksanakan oleh semua stakeholder dan tanpa adanya tim khusus pengawasan, dan dilaksanakan secara berkala. Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan yaitu dengan melakukan proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemeliharaan, dan pengawasan, dengan demikian hal ini dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran seperti peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, minat belajar siswa, dan pencapaian prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, Proses Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: The parenting style of non-formal education in women's Islamic boarding schools has distinctive characteristics and is an advantage in itself compared to other educational institutions. This parenting style is designed with a holistic approach that includes the development of spiritual, emotional, social, and academic aspects, so that it is able to form students with integrity. The purpose of this study is to find out the parenting style used to increase the independence of students. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Pola asuh berbasis keagamaan menekankan penguatan spiritualitas melalui pembelajaran kitab kuning dan pelaksanaan ibadah rutin yang disiplin. Pembentukan karakter dilakukan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kesederhanaan, yang diajarkan melalui teladan dan bimbingan pengasuh. Pendekatan keluarga dalam pola asuh menciptakan suasana kekeluargaan yang harmonis. Pengasuhan kolaboratif menekankan evaluasi dan motivasi yang terus-menerus untuk mengembangkan potensi santriwati sesuai kebutuhan individu. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, seperti diskusi agama dalam berbagai bahasa, lomba keislaman, dan seni budaya Islami. Sistem disiplin pondok mengintegrasikan penerapan hukuman yang mendidik dan penghargaan untuk memotivasi santriwati, menciptakan keseimbangan antara edukasi dan ketegasan.Key Words: Parenting, Non-Formal Education, Islamic Boarding School, SantriwatiAbstrak: Pola asuh pendidikan nonformal di pondok pesantren putri memiliki karakteristik yang khas dan menjadi keunggulan tersendiri dibandingkan dengan institusi pendidikan lainnya. Pola asuh ini dirancang dengan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pengembangan aspek spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan akademik, sehingga mampu membentuk santriwati yang berintegritas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola asuh yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian santriwati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah pendekatan yang temuan-temuan penelitiannya tidak diperoleh melalui prosedur statistik atau bentuk perhitungan lainnya, prosedur ini menghasilkan temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dari data-data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan beragam sarana. Sarana itu meliputi pengamatan dan wawancara, namun bisa juga mencakup dokumen, buku, kaset video, dan bahkan data yang telah dihitung untuk tujuan lain, misalnya data sensus.Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah pendekatan yang temuan-temuan penelitiannya tidak diperoleh melalui prosedur statistik atau bentuk perhitungan lainnya, prosedur ini menghasilkan temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dari data-data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan beragam sarana. Abstract

The constructivist approach provides a strong theoretical framework for creating meaningful learning, in which students not only passively receive information, but also actively engage in the process of exploration and problem-solving. In the context of blended learning at UNDIKMA, the application of this approach requires effective learning design, active collaboration between lecturers and students, and optimal use of technology. The main purpose of this study is to obtain information about the methods used in implementing blended learning using e-learning. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which aims to describe the phenomenon of implementing e-learning-based blended learning at the Mandalika Education University (UNDIKMA). The results of the study are that lecturers at UNDIKMA are quite successful in compiling and delivering learning materials, providing clear references, and creating a conducive and fun learning atmosphere. Most students feel that the learning they receive is relevant to the latest developments and is contextual in nature, which is important to enhance their understanding of a particular field of study.Key Words: Constructivism, Blended Learning

Abstract

Abstract: Basically, zoning itself is a development of rayonation, when rayonation is a division of territory based on agreement, then zoning emphasizes more on the division of territory according to its function and management objectives. In the education zoning system, the function and purpose of management is to accelerate the equalization of education quality in Indonesian educational units. The emergence of superior schools and outlying schools in Indonesia is due to the selection of the quality of prospective students in accepting new students. One of the government's efforts to improve and equalize quality education is to implement a zoning system for accepting new students. Through the zoning system, students who live close to schools have a better chance of being accepted at educational units. The provisions of the zoning system according to Permendikbud No. 14 of 2018 are the priorities of prospective students (junior high school and high school) who must be accepted including: first, the distance from residence to school according to zoning provisions; second, domicile or transfer of family card; and third, academic and non-academic achievements. Meanwhile, the zoning system is the second consideration for the elementary school level after the minimum age factor for entering school has been met. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is meant by the Zoning System, (2) How is the implementation of the Zoning System policy in Mataram City Middle Schools, (3) What is the impact of the Zoning System policy on the distribution of the number of new students in Mataram City Middle Schools. Meanwhile, the objectives of the study to be achieved are: (1) To find out the objectives of the zoning system, (2) Describe and analyze the implementation of the zoning system policy in Mataram City Middle Schools, (3) Identify and analyze the impact of the zoning system policy on the distribution of the number of new students in Mataram City Middle Schools. Based on the results of the study, it show that the zoning system in Mataram City is still not optimal in providing equal access to education. As a result, schools in Mataram City, especially in Ampenan District and Sekarbela District, still have many students in shortage.Key Words: Zoning System Policy, Equalizing, Students

