Abstract

This article presents opinions from several literatures regarding the quality and validity of a hadith as a source of Islamic law. The validity and quality of a hadith in its stipulation in Islamic law is divided into three, namely authentic hadis, which are hadiths that are continuous with the sanad, narrated by narrators who are 'fair and dabit, avoid shadh and 'illat. Hasan hadiths are hadiths narrated by fair narrators, lack strong memorization, continuous sanad, do not contain 'illat and do not contain syaz. Daif hadith, an-Nawawi defines a daif hadith as a hadith in which there are no valid hadith requirements and hasan hadith requirements. The position of hadith in law ranks second after the Koran, because the contents of the Koran sometimes require more explanation for Muslims, so the hadith in its position and function is very important

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the problems of the existence of intellectual property rights or IPR in Indonesia in the era of disruption. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation which combines interviews, observation and documentation studies, the data is then analyzed in three stages which include reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the discussion show that IPR can be an asset not only for the individual creator, but also for the state. However, in Indonesia, Intellectual Property Rights cannot be applied properly due to various factors such as culture, economy and law

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect, product quality and price on purchasing decisions Iphone in Karawang regency. Based on the results of related hypothesis testing, it can be concluded as follows: The results of this test indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on Iphone purchasing decisions in Karawang Regency. This shows that product quality has good operating system performance for consumers so that it can influence purchasing decisions. The results of this test indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an Iphone in Karawang Regency. This shows that the prices that can be reached by students with premium product quality are comparable to the application features and the benefits of the products which are very modern for consumers so that they can influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the healing method that Jesus used during His ministry in this world, and to examine the relevance of His healing method in today's times, and to analyze the extent to which the doctrine of justification by faith is able to provide a solution for healing the diseases for church members and also as a tool to prevent the church members from disease. This research is a writing that is produced through a literature review by researchers who are described descriptively. Through this research it was found that the method that Jesus used during His ministry shows that the faith of the sufferer determines his healing, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. The relevance of the healing method that Jesus used in the New Testament era to today is still very influential which is mixed through the doctrine of justification by faith. The doctrine of Justification by faith is not only able to heal sufferers but is also effective in preventing church members from suffering from any illness

Abstract

The economy of the capital market country must be able to facilitate the development of the market economy and the private sector will be the vehicle for economic activity. In relation to the problem of economic development, improving the capital structure of the business world is a must in order to increase efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of companies in order to face increasingly sharp competition in the era of globalization. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of the capital market in Indonesia using a literature study method. Sources of this literature study were obtained from various books, journals, and other references that can be used and related to the development of capital markets in the economy in Indonesia. Based on the research results, the role of the capital market as a source of corporate funding that has implications for the country's economy is not only an alternative but has been able to become the main source of funding.

Abstract

In order for a good school management to be implemented, it is necessary to have organizational elements that cannot be separated from an educational institution. The elements in an organization are in the form of vision and mission, facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between the school and the local government or other agencies. However, some schools still think that the elements in education are something that is not important, this can be seen from the many schools that have not made significant progress even though these schools have been around for a long time. The aim of the research is to be able to improve the management of school principals in empowering elements of school management. This study uses a qualitative method with the approach of observation, interviews and documentation. To obtain complete data, the researchers used the direct observation method. In developing an understanding of quality, the role of the principal as a manager is to make plans, organize all types of activities, carry out the plans to be achieved. The principal as a leader in the institution must be able to direct, build togetherness, realize the school's vision and mission to advance the school, have a strong determination to change institutions in a better direction, namely the realization of quality schools..

