Abstract

Even a state-owned enterprise like PT. PLN must optimize all electricity-related services. All PT. PLN staff are required to perform this important obligation. Consequently, PT. PLN requires personnel who exhibit exemplary performance. This study seeks to examine the impact of employee performance on motivation and work discipline. The research concentrated on the personnel of PT. PLN Kota Solok. The study's population consisted of all employees of PT. PLN Kota Solok, with 57 persons undergoing quantitative analysis. Consequently, the sampling method employed will be the whole sample technique, as the overall population comprises fewer than 100 individuals. The findings of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that work motivation and work discipline positively influence employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok. The coefficient of determination of 0.662 signifies that work motivation and discipline account for 66.2% of the variance in employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok. The t-test results indicate that work motivation influences employee performance. Conversely, Work Discipline exerts a significant impact on Employee Performance. The F test results indicate that employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok is concurrently influenced by work motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

The performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) significantly contributes to the effective and efficient implementation of bureaucracy. Several factors can influence ASN performance, particularly within the environment of the Kuningan District Secretariat. The use of the SIJAPATI application as a performance assessment tool plays a crucial role in enhancing ASN performance. Additionally, job satisfaction also theoretically impact performance. This study aims to examine the effects of performance assessment on ASN performance, mediated by job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS application. The findings indicate that performance assessments, both directly and indirectly mediated by job satisfaction, have a significant positive effect on performance.. These findings provide insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance within the Kuningan.

Abstract

The large number of cosmetic industries that are emerging at the moment, one of which is hand body lotion products for body skin care, means that consumers have many considerations in purchasing decisions, consumers tend to have more importance in terms of quality and in terms for promotion through brand ambassadors which are very intensively carried out. purchasing decisions continue to increase. Purpose of the search is to determint various factors that influencer product price and quality for buying decisions mediated by the Ambassador brand. Research using survey method and a descriptive verification approach. Data collection techniques use was use a questionnaire. Population in this research is consumers of Scarlett hand body lotion products in Majalengka Regency and a sample 120 respondents. The tools SmartPLS analysis. Research outcome found that price have significant positive influencer for buying decisions. The quality of product positive and significant influence buyer resolve. Brand Ambassadors have positive and significant influence on buying decisions. Price positive but not significant effect on brand awareness. Product quality positive and significant effect on the Ambassador brand. Price on purchasing decisions mediated by the Ambassador brand has positive but not significant effect. Product quality for buying decisions is mediated by Ambassador brand and positive significant effect.

Abstract

Terrorism is a crime that is now widely discussed in print and electronic media, especially in Indonesia, which has been seriously affected since the Bali Bombing I in 2002. To this day, acts of terrorism continue to occur in various forms, involving both individuals and groups. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Penta helix concept in efforts to prevent and counter terrorism in Kananga Village, Bima Regency, as well as to identify the challenges encountered. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach involving informants representing the five elements of the Pentahelix: government, academia, business, community, and media. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that applying the pentahelix concept through a culturally-based approach, education, and solidarity effectively maintains social harmony and prevents the community from being exposed to radicalism. However, the main challenges faced include a need for coordination among institutions, limited access to vulnerable communities, and negative perceptions from some community members toward these efforts. The study concludes that the Penta helix concept can create a positive synergy between the government, academia, business, community, and media. However, challenges in coordination and perception need to be addressed to maximize its effectiveness in preventing terrorism

