Abstract

This research aims to produce teaching modules at SMK Negeri 8 Tebo Class X Automotive Engineering Expertise Program that are valid, practical, and effective for improving student learning outcomes. The method used is the Research and Development method. The Automotive Fundamentals subject module uses the 4-D (Four-D) development model. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class X Automotive Engineering at SMK Negeri 8 Tebo. The instruments used were validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pretest and posttest learning outcomes tests. The results of this study stated that the teaching modules developed were declared valid after being validated by three validators. Besides being proven practical, the modules developed are also effective. This study demonstrates that a scientific approach to developing modules can have a positive impact. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan modul ajar di SMK Negeri 8 Tebo Kelas X Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif yang valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yangigunakan adalah metode Research and Development. Modul mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Otomotif mengunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Four-D). Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Otomotif SMK Negeri 8 Tebo yang berjumlah 31 Orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, angket respon guru dan siswa, dan tes hasil belajar pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan modul ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid setelah divalidasi oleh tiga validator. Selain terbukti praktis, modul yang dikembangkan juga efektif. Kajian tersebut memberikan bukti bahwa penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dalam mengembangkan modul dapat memberikan dampak positif.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to (1) describe the entrepreneurial spirit of automotive engineering students, (2) describe the motivation of the entrepreneurial spirit of automotive engineering students, and (3) see whether entrepreneurship and motivation have a relationship between For automotive engineering students This research is a descriptive analysis research. , regression and correlation, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and literature studies as additional data. In this study, the sample was 8th semester students as many as 35 students. Survey Results (1) The level of student entrepreneurship attitude for entrepreneurship is 71.36% in the "good" category. (2) while for motivation in entrepreneurship with a value of 76.64% with a level of "good" category. (3) Analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship with product moment, obtained a score of 0.655, with a coefficient of determination of 53.40%, and it is known that the variable for attitude to entrepreneurship has an influence with the motivation variable for entrepreneurship with a value of 54.40%, and which has other influences. is the personal ability of students, environmental conditions, family and friends around them

