Abstract

Basa humor sajrone kaos Cak Cuk Surabaya kalebu sawijining panliten kang nggunakake kajian pragmatik. Kaos bisa dadi sawijining medhia kanggo ngandharake pesan kang asipat kritik kaya d ene awujud sindiran marang pamarentah bab lokalisasi dolly, korupsi, lan saperangan organisasi Nasional . Panliten iki nggunakake panliten dheskriptif . Dhata sajrone panliten iki arupa wacana kaos Cak Cuk kang ngandhut unsur humor. Cara ngumpulake dhata ing panliten iki yaiku kanthi nggunakake metodhe nyemak, sawise kuwi kanthi cara nyatet. Dhata sing wis dikumpulake banjur diperang maneh dadi rumusan masalah, sawise kuwi dianalisis . Adhedasar andharan asile panliten ngenani basa humor kaos Cak Cuk Surabaya bisa kadudhut: (1) unsur pambangun humor adhedasar aspek kabasan diperang dadi telu yaiku aspek fonologis, aspek morfologis, lan aspek semantik , (2) penyimpangan prinsip kesopanan tumrap basa humor kaos Cak Cuk Surabaya kaperang dadi penyimpangan maksim ke bijaksanaan , penyimpangan maksim kemurahan , penyimpangan maksim penerimaan , penyimpangan maksim kerendahan hati , penyimpangan maksim kecocokan , penyimpangan maksim kesimpatian , lan (3) fungsi humor kaos Cak Cuk Surabaya kang kaperang dadi fungsi komunikat if , fungsi hiburan, fungsi kritik sosial, fungsi kreatif, fungsi eufimisme, lan fungsi estetis. Abstract

Tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah untuk meminimalisir risiko stunting dengan mengoptimalisasi kader DASHAT, karena nantinya kader yang akan memberikan penyuluhan kepada Keluarga Risiko Stunting (KRS) terkait dengan pemberian gizi simbang pada balita/baduta, ibu hamil dan menyusui. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah edukasi, stimulasi dan praktik pengolahan menu makanan untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui, bayi 6-8 bulan, bayi 9-11 bulan, bayi 12-23 bulan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader tentang pemenuhan gizi untuk pencegahan stunting. Program DASHAT berdampak positif bagi pengetahuan kader terkait pencegahan stunting dan dapat dijadikan upaya dalam menekan angka stunting di Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, motivation and consumer attitudes on purchasing decisions of the millennial generation on the Lazada marketplace, where this study uses causal associative research to look for the influence of product quality (X1) motivation (X2) consumer attitudes (X3) and purchase decisions (Y) with an unknown population size and uses a purposive sampling technique. sampling for data collection as many as 96 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), coefficient of determination analysis (R2), t test and f test. The results showed that 1) there was a partial effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of the Lazada marketplace millennial generation with a t-count value of 2.6141, 2) there was a partial influence of motivation on purchasing decisions for the Lazada marketplace millennial generation with a t-count value of 3.209, 3) there was a partial influence on consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions of the Lazada marketplace millennial generation with a t-count value of 5.309, 4) there was a simultaneous influence on product quality, motivation and consumer attitudes the buying decision of the millennial generation on the lazada marketplace obtained a calculated f value of 117.308.

