Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Diplomacy is one way to achieve the national interests of a country. In diplomacy, culture becomes an important factor in identifying the identity of a country. Cultural diplomacy can shape a country's image in such a way as to increase state confidence in the country's performance and capabilities, which then influence national interests in various fields. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type in this study because it was seen as the most appropriate to explain the phenomenon to be studied, by collecting data using the literature study method. The results of this study state that the Indonesian Cultural House is considered an important factor in building diplomatic relations through cultural diplomacy to characterize Indonesia's national identity in the eyes of the international community. Build better relations between Indonesia and other countries. Through this cultural house, the spread of Indonesian cultural values is more easily accessible to the international community. Especially in cooperation with Turkey, through good relations, the Indonesian Cultural House can also be established in Turkey to introduce Indonesian culture to the Turkish people.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the methods, strategies, and media of bilingual learning applied at the elementary school level. The study was conducted through a literature review approach by collecting data from various theoretical sources and descriptive analysis of bilingual learning videos on the YouTube platform. The results of the study indicate that bilingual learning has the potential to improve linguistic competence, develop cognitive skills, and encourage students' academic achievement. Effective learning models include an integrated thematic approach, the application of structured language rotation, the use of interactive digital media, and the integration of cultural values ​​from both languages. Learning evaluation is carried out through formative and summative assessments such as portfolios, classroom observations, and competency-based tests. The obstacles faced include the limited number of bilingual teachers, the lack of relevant teaching materials, and differences in students' language proficiency levels. The solutions needed include ongoing teacher training, the development of an adaptive bilingual curriculum, and collaboration between stakeholders to support the implementation of optimal bilingual learning.

Abstract

Public service transformation is able to create various innovations that can make it easier for users to access existing services. The focus of this research aims to analyze the implementation of Core Tax applications in order to improve compliance ethics and accountability in the tax administration sector. The application of the research approach uses a qualitative method through a descriptive-analytical type of research with the collection of interview data sources, observations, and documentation. From this analysis, the implementation of Core Tax is able to answer various real challenges to the need for innovation in public services, the presence of Core Tax can reflect the government's seriousness in transforming public services through the application of aspects of efficiency, accountability, and compliance ethics. In addition, Core Tax also provides considerable benefits in terms of ease of access to tax payments for taxpayers. However, a number of challenges through the aspects of limited infrastructure, digital literacy, and inadequate bureaucracy are obstacles in the implementation of this application. For this reason, the implementation of Core Tax must strive for synergy between various elements in order to be able to provide a strong commitment in developing accountable and transparent tax services.

Abstract

This research examines the mechanism for using priority rights in the process of extending Building Use Rights (HGB) on Management Rights Land (HPL) according to applicable laws and regulations as well as the legal protection mechanism for HGB holders if there is a rejection of the extension of HGB located on Management Rights Land (HPL). In this research, the research addresses two problems, namely: What is the mechanism for using priority rights in the process of extending Building Use Rights (HGB) on Land Management Rights (HPL)? And what is the legal protection for Building Use Rights (HGB) holders if there is a refusal to extend the HGB located on land with Land Management Rights (HPL) status? And uses two theories, namely the land registration theory from Boedi Harsono and legal protection from Satjipto Rahardjo. The method used in this research is normative juridical research specifically a library law research or secondary adata with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. As for the research approach used the legislative approach, the conceptual approach and the case approach and the method of collecting the legal materials are carried out by identifying and taking an inventory of positive law, journals and other legalsources. The method used in analyzing materials grammatical interpretation and systematic interpretation are carried out as well as analogical legal construction and Argumnentum A Contrario. For the research results can be obtained the importance of Priority Rights in the context of extending Building Use Rights (HGB) on Land Management Rights (HPL). Priority Rights provide former HGB holders with the opportunity to apply for an extension after their rights expire, with certain conditions stipulated in PP No. 18 of 2021 and ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation No. 18 of 2021. The extension process includes submitting an application, fulfilling seven requirements, assessment and decision by the authorities, and issuing an extension if approved. Apart from that, HGB holders have two legal protection mechanisms, namely preventive through an agreement stating priority rights, and repressive by filing a lawsuit in court if the application is rejected.