Abstract

This study will look for optimal results from using the type of spark plug, oil, and gasoline ethanol mixture to increase the temperature and mileage of a 4 stroke motorcycle using the Taguchi method, which this research can also be used as a reference for further researchers. The object of research in this study is a Yamaha Vega ZR 2010 modified injection system. Data collection is done directly, such as the temperature test is carried out with an engine speed of 5000 rpm with a span of 2 minutes each run, while for the mileage test using the full to full method. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the increase in temperature gets an optimal response, namely A1 (Nickel Spark Plug) SNR response (36.2803), B3 (Shell Advance Oil) SNR response (37.8012), C2 (Ethanol gasoline 75%: 25 %) SNR response (36,4388). As for the optimal response to mileage, the factors are A2 (Iridium Spark Plug) SNR response (28.5501), B2 (Federal Racing Oil) SNR response (28.5446), C3 (Ethanol Gasoline 80%:20%) SNR response (28, 5446).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance characteristics of a Honda GL max 125cc motorcycle engine using standard CDI and 110cc shogun CDI standard CDI with 110cc shogun CDI used on Honda GL Max motorcycles. 125c. Real data collection procedures, with the on-road test method and analyzed descriptively. The test results and analysis show that the increase in gear ratio and the difference in initial start on the two CDi influences engine performance, including speed, acceleration, power, torque, SFC (fuel consumption) on the motorcycle. The test results for speed and acceleration values ​​decrease, and the standard CDI energy value and the Shogun 110cc CDI decrease with increasing gears. Power experiences the greatest increase in the 110cc Shogun CDI compared to the standard CDI, and torque has increased. At the same time, fuel consumption is more efficient than the standard CDI due to the ratio gear from the manufacturer having been adapted to the condition of the motor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karateristik performa mesin sepeda motor Honda GL max 125cc dengan menggunakan CDI standart dan CDI shogun 110cc CDI standar dengan CDI shogun 110cc yang digunakan pada motor honda GL Max 125c. Prosedur pengambilan data secara real, dengan metode on road test serta dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengujian dan analisa menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rasio gear dan perbedaan awal start pada kedua CDi memilki pengaruh pada performa mesin antara lain kecetapan, percepatan, daya, torsi, Sfc (konsumsi bahan bakar) pada sepeda motor tersebut. Hasil pengujian untuk kecepatan dan percepatan nilainya semakin menurun, nilai energi CDI standar dan CDI Shogun110cc mengalami penurunan seiring peningkatan gigi, Untuk daya mengalami Peningkatan terbesar pada CDI shogun 110cc daripada CDI standar dan torsi mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat CDI standar disebabkan rasio gear dari pabrikan telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi motor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the competencies of graduates of the Automotive Engineering Vocational High School, in accordance with the demands of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, who must have abilities in accordance with technological developments and the needs of the business and industrial world (DUDI). The research method was carried out by means of Literature Study. Based on the results of the study and analysis, the competencies that must be mastered by SMK graduates in the automotive engineering study program so that they are in accordance with the needs of DU/DI and the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0, must have two competencies, namely Soft Skill competencies and Technical Competences. Entrepreneurial Spirit Soft Skill Competence, which has: (1) Leadership spirit, (2) Able to understand digital technology, (3) Mastery of communication and information media, (4) Able to control emotions, (5) Creative, and Innovative, (6) Have broad insight, (7) Ability to think critically and be able to solve problems, (8) Able to collaborate and work in teams, (9) Able to understand cultural and cultural differences, (10) Able to develop a career and be confident. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Program Studi Teknik Otomotif, sesuai dengan tuntutan Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang harus memiliki kemampuan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan Studi Literatur. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan analisis, kompetensi yang harus dikuasai oleh lulusan SMK program studi teknik otomotif supaya sesuai dengan kebutuhan DU/DI dan tuntutan revolusi industri 4.0, harus mempunyai dua kompetensi, yaitu kompetensi Soft Skiil dan Kompetensi Teknis. Kompetensi Soft Skill jiwa kewirausahaan, yang memiliki: (1) Jiwa kepemimpinan, (2) Mampu memahami teknologi digital, (3) Menguasai media komunikasi dan informasi, (4) Mampu mengendalikan emosi, (5) Kreatif, dan Inovatif, (6) Mempunyai wawasan Luas, (7) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan bisa memecahkan masalah, (8) Mampu berkolaborasi dan bekerja dalam tim, (9) Mampu memahami perbedaan kultur dan budaya, (10) Mampu mengembangkan karir dan percaya diri.

Abstract

The angle and number of wind turbine blades. The turbine used for testing is a vertical Darrieus-H type turbine with variations in the number of blades 2, 3, and 4. Blades with NACA 4415 specifications, wind speeds with variations of 4 m/s, 5 m/s, 6 m/s, 7 m/s s, and 8 m/s. The source of the wind using a fan. Variations in the angle of attack are 0o, 10o, 20o, and 30o. The blade is made of sea sengon wood. At the position of the angle of attack, 10o rotates faster due to the influence of the lifting force of the blades. The position of the blade angle of attack 0o is difficult to rotate because the blade position is straight with the wind direction. The position of the angle of attack 20o and 30o blades is difficult to rotate because the lifting force of the blades is too heavy compared to the position of the angle of attack 10o. The highest electric power is obtained from the number of blades with 2 angles of attack 10o with a power of 10.5 watts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya yang dihasilkan akibat pengaruh sudut dan jumlah blade turbin angin. Turbin yang digunakan pengujian adalah turbin vertikal tipe Darrieus -H dengan variasi jumlah sudu 2, 3, dan 4. Blade dengan spesifikasi NACA 4415, kecepatan angin dengan variasi 4 m/s, 5 m/s, 6 m/s , 7 m/s, dan 8 m/s. Sumber angin menggunakan kipas angin. Variasi sudut serang adalah 0o, 10o, 20o, dan 30o. Blade terbuat dari bahan kayu sengon laut. Pada posisi sudut serang 10o berputar lebih cepat karena pengaruh gaya angkat sudu. Posisi sudu sudut serang 0o sulit untuk diputar karena posisi sudu lurus dengan arah angin. Posisi sudut serang 20o dan 30o sudu sulit untuk diputar karena gaya angkat sudu terlalu berat dibandingkan dengan posisi sudut serang 10o. Daya listrik tertinggi diperoleh dari jumlah sudu dengan 2 sudut serang 10o dengan daya 10,5 watt.

