Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi digital terhadap intensitas pembelian produk online di kalangan mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 86 mahasiswa aktif dari Program Studi Keuangan dan Perbankan di Politeknik Negeri Medan, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik sebagai tahap pengujian instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi digital secara simultan memengaruhi intensitas pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga yang semakin terjangkau dan promosi digital yang menarik akan mendorong siswa untuk melakukan pembelian online lebih sering dan dengan keterlibatan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage has a high spiritual value and is obligatory for Muslims who are physically and financially able. The implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage requires significant costs, both for departure and services in the holy land, so the management of Hajj funds is a crucial aspect to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of services. In Indonesia, Hajj funds are managed by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH), which uses sharia-based investment instruments to optimize investment returns and support the financing of the Hajj pilgrimage. In contrast, Malaysia through the Hajj Savings Institution (TH) manages Hajj funds with a more integrated approach, which includes not only investment, but also savings and subsidies for Hajj pilgrims. The management and investment of Hajj funds in Indonesia focus on investment diversification in sharia capital market instruments, while Malaysia emphasizes real asset-based management such as property and agribusiness. These differences reflect differences in the economic context, regulations, and institutional capacity of each country. Good governance plays an important role in building public trust in the management of Hajj funds. This study aims to examine the differences in hajj fund management and investment policies between Indonesia and Malaysia, the role of good governance in building public trust, and the opportunities and challenges in aligning the hajj fund investment policies of the two countries to face global challenges. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the development of transparent, accountable, and sharia-compliant hajj fund investment policies.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing public participation in cash waqf in South Tangerang City, focusing on media information, religiosity, knowledge, education, and income levels. Utilizing a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 100 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The findings reveal that media information, religiosity, education level, and income level significantly impact interest in cash waqf, while knowledge level does not show a significant effect. The regression model explains 82.2% of the variance in waqf participation, indicating a strong influence of the independent variables on public interest. These results highlight the importance of accessible and effective media campaigns, as well as enhanced religious education, to improve public engagement in cash waqf practices.

Abstract

This research discusses the economic revolution that occurred during the leadership of Umar bin Abdul Aziz in the Umayyad Daulah, with a focus on economic policies based on Islamic welfare principles. Umar bin Abdul Aziz is known as a leader who brought significant reforms in the economic system through various policies, such as equal distribution of zakat, elimination of unfair taxes, control of corruption, and redistribution of resources. These policies succeeded in creating social balance, reducing poverty levels, and improving relations between groups in society. Through a literature approach, this research analyzes how Umar bin Abdul Aziz's policies reflect the Islamic welfare philosophy which integrates material, social, moral and spiritual aspects. The research results show that Islamic economic principles, if applied consistently, are able to create sustainable justice and prosperity. In conclusion, Umar bin Abdul Aziz's economic policies provide a concrete example of how Islamic values ​​can be implemented in government to achieve broader social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy consisting of 4 components or 4P, namely product, price, place, and promotion at Ma'Rika MSMEs in Dukuh Village, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province from an Islamic economic perspective. This form of research employs qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses observation, interviews with business owners and production employees totaling 5 people, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification are part of the data analysis techniques in this study. The results showed that Ma'Rika MSMEs in Cikupa District have implemented a marketing mix strategy in an Islamic economic perspective both in terms of products that prioritize halal and good principles (halalan thayyiban), prices that are affordable and free from elements of injustice and price discrimination, strategic business places and have carried out samsarah activities, and promotional activities prioritizing morals and honesty values.