Abstract

The many types of products and services offered to consumers result in consumers being more selective in terms of choosing these products and services. To be able to win the competition, companies are not only focused on products or services, but are required to be marketing-oriented. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) an overview of service quality; 2) brand trust overview; 3) customer loyalty overview; 4) the influence of service quality on customer loyalty; 5) the influence of brand trust on customer loyalty; and 6) the influence of service quality and brand trust on customer loyalty. The subject of this study is the users of the freight forwarding service of PT Pos Indonesia Purwakarta Branch Office. The research method uses descriptive verification. The data sources used are primary and secondary. From an unknown population, a research sample of 100 people was taken, nonprobability sampling, especially incidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. To measure the magnitude of the influence of service quality and brand trust on customer loyalty in the use of PT Pos Indonesia Purwakarta Branch Office freight forwarding services using SPSS software version 26.0. The results of the study revealed that the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was 35.05% (low), while the influence of brand trust on customer loyalty was 45.56% (moderate). The results of the determination coefficient showed that the influence of service quality and brand trust on customer loyalty was 44.5% (moderate), while the remaining 45.5% was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of information technology and competence on financial management performance at Badan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Purwakarta Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with data types primary, namely a questionnaire using a Likert measurement scale. Sample determination techniques using a purposive sampling method in which the determination of samples is based on certain characteristics and characteristics based on the characteristics or nature of the population, there are 40 respondents. The study results show that information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on financial management performance. This is evidenced by the tcal value of 6.515 > ttable 2.026 and the result of the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the competition also has a positive and significant effect on financial management performance with a tcal value of 0.371 > ttable 2.026 and the result of a gis value of 0.000 < 0.05. And simultaneously it shows that information technology and competence have a positive effect and are significant on financial management performance. This is evidenced by the value of Fcal of 106.967, which is greater than the Ftable of

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of leadership and work incentives on employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. Based on initial observations, the level of employee discipline at the foundation exhibited several issues, such as a high absenteeism rate (3.89%), tardiness, and non-compliance with dress code regulations, which are suspected to be influenced by leadership and work incentives. The research employed a descriptive and verification method, analyzing the collected data as it was and validating the research hypotheses. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, consisting of 38 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Multiple linear regression was used as the analytical tool, with leadership and work incentives as the independent variables and work discipline as the dependent variable. The results indicated that leadership and work incentives both had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, both collectively and individually. This means that more effective leadership and higher work incentives lead to an increase in employee discipline at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Foundation. These findings imply that organizations seeking to improve employee discipline should focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness and providing sufficient work incentives

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability and dividend policy on company value with company size as a moderation variable. The population in this study is LQ45 Low Carbon Leader listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. Sample withdrawal using purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 65 data. The analysis technique uses the WarpPls program version 8.0. The results in this study show that the current ratio (CR) has a significant negative effect on price book value (PBV), return on asset (ROA) has a significant positive effect on price book value (PBV), dividend payout ratio (DPR) has a significant positive effect on price book value (PBV), company size does not moderate current ratio (CR) to price book value (PBV), company size strengthens return on assets (ROA) to price book value (PBV) and company size strengthens dividend payout ratio (DPR) to price book value (PBV).

Abstract

The success of an elimination organization depends on effective HR management. Therefore, it is important to use the right strategy in managing human resources so that a company can achieve its goals. Based on the results of the 2023 Cideres Hospital survey on community satisfaction, service performance at Cideres Hospital is in the poor category at 35.6%, so employee performance at Cideres Hospital needs to be further improved. The research aims to find out how Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Engagement impact employee performance at Cideres Regional Hospital. The quantitative method in this research uses descriptive and verification analysis. Cideres Regional Hospital has 753 employees. The sampling probability used was 100 respondents. Statistical testing of the data uses SPSS version 26 and the data analysis design uses partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and classical assumptions. According to the partial test results, it can be concluded that Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at Rsud Cideres. Apart from that, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSUD Cideres In Majalengka Region employees simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance with work tenure as a moderating variable at the Central Office of the Lamongan Morning Daily Editorial Office. Using a quantitative approach with regression analysis, this study involved 50 employees as respondents. The analysis results show that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 2.406; p < 0.05). However, work tenure does not moderate the relationship between incentives and employee performance (t = 0.050; p > 0.05). This study concludes that incentives are an important factor in improving employee performance, but the role of work tenure is not significant in strengthening this relationship. The practical implication of this study is the need for the company to design effective incentive strategies to enhance employee productivity, regardless of their work tenure.