Abstract

This research aims to describe how educators and education staff manage to improve the quality of education at PAUD Miftahussalam Seluma Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research which has the meaning of describing a research that is being carried out. The main subjects in this research were the head of PAUD Miftahussalam and 7 teachers totaling 8 people. Research Instruments This research uses primary data (including observations and interviews of the Head of PAUD and teachers at PAUD Miftahussalam) and secondary data (including important documents). Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this research goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and concluding. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively with emphasis on efforts to answer research questions through formal argumentative thinking. This research concludes that the management of educators and education personnel in improving the quality of education in Miftahussalam PAUD Seluma district has been implemented starting from planning, recruitment, job placement, and coaching and development, but has not been carried out optimally on a routine and continuous basis.Key Words : Management Education Personnel, Quality of Education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the benefits of the Quizizz application in learning Islamic religious education. This type of research is a literature review. Data was obtained from literature research from several journal articles. The data collection technique used is literature study. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis techniques in a deductive way. The results of the study found that the quizizz application in PAI learning provides benefits, namely increasing student involvement, teaching becomes more efficient, giving feedback by teachers becomes faster and increasing students' understanding because it uses a game-like approach so that the material can be remembered by students better. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended for educators to be consistent in improving the quality of learning by using the quizizz application for students.Keywords: Quizizz, Islamic Religious Education, Technology, Education

Abstract

Children's social and emotional development is an important aspect that influences their well-being and future success. Children who have good social and emotional skills are able to interact well with others, manage their emotions healthily, and demonstrate positive behavior. In the context of early childhood education, such as in PAUD (Early Childhood Education), the role of partnership between schools and parents is very crucial in supporting this development. School and parent partnership refers to harmonious and sustainable collaboration between both parties in supporting the process of education and child development. Schools not only function as places for children to learn academically, but also as environments that support their social and emotional development. Teachers in PAUD have the responsibility to create a safe, supportive, and loving learning atmosphere. However, this role cannot be carried out effectively without the support of parents. When parents are actively involved in their children's education, they not only help childr(Zhang et al., 2024)en understand the importance of learning, but also provide the necessary emotional support. Good communication between parents and teachers helps create consistency between the home and school environments, which is important for children's emotional stability. Thus, the role of parents and schools in this partnership is not only important for the social emotional development of children, but also to build a strong foundation for their future success. Communities and governments also need to support this effort through policies and programs that facilitate collaboration between schools and families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow and develop optimally. This study analyzes the role of school and parent partnerships in children's social emotional development. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of school and parent partnerships on children's social emotional development at PAUD AL-Hidayah, Bug-Bug Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The population in the study was 50 PAUD children. Data collection techniques used observation methods, interview methods, documentation methods and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this study used the product moment correlation statistical technique.Keywords: Partnership, Child Development, Social Emotional.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using E-Magazine as a learning media in Continental Food course, focusing on Soup material. This study used a quasi-experimental design involving 60 students, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group using the E-Magazine, and a control group using a conventional textbook. The E-Magazine was designed to provide interactive materials such as recipes, cooking techniques, and demonstration videos. Data were obtained through student engagement questionnaires and knowledge tests and before and after learning. The analysis results showed that the experimental group had a higher engagement mean score of 4.6, with a Standard deviation of 0.5%. Compared to the control group with an average score of 3.3 with a standard deviation of 0.4%. In addition, there was a significant increase in knowledge scores after learning in the experimental group (mean pretest = 63, mean post test = 87) compared to the control group (mean pretest = 61, and posttest = 74). The t-test showed significant differences between the two groups on both student engagement (t (62) = 5.12, p < 0.001) and knowledge (t (62) = 6.45, p < 0.001). This study shows that the use of E-Magazine can significantly increase student engagement and understanding in learning Soup material.Keywords: Learning Media, E-Magazine, Soup, Continental.

Abstract

Risk management is a critical element in maintaining continuity and improving the quality of education at SMKN 1 Kopang. This study aims to analyze the risk management strategies implemented by the school and their impact on educational quality. The findings reveal that SMKN 1 Kopang faces various risks, both internal, such as limited human resources and facilities, and external, including government policy changes and natural disasters. To address these risks, the school has implemented strategies such as teacher training, leveraging technology in management and learning, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders and external parties. The principal's leadership plays a central role in risk management through direct supervision, regular discussions, and strengthening a collaborative work culture. The effective implementation of risk management has proven instrumental in maintaining education quality, as evidenced by the success of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the long term, SMKN 1 Kopang plans to enhance its risk management system through continuous training, the development of integrated risk policies, and strategic partnerships with various parties. This study concludes that effective risk management not only helps schools address challenges but also serves as an opportunity to sustainably enhance education quality standards.Key Words: Risk Management, Leadership, Education Quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how effective Edugames Baamboozle in increasing interest in learning Fine Arts students in SMA Negeri 4's class XI Sidrap. With a pretest- posttest control group design, this study employs a proper experimental research design. Class XI IPA 1, which had 28 students as the control group, and class XI IPA 2, which had 26 students as the experimental group, comprised the study's sample. From the findings of this investigation that have been analyzedthe control class's average value was 68.89% in the experimental class 83.83%. The N-Gain test findings in the control class were 27.35%, while 61.56% in the experimental class. In light of these findings, it may be said that the use of edugames Baamboozle is effective in increasing interest in learning Fine Arts of SMA Negeri 4 Sidrap class XI students.Key Words: Learning, Baamboozle Edugames, Learning Interest.