Abstract

The student's desire to become a teacher is a factor that influences attitudes and motivation to attend lectures. High levels of interest in becoming a teacher will speed up the lecture process and influence student learning outcomes. The purpose of this correlational study is to determine the relationship between student learning outcomes in education courses and interest in becoming a teacher. The study was conducted on students from the FT UNP Automotive Engineering Education study program's 2018 class. The study was conducted on students from the FT UNP Automotive Engineering Education study program's 2018 class. The Pearson product moment correlation formula was used to analyze the data, and the t test was used to determine the significance of the correlation coefficient r. Based on the analysis of the research data, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between desire to become a teacher and learning outcomes in student education courses.

Abstract

Seeing the interest of students in entrepreneurship before studying entrepreneurship such as selling online or offline is a study that needs to be done. The existing interest in these students has an influence on students when they take entrepreneurship lessons. This study aims to see how much the contribution of student entrepreneurship interests supports student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship courses. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the nature of correlation research which aims to prove the relationship between variables. Respondents were 35 vocational education students who had become entrepreneurs. The results of the study show a significance value of 0.018 which is less than <0.05 probability so the hypothesis Ha is accepted, that there is an influence between entrepreneurial interest on the entrepreneurship learning outcomes of vocational education students and contributes 15.7%. Melihat adanya minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha sebelum mempelajari kewirausahaan seperti berjualan online ataupun offline menjadi sebuah kajian yang perlu dilakukan. Minat yang sudah ada pada mahasiswa tersebut apakah memberikan pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa ketika mereka mengikuti pelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa untuk menunjang hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variabel. Responden sebanyak 35 mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi yang pernah berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian menujukkan nilai signifikansi 0,018 lebih kecil dari < probabilitas 0,05 sehingga hipotesis Ha diterima, bahwa ada pengaruh antara minat berwirausaha terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 15,7%.

Abstract

This research based on the problem of the learning process of the Engineering Mechanics course. The teacher center learning process causes students to be passive so that students feel bored because of one way communication. Based on data student learning outcomes, it is still not well achieved, therefore it is necessary to apply the numbered heads together learning model to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes. This type of reseach is a factorial 2x2. The subjects of this study were 48 students. The sampling technique is carried out random cluster sampling. Data collection by dissemination of learning motivation questionnaires and learning outcome test instruments and analyzed using two ways anova. Based on the results of data testing, it can be concluded that the Numbered heads together learning model can improve student motivation and learning outcomes. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Mekanika Teknik. Proses pembelajaran yang terpusat pada dosen menyebabkan mahasiswa menjadi pasif sehingga mahasiswa merasa bosan karena komunikasi satu arah. Berdasarkan data hasil belajar mahasiswa masih belum tercapai dengan baik, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penerapan model pembelajaran numbered heads together dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Subjek penelitian ini mahasiswa yang berjumlah 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan random cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket motivasi belajar dan Instrumen tes hasil belajar dan dianalisa dengan two ways anova. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning modules and produce effective modules in cooperative learning-based mechanical engineering drawing courses. The type of research used is development research, which we are more familiar with by the term Research & Development (R&D). This study uses the 4D model (four-D models). The 4D development procedures are Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The results of this study indicate that the difference in pretest and posttest learning outcomes is an increase of 19.4%, and seen from the aspect of learning activity, it is stated to be very high with an achievement percentage of 81.6%, it can be said that this development module is very effective in its application in engineering drawing courses machine. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the development of cooperative learning-based learning modules effectively improves student study results. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran dan menghasilkan modul yang efektif pada mata kuliah gambar teknik mesin berbasis cooperative learniang. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian pengembangan yang lebih kita kenal dengan istilah Research & Development (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D (four-D models). Prosedur pengembangan 4D yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan hasil belajar pretest dan posttest terdapat peningkatan 19,4%, serta dilihat dari aspek aktivitas belajar dinyatakan sangat tinggi dengan persentase pencapaian 81,6%, maka dapat dikatakan modul pengembangan ini sangat efektif penerapanya di mata kuliah gambar teknik mesin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis cooperative learning ini efektif untuk untuk meningkatkan hasil studi peserta didik.
