Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop a crank game tool that can be used effectively to stimulate gross motor skills in early childhood at Swadaya PAUD. The crank game tool was chosen because this game involves body movements that can stimulate the development of gross motor skills in children. The research method used is the development research method. The stages in this development method include initial design, limited trials, evaluation, and revision of game tools. In the initial design stage, identification of needs and design of the concept of a crank game tool were carried out. Then, prototypes of game tools are made based on this design. After that, a limited trial was carried out involving a group of early childhood children at PAUD Swadaya. This trial aims to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed crankshaft game tool. During the trial, observations were made on children's responses and participation in using the crank game. Furthermore, an evaluation was carried out through observation and interviews with teachers and parents of the children involved in the trial. This evaluation aims to obtain input and responses regarding the effectiveness of the crank game in stimulating children's gross motor skills. Based on the results of the evaluation, revisions were made to the crankshaft to improve and refine its design. This revision was carried out taking into account the input and suggestions provided by teachers, parents and children involved in the research. The results showed that the crankshaft game developed in this study was effective in stimulating gross motor skills in early childhood at PAUD Swadaya. Children showed an increase in gross motor skills after using the crank game. This shows that the crank game tool can be an effective tool in developing gross motor skills of early childhood. This research makes an important contribution in the context of PAUD Swadaya, because it presents alternative games that can be used to stimulate children's gross motor development in a fun and interactive way. The hopscotch game tool that was developed can be used as a useful educational strategy in improving gross motor skills of early childhood.

Abstract

This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to investigate the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of X-grade Social Sciences students and identify obstacles in the history learning process. The study is conducted at Santun Untan Pontianak High School, located in Pontianak City, specifically at Jl Daya Nasional, Komp Untan, Bansir Laut, Pontianak Southeast District. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation as the tools. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and inference. The findings reveal that the intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivations of X-grade Social Sciences students are influenced by the abilities of both teachers and students. The research concludes that: 1) The intrinsic motivation of X-grade Social Sciences students demonstrates a lack of passion, desire for success, drive, and future aspirations in history learning. 2) The extrinsic motivation of X-grade Social Sciences students indicates that despite interesting learning activities, rewards, and a conducive learning environment, students are not adequately motivated. 3) The obstacles in the history learning process are primarily attributed to the insufficient facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Sustainability is crucial if organizations are to solve ecological issues on a global scale. Economic success and individual well-being are impacted by how well we can manage the environment. This journal was created with the intention of examining the connections between GHRMP and OCBE, GHRMP and EMS, and the indirect impacts of OCBE from PT. Indonesian GoJek. The research is conducted using a quantitative survey methodology. The dependent variables in this study include organizational citizenship behavior for the environment, the environmental management system, and corporate social responsibility. The independent variable is green human resource management practice. utilizing the purposive sample technique, literature, and distribution of questionnaires. and evaluated the reliability and validity. The results of the current study suggest that manufacturing businesses should embrace EMS ISO14001, promote OCBE, and employ GHRMP effectively to improve CSR. Utilizing these green strategies will lessen the performance gap between the economy and the environment. In order to promote and motivate staff members to participate in OCBE and environmental efforts, such as EMS ISO14001, managers must have a thorough understanding of GHRMP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image and Online Customer Review on the purchase decision of Erigo Products in Shopee E-Commerce. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis with SPSS program version 25. Testing of this instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The results of the T (Partial) test show that Online Customer Review (X1) has a positive and significant influence, Brand Image (X2) has a negative and insignificant influence, and Online Customer Review has a positive but not significant influence on the purchase decision of Erigo Products in Shopee E-Commerce. The results of the R Square coefficient of determination show that Online Customer Review, Brand Image and Online Customer Review have an effect of 80.4% on the purchase decision of Erigo Products on Shopee E-Commerce.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, gaya hidup dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Kopi Janji Jiwa di Cikarang Pusat. Populasi semua pengunjung kopi janji jiwa di Cikarang Tengah. dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa brand image (X1), gaya hidup (X2) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) kopi janji jiwa di Cikarang Pusat. Hasil koefisien determinasi R square menunjukkan bahwa brand image, gaya hidup dan harga berpengaruh sebesar 80,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi janji jiwa di Cikarang Pusat. Pengaruh dominan pada keputusan pembelian tiga kopi janji jiwa adalah variabel harga (X3) memiliki t hitung sebesar 4.132.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development, Follower-Leader Goal Congruence, Work Life Balance, and Job Security on Organizational Commitment. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and survey method by taking samples from employees at several police stations in the South Jakarta area. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. There were 170 samples collected. The results showed that Follower-Leader Goal Congruence, Work Life Balance, Job Security significantly influenced Organizational Commitment. However, Human Resource Development has no effect on Organizational Commitment. This shows that employees who have high levels of Follower-Leader Goal Congruence, high Work Life Balance, and high Job Security tend to have a higher commitment to the organization where they work. This research provides practical implications for companies in increasing employee commitment. Company management can pay attention to the factors that influence employee commitment. This research also provides a theoretical contribution to the literature on organizations because it reveals the importance of psychological factors in shaping employee commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing, stabilitas , pangsa pasar dan ekspor teh Indonesia di pasar Global. Terdapat tren penurunan pasar teh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) ekspor teh Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Hasil analisis (RCA) ekspor teh Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata RCA adalah 1,22, yang menunjukkan keunggulan komparatif yang cukup baik. Namun, perlu dicatat bahwa pada tahun 2021, terjadi penurunan signifikan dalam nilai RCA menjadi 0,78. Penurunan ini mengindikasikan adanya kerugian komparatif dan penurunan daya saing ekspor teh Indonesia pada tahun tersebut.Penting untuk melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap penurunan nilai RCA pada tahun 2021 guna mengidentifikasi penyebabnya.

Abstract

This journal is based on the eroding sense of nationalism which is increasingly fading among students in elementary schools which has made the inculcation of nationalist values ​​in the world of education now begun to be increased. Nationalism character education is an effective step to build a sense of nationalism for future generations. This journal aims to find out the development of the character of nationalism, the supporting factors, the obstacles experienced, and how to overcome the obstacles experienced in the application of developing the character of nationalism through the habit of singing the Indonesia Raya song. Abstract

Menurut penelitian yang dilaksanakan peneliti di SDN Taktakan 2 bahwa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, kebanyakan guru khususnya guru matematika memanfaatkan metode pembelajaran ceramah. Metode ini dapat menjadikan siswa pasif dan tidak minat mengikuti pelajaran. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan media papan perkalian terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas 2 SDN Taktakan 2. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif berupa pretest dan posttest. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 26 siswa kelas 2. Bersumber pada hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan rata-rata presentase ketuntasan posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkan pretest adalah dari 38% menjadi 81%. Dengan rata-rata presentase ketuntasan yang diperoleh dari posttest maka diharapkan siswa menjadi lebih paham terkait perkalian matematika dan hasil belajar meningkat dengan media papan perkalian.