Abstract

That education is to prepare individuals or individuals to be able to face this life perfectly, happily, love the motherland, be strong in body, perfect in morals, orderly in thinking, have gentle feelings, proficient in science, help each other to others, improve pen and oral expression and improve his deeds. According to Abrasyi, the main foundation in Islamic character education is faith. Allah gives lessons in Q.S. Luqman/31: 12-19. The advice is explicit, clear and detailed about how Lukman Alhakim educates and directs the child's personality, and maintains his character so that he can face various tests and challenges in life in this world. Strengthening character education in an Islamic perspective is strengthening from the side of faith. The root of faith is the sentence of monotheism which is the basis of a good Islamic personality. Therefore. Strengthening character education is carried out by strengthening faith, namely with an attitude of istiqamah and understanding the dynamics of faith, having faith and being close to the Koran, always being obedient and obedient to Allah, making piety as clothing and carrying out Islam as a whole so that it can achieve degrees of glory with that piety. The challenges of character education in the 21st century are: a character crisis, the emergence of signs of the times that destroy character, mental illness, distortion of moral goodness, transactional culture, and lack of interest in moral and ethical lessons. Therefore strengthening character education is carried out based on religion, namely the Koran. Al-Quran contains many instructions in strengthening character education, namely: the character of worship in Q.S. Al Furqon/25: 63-77, the character of abid, ulil albab, caliph and insan kamil and the growth of work ethic. Efforts to strengthen character education in the family are to increase the role of fathers in children's education. Efforts in education are various efforts to improve the character education system in educational institutions in order to create a school culture and educational institutions that lead to the production of superior human beings and are based on the noble values ​​of Islamic teachings and national culture.

Abstract

This type of research is Research and Development (R&D), adapted and modified from the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). These stages include preliminary research, design, initial product development, first trial, first product launch, limited field trial, and second product launch. In the early stages of product development, material validation is carried out by lecturers, media validation lecturers and an expert (teacher). Sparkol Videoscribe media was tested on students in two stages, namely the small group test stage with 20 students and the large group test stage with 35 students of class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 4 Sumbawa Besar. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The research tools used were expert surveys for validation, student answers about product feasibility, and pre- and post-tests about students' critical thinking. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in the form of expert assessment results and quantitative analysis techniques on students' pre- and post-test results using the SPSS for Windows 21 application. The results showed that 1) the development of a biology learning environment based on the Sparkol videoscript. 2) the results of the feasibility test for material experts obtained an average score of 79.17%, media 80% and practical experts 83.3 in the category highly fulfilling the requirements of biology as a learning tool, and the results of the preliminary exam got an average score of 79.17% Average - average 44, average post-test score 88. 3) Dependent sample The average total score obtained by t-test is 78, indicating that the Sparkol writing-based learning environment is very effective. Biology learning tools to develop students' critical thinking.

Abstract

The economy in Indonesia is very diverse, there are many things that can help the community’s economy. One of them is from the industrial sector which plays a role in supporting the national community’s economy to design simple and affordable tools for MSMEs through this final project. Nationally, UMKM have an important role in improving the nation’s economy because they are labor-intensive businesses that require a lot of labor. The micro, small, medium enterprises UMKM group involves many business groups as a reinforcement in avoiding the economic crisis. Residents in Indonesia definitely use pillows for comfort in a comfortable sleep and can improve the quality of stable sleep to carry out daily activities. The solution to this problem is to make innovative updates so that they are not monotonous. Manual human resources cause a lot of time and production is less rapid and requires machines to speed up and save energy. Design and build this simple pillow filling machine that can be operated directly by the general public who can produce one pillow with a size of 60 cm x 50 cm with a time of 2.31 minutes/pillow and can get 200 pillows/day, 1.200 pillows/week, 5.200 pillows/month, 62.400 pillows/year with normal work 8 hours of work. The need for dakron silicon materials for production needs so that the budget plan issued is managed which is 66.66 kg/day, 400 kg/week, 1.733 quintals/month, and 20.800 quintals/year.

Abstract

Research on "Language Learning Club Organizational Communication Patterns (Virtual Ethnographic Study of Languages ​​Learning Club Organizational Communication Patterns)" aims to study and analyze Languages ​​Learning Club organizational communication patterns. The theory used in this study is Mead's symbolic interaction theory concept in which there are three dimensional variables namely mind, self and society. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method using a virtual ethnographic analysis knife. The results of the research and discussion show that in the dimensions of the mind, organizational communication patterns of the Languages ​​Learning Club use two types of messages, namely two types of messages, namely persuasive and informative, while the dimensions of self do not run optimally due to the lack of participation from outsiders of the Languages ​​Learning Club and the variable dimensions of the community's communication patterns. organizations built by members of the Languages ​​Learning Club can give a positive color to the existence of the Languages ​​Learning Club
