Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

In essence, humans will always try to improve and develop their knowledge to fulfill self-satisfaction, the demands of the times and seek the truth. Learning everything with knowledge is basically an effort made by humans to get to the truth. Truth is the conformity between the object of study and the actual object, thus studying something through philosophy is a step towards obtaining true and objective knowledge. Science that has developed and has an impact on humans can cause a shift in problems from the material aspect to the mental aspect. The rapid development of modern science and technology tends not to pay attention to aspects of the value system, both ethical and religious values, resulting in human moral degradation. This study aims to determine the importance of the study of scientific ethics in the philosophy of science. Philosophy of science is used to study, reveal, and solve scientific problems for human life through relevant scientific methods. By literacy study methods, this study discusses the nature of philosophy, the nature of science, the relationship between ethics and science and the importance of ethics in the development of science.

Abstract

Konsumen merupakan salah satu pihak yang paling menentukan dalam hal pembinaan modal dan penggerakan roda perekonomian negara. Dengan begitu, diperlukanlah perlindungan untuk hak-haknya dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) demi meningkatkan kesadaran, kemampuan, dan kemandirian konsumen untuk melindungi diri. Diantara banyaknya hal yang diatur, salah satunya adalah hak konsumen untuk mendapatkan produk yang sesuai seperti yang diperlihatkan dalam label, khususnya pada produk pangan. Nyatanya, masih banyak produk pangan yang memiliki ketidaksesuaian tampilan dengan apa yang ditunjukkan pada label sehingga diperlukannya perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dalam memenuhi haknya sesuai dengan UUPK. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan konsumen dalam hal ketidaksesuaian tampilan pangan pada label produk.

Abstract

Community development is also followed by increased crime or criminality, as do illegal levies. The need for law enforcement against illegal levies that occurred in community life, because illegal levies occur in various sectors of community life including the trade sector which also includes trades that exist in traditional markets that can involve traders and civil servants. Criminalization of illegal levies is limited to the offenders, so that not all offenders can be charged and punished for illegal levies, because only civil servants or state officials can be given criminal charges against illegal levies. In this research will discuss the implementation of law enforcement on cases of illegal levies that occurred in Bambu Kuning Market conducted by the Head of Market which is a Civil Servants along with factors affecting the occurrence of illegal levies. The research method used is empirical juridical method, a study that examines the behavior of the community arising from interacting with the system of existing norms. So in this research of law to examine the behavior of society, especially merchants will their awareness of the act of illegal levies with primary data collection methods and secondary data through literature and field studies. The method of presenting the data qualitatively in a description of illegal levies and methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The process of law enforcement against the head of Bambu Kuning Market through several parts which is a system that is investigation, investigation and prosecution as well as the judiciary. The system in Lampung State Prosecutor as the party receiving direct reports from the complainants, immediately take action by conducting an investigation in advance, after proven the existence of illegal charges after it conducted an investigation to determine the suspect after the investigation and investigation. This can certainly give effect to prevent further illegal levies by civil servants or state officials.

Abstract

Legal protection for children is defined as an effort to protect the law against the freedom and human rights of children related to their welfare. Children as human beings are treated equally regardless of gender, age, race, and ethnicity. However, in practice, children of perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism often experience discrimination, stigmatization and persecution in their lives. Stigmatization and labeling that are not handled properly will lead to resentment and adjustments in a child's behavior according to what is labeled, namely being a terrorist. This research uses normative legal research or also known as doctrinal legal research which uses secondary data sources using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In this normative research, researchers conducted research on vertical and horizontal legal synchronization. This study discusses legal protection arrangements for children at risk of experiencing secondary prisonization, the impact of secondary prisonization on children and efforts to overcome stigmatization of children at risk of experiencing secondary prisonization

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to identify politeness strategies based on Brown and Levinson's theory in the speech of a YouTube podcast channel hosted by Denny Sumargo. The research focuses on two strategies, namely positive politeness strategy and negative politeness strategy. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data for this study consists of speech transcripts from the YouTube podcast video. The data collection technique employed in this research is note-taking. The results of this study indicate that in the podcast, positive politeness strategies are used more frequently than negative politeness strategies. This suggests that familiarity is employed to maintain harmonious relationships and avoid conflicts in communication. Keyword : negative politeness, positive politeness, podcast.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article aims to identify the responses of female guest speakers to praise on the YouTube podcast Vindes. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method. The data for this study consists of speech transcripts. The data collection technique employed in this research is note-taking, using the interactive analysis model technique. The results of this study indicate that female guest speakers utilize various types of responses to praise, such as appreciation tokens, comment acceptance, comment history, reassessment, return, disagreement, qualification, no acknowledgment, and a combination. The Female guest speakers on the YouTube podcast Vindes demonstrate differences in their use of praise responses, which are influenced by factors such as proximity and career background. Abstract

Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is one of the programs issued by the Indonesian government to overcome the impact of economic factors on people affected by the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of financial assistance provided to the poor. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Village Fund BLT Program in Sungai Beras Hilir Village, Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and to determine the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the Village Fund BLT program in Sungai Beras Hilir Village, Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this study is the Theory of Program Effectiveness by Budiani using 4 indicators, namely Program Accuracy, Program Outreach, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. This study used a qualitative research type, the necessary data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed. The results of this study indicate that first, the determination of targets in providing BLT-DD to recipient communities has not been effective because the village government has not yet been optimal in setting the target criteria for the BLT-DD program. other than that only indicators of program monitoring are already running well, while indicators of program socialization, program objectives which can be concluded are not yet effective. The two obstacles encountered in the effectiveness of the Village BLT-DD program in Sungai Beras Hilir Village, Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency were weak data verification/validation and the attitude of program implementers. The local government needs to increase the understanding of a program by implementers, in order to achieve an understanding of an effective program

Abstract

Digital literacy is the ability to obtain, understand and use information from various sources in digital form (Gilster, 1997). This article examines various processes of training activities in order to implement the use of android applications for teaching and learning activities. This article uses descriptive analysis method, descriptive analysis is a type of research that has the aim of describing the character of a variable, group or social phenomenon that occurs in society, without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables (Sugiyono, 2010). The sampling method uses interviews and an in-depth approach. The results of this training show that the digital literacy process among elementary school’s teachers in Sumberjaya village is quite sufficient in digital literacy competence.

Abstract

Modules play an important role in learning, especially in physics subjects. Validity testing is conducted to assess the suitability of a teaching module. A module is considered valid when validators have declared it to be so. In this case, the researcher aims to analyze the validity of the presentation system of a problem-based learning (PBL) physics module on Circular Motion and its Applications. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The descriptive-qualitative method is employed to describe the validity and suitability of the presentation system of the PBL-based physics module on Circular Motion and its Applications. This way, it can be determined whether the created physics module's presentation system is valid. Based on the validation results of the 'Physics Teaching Module Based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on Circular Motion and its Applications,' it is stated that this module meets the criteria for presentation and has been revised based on suggestions and feedback from the validator

Abstract

Critical thinking is a 21st century skill that needs to be improved in order to educate students to be accustomed to making decisions independently in dealing with a problem. The STEM-integrated PBL model has a syntax that can guide students in improving their critical thinking skills in science learning. Writing this article aims to analyze various literature regarding the integration of PBL and STEM in learning science as an innovation to develop students' critical thinking skills. Sources of information were obtained by analyzing 22 references from e-books, proceedings, international journals, accredited and non-accredited national journals. The research design used is narrative review. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that STEM-integrated PBL-based learning can improve students' critical thinking skills to understand problems and solve them, especially during the science learning process.
