Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

The research that was conducted at the Akanang Vocational High School was because the school lacked learning media that could support learning, the main purpose of the research was to produce a media product in the form of a learning video that became a student learning companion. research and development Research and Development (R&D) is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products (Sugiyono, 2014). Research and development is used for the development and verification process of research products (Borg and Gall 1983). The results of research and development are developing and producing products in the form of learning videos, as well as determining the feasibility of the products being developed, which produces media in the form of learning videos Mp4 files, with material experts, media experts, students X images as users. The final result of the developed product assessment obtained a score of 58 percentage 95% with the category "very feasible" by, media experts, getting a score of 69 percentage 96% with the category "very decent" by, material experts, and getting a score of 42 percentage 95% by student X Thus, the learning media product is said to be very feasible to be used as a learning companion media.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in make-to-order-based printing services. In MTO-based companies, forecasting can be used to prevent unfulfilled consumer demand and inventory. The purpose of this study is to obtain the best forecasting results using the double exponential smoothing method based on the smallest MSE value and verify the forecasting results using the tracking signal method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is found that the double exponential smoothing method with parameter value =0.2 was chosen because it has the smallest MSE value of 5712904.8. forecasting results for the next 3 months, namely January to March 2022, have increased successively by 5491, 5724, 5956. Forecasting using double exponential smoothing with parameter value =0.2 is still within the tracking signal control limit, namely (±4).

Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Customer Experience and Customer Value on Revisit Intention at Taman Lio Baheula Tourist Attraction, Bekasi Regency. This study primary data with data obtained from distributing questionnaries to visitors visiting Taman Lio Bahula with 100 samples taken using a non-probability sampling method with purposive descriptive analysis and verivicative with SPSS 25 software tools. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant partial effect of Customer Value on Revisit Intention has a greater value of 43,6% while the partial effect of Customer Experience is 31,3%. The simultaneous influence of Customer Experience and Customer Value on Revisit Intention obtained a value of 74,9 and the remaining 25,1% was influence by other variables that not research.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas pangan yang memiliki arti penting baik bagi masyarakat maupun pemerintah adalah jagung (Zea mays L). Keunggulan jagung dibanding komoditas pangan lain adalah kandungan gizinya yang hampir sama dengan beras sehingga memadai untuk dijadikan makanan pokok sebagai pengganti beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dalam usahatani jagung di Desa Tamansari Kecamatan Pangkalan Kabupaten Karawang, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani jagung berdasarkan R/C dan BEP. Daerah penelitian ditentukan secara Purposive (sengaja). Metode pengambilan sampel untuk petani dilakukan dengan metode sensus sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa biaya total rata-rata usahatani jagung di Desa Tamansari adalah sebesar Rp2.598.574/musim, penerimaan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp7.670.000/musim, sehingga pendapatan rata-rata yang didapatkan adalah sebesar Rp5.132.000/musim, dengan keuntungan rata-rata yang didapatkan sebesar Rp5.071.426/musim, pada rata-rata luas lahan 1 hektar. Berdasarkan perhitungan R/C usahatani jagung ini layak karena nilai R/C ≥ 1, yakni sebesar 2,951 dan untuk mencapai titik impas minimal harus menjual jagung sebanyak 30,68 kg dengan harga jual Rp999,45/kg dan menghasilkan BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp90.402. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani jagung layak untuk diusahakan berdasarkan aspek keuangan serta usaha ini menguntungkan

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how Jean Piaget's theory of development and its effects on elementary school students' development. A qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach was used as the research methodology. Books, journals, articles, and other scientific works that are pertinent to the topic under study serve as the sources of information for the literature study. The findings demonstrated that elementary school-aged children's cognitive development varies depending on their age. According to Piaget's cognitive theory, children's cognitive development in the elementary school years is in the concrete operational phase (ages 7 to 11), which is a stage in which kids can think logically, rationally, scientifically, and objectively about something concrete or real. As a result, the teacher must present learning material that is empirical (real), not abstract or fictitious, during teaching and learning activities. The learning process must be grounded in reality, for instance, by providing concrete examples of the material being studied (modeling) and engaging in hands-on practice (experiments).

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the effect of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention at Forty Coffee Purwakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with verification approaches. The sample used is 100 respondents who are consumers of Forty Coffee Purwakarta determined by the Wibisono formula and taken using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling technique. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate descriptively that the correlation coefficient between Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing is 0.883, which means that both have a very strong level of correlation. The partial effect of Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention has a more excellent value of 73.9% while the partial effect of Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Intention is 15.4%. The simultaneous effect value of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Repurchase Intention is 89.3% and the remaining 10.7% was influenced by other variables not examined

Abstract

Reading interest in elementary school students is still very low, indicated by students who do not know letters and cannot read, because PTM has just been implemented in September and it turns out that almost 80% of third grade students cannot read, so students as parties from outside the school will starting to get used to carrying out the student literacy movement by doing 15 minutes of reading before starting learning accompanied by students and teachers. Literacy activities will also be carried out every week using educational games so that students are enthusiastic about participating in these activities. Reading ability in elementary school in grade III is low because of the impact of Distance Learning, so this study aims to improve the reading ability of grade III students at SD Negeri Sukamanah 02. The data obtained used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that improving the reading learning process with educational games (engkle sentences) could increase the reading interest of third graders at SD Negeri Sukamanah 02.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the efforts of Women Migrant Workers in helpingto alleviate poverty are reviewed through SDG 8 as an indicator of the success ofthe government's reciprocal relationship regarding the rights and protections thatthey have and should get during the 2017-2019 period. To discuss this problem, theresearcher uses a framework of thought through feminism theory of internationalpolitical economy, migration theory, compliance theory, and also the concept ofnon-state actor. The results of this study indicate that Women Migrant Workershave succeeded in sending 19.2% of the total remittances during that period.However, their rights and protection have not been addressed through a review ofSDG 8. For internal factors, SDG 8 cannot fulfill its objectives optimally becauseits position is not stronger than national law. Then externally, WMWs recipientcountries have their own regulations in handling the migration process, so thatgender-sensitive migration conditions have not been realized. Abstract

The background of the research made by this author is the unique way of endorsements carried out by influencer Fadil Jaidi on Instagram social media. With the aim of knowing how much credibility and influence the endorsement of Fadil Jaidi as an influencer on consumers' buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods and conducts surveys through explanatory surveys. The theory used is the Source Credibility Theory, which is based on the object of his research is the social media followers of Instagram @fadiljaidi. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature research, with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, namely simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the intensity and attractiveness of endorsements have a significant effect while the content of the endorsement message does not have a significant effect on consumers buying interest.

Abstract

In Indonesia, crimes committed by minors occur frequently in various regions; it cannot be avoided despite the fact that various efforts have been made to stop criminal activities committed by minors, ranging from counseling in various critical places where children are educated to arresting children in trouble with the law and posting warnings in various locations throughout the city of Karawang, but many cases of children conflict with the law continue. The goal of this study is to discover how the regulations governing the criminal justice system for children in Karawang work. Using the normative juridical research method, it is possible to conclude: The presence of The Juvenile Criminal Justice System desires practical progress in the context of the best protection for children who are viewed as a valuable asset of a nation and country in the future, and whose rights must be protected Legal protection for children can be interpreted as an effort to protect laws that violate children's rights and various interests related to child welfare. Criminal liability clashed with minors with the laws through provisions regulated in the Criminal Code and Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Criminal threats for children who commit an act against the law are determined by the Criminal Law, and the penalty for children who commit an act against the law is half of the maximum criminal threats from the Criminal Law on adults, while life imprisonment and capital punishment are not imposed on children who commit an act against the law.