Abstract

Korean Wave is a term that refers to the global spread of Korean pop culture in various countries around the world starting from the 1990s. The phenomenon of the Korean Wave or Korean Wave is currently experiencing rapid development. This phenomenon is growing rapidly not only in Indonesia but also in the world. Through this, the South Korean government utilizes the Korean Wave as an instrument of their soft power. This study aims to find out how South Korea's soft power can affect Indonesia's national identity. This type of research is descriptive, using a qualitative approach. The results is that the Korean Wave can be easily accepted and affect the lifestyle and national culture that exists, especially for young people, so that unconsciously the influence of Korean soft power in the Korean Wave phenomenon can also have an impact on cultural threats that exist in Indonesia as a national identity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas manajemen risiko keuangan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) selama periode 2023–2024, dengan fokus pada strategi pengelolaan risiko dan kinerjanya dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi global. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan BSI 2023 dan dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) telah berhasil mengelola risiko keuangan dengan cukup baik pada tahun 2023. Meskipun ada beberapa tantangan, seperti peningkatan eksposur terhadap risiko mata uang asing, BSI tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang positif, baik dari sisi profitabilitas, kualitas aset, dan permodalan. Pengelolaan risiko kredit yang semakin baik, serta peningkatan efisiensi operasional menjadi poin penting yang mendukung stabilitas keuangan bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak media sosial dan FOMO terhadap pilihan pembelian konsumen di TikTok Shop. Perilaku konsumen telah beradaptasi seiring dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi dan pemasaran, sementara FOMO merupakan faktor psikologis yang mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh dari 101 pengguna TikTok Shop yang berusia antara 17 hingga 30 tahun melalui kuesioner online. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan FOMO memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kecenderungan pengguna dalam melakukan pembelian secara impulsif semakin meningkat sejalan dengan tingkat keterlibatan mereka di media sosial serta tingkat FOMO di TikTok Shop.

Abstract

The inner and outer bond between husband and wife to form a happy family. That bond is called marriage. In marriage there is mixing and separation of assets. There is no marriage agreement for joint property, while for separation of property there is a marriage agreement. If joint assets are willed, they cannot immediately be willed to another person or party because there are still assets of the spouse. A deed of will that has been made before a notary if someone is harmed. The position of a will is not absolute. For legal certainty and fairness, one of the spouses can sue the court for the division of joint assets or request the annulment of the Will Deed. Cancellation or adjustments to the contents of a will can occur in the judicial process to protect the rights of legal heirs, especially the wife as the legal owner of half of the joint assets. Notaries have a big responsibility to ensure the legal status of bequeathed assets. The notary ensures that the contents of the document are clear, unambiguous, and in accordance with the will of the testator. Identity and Capacity Verification: Before drafting the deed, the notary must verify the identity and legal capacity of the testator.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the implementation of habituation in strengthening the character of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Ngaliyan 05 through the aspect of mutual cooperation (gotong royong) in the Pancasila Student Profile. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that habituation is implemented through routine programs such as Clean and Healthy Fridays, classroom duty schedules, student patrols, and waste donation (sodaqoh sampah). These activities have proven effective in instilling values of cooperation, responsibility, social awareness, and empathy among students. Minor challenges, such as jealousy among students, can be minimized through teacher role-modeling and intensive communication with parents. In conclusion, habituation is an ideal strategy for developing the character of mutual cooperation in students and can serve as a model for other primary schools in supporting the sustainable implementation of Pancasila values.

Abstract

Perdagangan organ merupakan salah satu bentuk tindak pidana perdagangan orang (TPPO) yang semakin mengkhawatirkan, khususnya di Kamboja. Kasus-kasus yang melibatkan warga negara Indonesia menunjukkan keterlibatan sindikat transnasional yang memanfaatkan kondisi ekonomi korban dan lemahnya pengawasan antarnegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola, karakteristik, dan dinamika perdagangan organ di Kamboja dalam kejahatan transnasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sindikat menggunakan media sosial untuk merekrut korban, memalsukan dokumen perjalanan, serta bekerja sama dengan oknum aparat dan institusi medis. Penanganan perdagangan organ memerlukan kerja sama internasional yang kuat, harmonisasi hukum antarnegara, serta perlindungan dan pemulihan yang komprehensif bagi para korban.
