Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Minorities who have differences are often a concern in the world of education, especially because of the negative and discriminatory treatment they often receive in the school environment, either through teachers or peers. This situation shows the importance of implementing inclusive education as a system that provides learning rights fairly and equally to all learners without discrimination. Inclusive education not only emphasizes accessibility, but also a deeper understanding of diversity through a philosophical approach. This article aims to examine the importance of an ontological approach in inclusive education research. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the reality of diversity in schools and opens up space for the exploration of ways to overcome discrimination. The research method used is a literature study, by analyzing literature from various relevant sources. The results show that ontology in philosophy of science can be a strong conceptual framework for understanding and solving problems in inclusive education research, especially in designing strategies that are responsive to the needs of minority students.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the context of society 5.0 has resulted in significant transformations in the way humans interact, communicate and live social lives. This research aims to explore the complex relationship between religion and technology in modern society, focusing on how these two elements can collaborate to create a more inclusive, ethical and sustainable social environment. Specifically, this research has four main objectives: (1) Analyzing the role of religion as a source of life and inspiration in society 5.0, (2) Identifying the function of technology as a tool in creating efficiency and effectiveness, (3) Examining the characteristics of a global society that emerges from interactions across cultures, geographies, and religions, and (4) Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of technology in the context of society 5.0. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data was collected through various academic sources such as books, journals, and relevant scientific articles. The researcher conducted an in-depth analysis by paying attention to the relationship between religion and technology in the context of a modern society that is increasingly connected globally. The results show that religion and technology have great potential to complement each other. Religion provides a moral and ethical foundation, while technology offers tools to improve the quality of life. Research reveals that about 84% of the world's population identifies with a religion, and more than 4.5 billion people are connected via the internet, signaling the complexity of the interaction between these two domains. Key findings show that collaboration between religion and technology can create positive impacts in a variety of areas, including education, social services, intercultural dialog, and addressing humanitarian issues. For example, religious organizations have leveraged technology to disseminate teachings, provide social assistance and facilitate interfaith dialogue. However, the research also identified significant challenges, such as the digital divide, potential misuse of technology, and conflicts between religious traditions and technological innovation. Around 2.9 billion people still do not have internet access, raising concerns about global inequality. In addition, the research also emphasizes the importance of a collaborative approach between religious leaders, technology developers, and communities to create inclusive and sustainable solutions. The research suggests that in the future, the integration between religious values and technological advancements can be the foundation for building a more just, ethical and humane society.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the dynamics of religious freedom in the digital era with a focus on the challenges and opportunities arising from the development of information and communication technology. The research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through literature and documentation studies, with primary data in the form of official documents on religious freedom regulations, research reports, and statistics on intolerance cases in digital media. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model with source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results show that the digital era presents challenges in the form of the spread of inaccurate information and hate speech that can threaten tolerance between religious communities. However, on the other hand, digital technology also opens up opportunities for the creation of broader interfaith dialogue through online forums and webinars. The research found that stricter regulations on social media content and education for the public on religious tolerance are needed.

Abstract

This study is related to the importance of understanding epistemology among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hasan in Bandung, considering the increasingly complex and diverse developments in education. In the context of globalization and digitalization, a good understanding of epistemology will help students assess, choose, and effectively utilize various sources of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to identify how students utilize available knowledge sources and how this contributes to the development of their epistemological understanding. This study also aims to understand the constraints and challenges faced in accessing knowledge sources. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach with techniques such as interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The information involved in this study includes students and teachers who provide diverse perspectives on the use of knowledge sources. The results show that students have varying levels of understanding about epistemology. Most students tend to rely on traditional knowledge sources, such as textbooks and teachings from teachers, while a small number have begun to explore digital and non-traditional knowledge sources, such as the internet and social media. The study also identifies several challenges, including the lack of training for students in critically using digital knowledge sources. The conclusion of this study highlights the need to strengthen epistemology education at the madrasah, providing broader access to diverse knowledge sources, as well as the importance of training teachers to facilitate a deeper understanding of how students access and utilize knowledge. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective curricula and teaching methods in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak di Desa Margamukti untuk mencegah stunting. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari kader Posyandu, tenaga kesehatan, dan orang tua melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Posyandu berperan penting dalam pemantauan kesehatan anak, meski menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan alat dan partisipasi masyarakat. Upaya inovatif, termasuk pemberian makanan tambahan dan program "Dapur Dahsyat," telah diterapkan. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan sarana, partisipasi masyarakat, dan edukasi sebagai langkah efektif untuk meningkatkan deteksi dini dan mencegah stunting.