Abstract

The purpose of financial management is to obtain and seek opportunities for funding sources for school activities, in order to use funds effectively and not violate the rules, and create transparent and accountable financial reports. The focus of this study is: 1). Planning, 2). Implementation, 3). Evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of field research using data collection techniques: 1). Observation, 2). Interviews, 3). Documentation. The researcher obtained conclusions from this study, namely: 1). Financial Management Planning at SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe was carried out with a general meeting attended by all principals, treasurers, and education personnel at the school to discuss future planning, then the principal or teacher held a member meeting again which was carried out as a follow-up to the general meeting held. Implementation schedule, time of implementation, place of implementation, and source of funds. 2). Implementation of Financial Management at SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe according to information from the principal, there have never been any violations, so that everything can run smoothly according to the plan that has been made. In this case, the role of the coordinator of each standard is very important, because they are the ones who know best what each standard requires and what activities must be carried out to achieve the management of educational financing in schools. 3). Evaluation of Financing Management at SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe ensures an effective and efficient way of working that leads the organization to the use of educational resources (human or labor, facilities and infrastructure, costs) efficiently and economically. It aims to find what is right and what is wrong, and to use the results of the evaluation to improve performance in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of the independent variables hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle, and sales promotions on the dependent variable impulse buying among Shopee consumers, especially gen z in Lamongan district. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires via Google Form then the test stages carried out include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis test, partial t test, simultaneous F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The sample in this study was 100 respondents with the characteristics of generation Z, who had made purchases at Shopee, and lived in Lamongan district. The sampling method in this research used a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis in this research utilized SPSS version 30 software as a testing tool. The research results show that hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle, and sales promotions all have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying. This is reinforced by the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test for the independent variable of 55.9%, the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other variables outside the independent variable used in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) and its impact on student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The researcher employed a qualitative descriptive approach using qualitative research methods. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data display, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The informants in this study were the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. Based on the findings and discussion, the implementation process of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Hasanah has been running quite well. This is evidenced by training and mentoring activities for teachers, which motivate them to deliver updated content. The school's facilities also adequately support learning activities. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum did not show a significant impact on student achievement compared to the previous curriculum.Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Student Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle, discount , and the use of ShopeePay Later on impulsive buying behavior in Gen-Z. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 276 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests with classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on impulsive buying , while discounts do not have a significant effect on impulsive behavior. Meanwhile, the use of ShopeePay Later has a significant effect on impulsive behavior in shopping. Simultaneously, these three variables have an effect on impulsive buying . This study is expected to provide insight for e-commerce companies in developing more effective marketing strategies and provide consumers with an understanding of the importance of wiser financial management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank Jatim during the period of 2019-2023. This research employs a quantitative method and secondary data obtained from Bank Jatim's financial statements. The results indicate that partially, CAR (0.418), LDR (0.891), and BOPO (0.224) do not have a significant effect on ROA. The F-test also demonstrates that CAR, LDR, and BOPO simultaneously do not significantly affect ROA, with a significance value of 0.080. Therefore, it can be concluded that changes in CAR, LDR, and BOPO do not have a significant impact on changes in ROA at Bank Jatim during the research period.

Abstract

Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang gizi yang cukup sangat berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan makanan yang bergizi. Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) merupakan salah satu gangguan masalah gizi pada ibu hamil. Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa prevalensi KEK pada tahun 2019 sebanyak (30,1%) dan terjadi kenaikan di tahun 2020 yaitu (35%). Penyuluhan yang dilakukan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan sumber pengetahuan dan wawasan ibu hamil mengenai gizi pada ibu hamil. Salah satu faktor kurangnya pengetahuan ibu karena kurang adanya edukasi yang dilakukan kepada ibu hamil. Sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan dalam masalah tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan mengenai gizi pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan pada Rabu tanggal 9 Oktober 2024 di Di Desa Dono Arum Kec Seputih Agung Lampung Tengah dengan jumlah 11 orang ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Sehingga dengan kegiatan ini daharapkan masyarakat khusunya perempuan mampu memahami dan menyadari pentingnya gizi pada ibu hamil dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan bagi ibu hamil.

Abstract

Rendahnya sikap kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika berdasarkan observasi awal menunjukkan perlunya penerapan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan sikap tersebur. Tujuan studi ini adalah meneliti pengaruh PjBL terhadap sikap kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan metode kuantitatif desain quasi eksperimen berupa posttest-only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya. Dua kelas menjadi sampel penelitian melalui teknik pemilihan purposive sampling. Model PjBL diterapkan di kelas VII-I, sedangkan kelas VII-G menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi untuk menilai sikap kerjasama siswa selama pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata sikap kerjasama siswa pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, di mana kelas eksperimen menunjukkan hasil yang lebih tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, model PjBL berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Studi ini penting dilakukan karena sikap kerjasama merupakan salah satu keterampilan abad 21 yang perlu dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran matemataika. The low level of students' collaboration skills in mathematics learning, based on initial classroom observations, indicates the need for a learning model that can enhance such skills.  This study aims to examine the effect of PjBL on students' cooperative attitude in learning mathematics using a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group. The population consisted of all seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri Surabaya. Two classes were selected as the research sample using a purposive sampling technique. The PjBL model was applied in class VII-I, while class VII-G used conventional learning methods. The data collection instrument was an observation sheet used to assess students' cooperative attitude during learning. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant difference in the average attitude of student cooperation between the control class and the experimental class, with the experimental class yielding higher results. Based on these results, the PjBL model has a positive impact on students’ cooperative attitude in learning mathematics. This study is important because cooperation is one of the 21st-century skills that needs to be developed through mathematics education.