Abstract

This study explores the role of zakat in reducing poverty in rural areas, particularly in Pandeglang Regency, where socioeconomic disparities remain prominent. Despite its potential to improve community welfare, the actual impact of zakat on poverty alleviation in rural contexts is still underexplored. This research aims to identify the contribution of zakat in enhancing the quality of life for the poor and examine the factors that support or hinder zakat program implementation. A qualitative method was used, involving four purposively selected informants: an amil, a muzakki, and two mustahik. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The study adopts the Theory of Community Empowerment and the Maqashid Shariah framework to interpret the findings. Results show that zakat contributes positively to basic needs fulfillment and temporary financial relief. However, challenges such as limited program resources, uneven distribution, lack of monitoring, and beneficiary dependence reduce long-term effectiveness. The study concludes that improving zakat management, professionalizing amil roles, enhancing public outreach, and integrating technology for transparency are crucial for maximizing impact. The research offers theoretical and practical implications, and suggests further exploration of zakat’s synergy with digital-based rural development programs.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam industri keuangan syariah menjadi kebutuhan strategis di tengah perubahan lanskap ekonomi digital dan meningkatnya ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap layanan keuangan yang cepat, efisien, dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi transformasi digital yang diterapkan oleh PT BPRS Mu’amalah Cilegon melalui pengembangan produk Smart School. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan pihak internal bank serta analisis dokumen sekunder. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Smart School telah menjadi inovasi layanan keuangan digital yang mengintegrasikan sistem pembayaran berbasis syariah ke dalam ekosistem pendidikan. Platform “MUDA Muamalah” memungkinkan transaksi cashless, pembayaran SPP, dan pelaporan keuangan sekolah secara real-time. Strategi transformasi digital BPRS Muamalah Cilegon tidak hanya mencakup pengembangan teknologi, tetapi juga pendekatan kolaboratif dengan sektor pendidikan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan inklusi layanan syariah. Meskipun membawa dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional dan daya saing, implementasi Smart School dihadapkan pada tantangan, baik internal seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan SDM IT, maupun eksternal seperti rendahnya literasi digital sekolah mitra. Kajian ini menunjukan pentingnya strategi digital yang komprehensif dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai syariah, termasuk aspek keadilan, transparansi, dan kemaslahatan umat. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model transformasi digital berbasis komunitas, yang potensial untuk direplikasi oleh BPRS lain dalam rangka memperluas jangkauan layanan keuangan syariah secara inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pada periode 2018-2024 merupakan masa yang penuh dinamika sosial dan ekonomi, terutama akibat dampak pandemi covid-19 dan ketimpangan pembangunan regional. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Tingkat Pengangguram Terbuka (TPT), dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDRB) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan secara parsial dan simultan pada tiga wilayah di Provinsi Banten: Kabupaten Serang, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Cilegon. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda dan data time series tahun 2018-2024. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial IPM dan PDRB berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, sementara TPT tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variable ini berpengaruh signifikan sengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 77,7%. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, terdapat indikasi bahwa kemiskinan menjadi persoalan multidimensional yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pembangunan manusia, struktur ketenagakerjaan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga dengan demikian, kebijakan kemiskinan perlu dirancang secara holistic dan inklusif agar manfaat pembangunan dapat dirasakan secara merata oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar ke empat dunia memiliki potensi besar dalam penghimpunan zakat. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mendorong digitalisasi di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan zakat. Perubahan perilaku muzaki (pembayar zakat) dari transaksi berbasis tunai ke transaksi digital menjadi peluang strategis bagi lembaga pengelola zakat untuk berinovasi dalam strategi pengumpulan dana. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Banten dalam meningkatkan pengumpulan zakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai strategi digital seperti penggunaan situs web resmi, media sosial, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta layanan berbasis WhatsApp terbukti efektif dalam menarik minat muzaki, khususnya dari kalangan generasi muda. Pada tahun 2024, 86,6% transaksi zakat di Provinsi Banten dilakukan secara digital, menandakan tren adopsi digital yang kuat. Faktor-faktor pendukung utama antara lain transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan, penggunaan konten yang kreatif dan menarik, serta transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana. Namun, terdapat pula sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, anggaran promosi yang terbatas, literasi digital yang belum merata, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pengumpulan zakat di era digital, integrasi yang sinergis antara strategi digital dan konvensional harus terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan oleh BAZNAS dan para pemangku kepentingan di Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the achievement of Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) in two Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Cilegon City, namely BPRS Cilegon Mandiri and BPRS Muamalah Cilegon, after the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2021-2023 period. The research method used is a comparative descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data analysis in the form of annual financial statements of the two BPRS and structured interviews with management. MSI measurement is carried out based on three main indicators, namely individual education, justice enforcement, and welfare improvement, which are adapted from the Abu Zahrah model and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results showed that BPRS Muamalah Cilegon consistently obtained a higher MSI score than BPRS Cilegon Mandiri, with an average MSI score of 0,62828 in the study period. This finding indicates that BPRS Muamalah Cilegon is more optimal in implementing maqashid sharia objectives, although both BPRS still have challenges in improving achievement in certain aspects. This study recommends the need to strengthen maqashid sharia-based strategies and program innovations for both BPRS in order to contribute more to the recovery and empowerment of the post-pandemic community economy.