Abstract

The relocation of the capital city from it’s current location to a newly designated site necessitates comprehensive financing strategies. Understanding non-state budget (non-APBN) financing methods for the new capital helps deepen the understanding of the relocation financing process. However, research on financing the new capital city, especially through non-APBN schemes involving the management of state-owned assets, is still limited. This study aims to explore how the relocation of the new capital is financed through non-APBN methods, particularly through the management of state-owned assets. The research employs a library study approach, gathering information from diverse sources such as scientific articles and reports from relevant institutions, and utilizes a qualitative descriptive method. It will examine various non-APBN financing mechanisms for the new capital, with a specific focus on state-owned asset management. The study concludes that optimizing the management of state-owned assets, alongside providing fiscal facilities, must comply with legal regulations to be effective.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya interaksi sosial dalam membentuk perilaku dan karakter peserta didik di sekolah dasar, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang memengaruhinya. Interaksi sosial menawarkan berbagai manfaat, seperti meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi, mendorong motivasi belajar, dan mempererat hubungan emosional antara siswa dan guru. Efektivitas pembelajaran yang melibatkan interaksi sosial terlihat dalam aktivitas diskusi kelompok dan pembelajaran kolaboratif yang memperkuat pemahaman siswa. Selain itu, pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan, dan hubungan dengan teman sebaya turut berperan dalam memengaruhi dinamika interaksi sosial. Artikel ini juga mengupas perilaku belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi instruksional yang baik, serta dampak negatif bullying terhadap perkembangan remaja. Edukasi anti-bullying direkomendasikan sebagai solusi strategis untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Kajian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pendekatan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan aspek sosial, psikologis, dan formal untuk mendorong perkembangan siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan pasta umbi bit merah (Beta vulgaris) terhadap sifat fisik dan daya terima konsumen pada produk kue egg roll. Metode eksperimen digunakan dengan tiga variasi konsentrasi pasta umbi bit merah, yaitu 2%, 4%, dan 6%. Penilaian dilakukan oleh 30 panelis semi-terlatih yang mengevaluasi aspek warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur, kerapuhan, dan trigeminal. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pasta umbi bit merah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap aspek aroma, di mana formula dengan penambahan 4% menjadi yang paling disukai. Sementara itu, pada aspek warna, rasa, kerapuhan, dan trigeminal, tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan konsumen. Analisis sifat fisik menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pasta umbi bit merah mempengaruhi nilai pH dan kadar air adonan, dengan formula 2% menghasilkan nilai pH tertinggi (7,10) dan kadar air terendah (32,21%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, formula kue egg roll dengan penambahan 4% pasta umbi bit merah dinilai sebagai yang terbaik dan direkomendasikan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut sebagai produk pangan fungsional yang sehat dan menarik secara visual. Inovasi ini menawarkan diversifikasi produk kue dengan penggunaan bahan alami yang memberikan manfaat tambahan bagi kesehatan, sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan pada pewarna sintetis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di Hamzah Batik Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 105 karyawan Hamzah Batik Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert dan uji statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada keryawan Hamzah Batik Yogyakarta, (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hamzah Batik Yogyakarta, (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Hamzah Batik Yogyakarta.
