KADARKUM: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal nasional yang menerbitkan artikel-artikel hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang hukum. okus dan ruang lingkup Kadarkum fokus pada semua isu-isu hukum dalam pengabdian dan penguatan kepada masyarakat. Kadarkum bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi, yang dapat diterapkan dalam masyarakat. Kadarkum berisikan bermacam kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh internal FH USM ataupun eksternal guna menangani dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu hukum yang kemudian dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Kadarkum sebagai wadah bagi peneliti maupun akademisi yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah dalam bidang hukum yang fokus pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kadarkum diharapkan menjadi jembatan komunikasi dan mendorong daya kritis antara para akademisi, pemerintah dan masyarakat guna menjadikan masyarakat sadar hukum.

Abstract

Uang merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang memiliki beberapa fungsi dalam sendi kehidupan. Uang juga menunjukkan salah satu bentuk kedaulatan suatu negara termasuk Indonesia, oleh karena itu setiap peredaran uang harus diawasi penggunaannya serta harus dilindungi mata uang rupiah. Penggunaan dan perlindungan mata uang rupiah sudah diatur sedemikian rupa, akan tetapi pada realitanya terdapat pelanggaran dan kejahatan terhadap mata uang yang merugikan pemerintah dan masyarakat, Selama ini banyak siswa yang belum mengetahui penggunaan dan perlindungan mata uang rupiah, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk penguatan pemahaman Siswa SMAN 1 Boja mengenai penggunaan dan perlindungan mata uang rupiah. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab secara langsung dan evaluasi dengan penyebaran quesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari 1 (satu) orang ketua, dan 2 (dua) orang anggota. Tim pelaksana ini adalah para dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Semarang yang berkompeten dalam penguasaan materi mengenai penggunaan dan perlindungan mata uang rupiah. Adapun hasil pengabdian yang mengambil tema penggunaan dan perlindungan mata uang rupiah ini berdasarkan rata-rata mengalami kenaikan sebesar 47,0%.

Abstract

Kekerasan di sekolah, baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal, menjadi ancaman serius terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian di SMKN 1 Cilaku bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal sebagai upaya pencegahan kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengisian kuisioner, pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi panel, dan post-test. Materi yang disampaikan menyoroti pentingnya Strategi Optimalisasi Media Sosial Untuk Mencegah Perundungan, Peran Kearifan Lokal Dalam Mencegah Dan Mengatasi Anti Kekerasan Dan Perundungan di Lingkungan Sekolah dan Membangun Lingkungan Sekolah Dengan Indahnya Toleransi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti gotong royong, toleransi, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan dalam membangun hubungan yang positif. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak menjadi faktor pendukung keberhasilan kegiatan, meskipun keterbatasan waktu menjadi salah satu tantangan.

Abstract

Women are considered second-class citizens who often receive stereotyped views and attitudes or negative labels, as well as acts of violence, both in the form of control even with the intention of protection, which eliminates physical and mental integrity, resulting in the loss of equality, enjoyment and basic freedoms as human beings. Indonesia, as a developing country, has a bad reputation in terms of human rights violations, one of which is that these violations can be classified as acts of violence against women. The core of legal protection for women in the UDHR respects the humanity of every person because they are born as human beings. The presence of the PKDRT Law, the TPKS Law which regulates the right to restitution and assistance funds, and Perma Number 1 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Criminal Cases Based on Restorative Justice. provide confidence to the community to dare to report their cases. The driving cadres are the leading partners who are directly involved in community issues. Based on this, the problem in this Community Service (PKM) activity can be formulated as the lack of understanding of the Trimluyo Genuk driving cadres regarding legal protection for women. This PKM activity was carried out using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. In this PKM activity, Trimulyo's cadres gained information developments and strengthened their understanding of legal protection, as indicated by an increase in the average general understanding of 13 participants of 81.54%.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the awareness of SMA Negeri 1 Ciranjang students towards the prevention of juvenile delinquency, especially bullying and sexual violence, through the role of the environment and social media. The method applied includes pre-test, material presentation by lecturers, panel discussion, and post-test. The material presented included the role of schools in building positive habits, sexual harassment prevention strategies, and strengthening the value of mutual cooperation as a form of tolerance in everyday life. The pre-test was used to measure students' initial level of understanding, while the post-test evaluated the increase in understanding after the activity. The results of the service show that students have a better understanding of the negative impact of juvenile delinquency and the importance of creating a safe environment at school. As many as 78.8% of students felt that this activity helped them understand issues related to bullying, sexual violence, and the wise use of social media. Supporting factors for the success of this program include full support from the school and the enthusiasm of the participants, while inhibiting factors include time constraints and a less conducive atmosphere. This activity is expected to provide students with insights on how to protect themselves from the threat of violence, understand the importance of tolerance, and increase awareness of the importance of maintaining local cultural values. Recommendations for future activities include developing more comprehensive materials and increasing participant engagement to create a more inclusive and safe school environment.

Abstract

As a state governed by law, Indonesia has an obligation to provide protection and equal access to justice for all its citizens, including persons with disabilities. This report examines the efforts of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office in optimizing legal services for persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities. Through research using observation and interview methods, steps taken and challenges faced were identified. Although the Bali High Prosecutor's Office has made significant efforts based on Guideline Number 2 of 2023, challenges such as a lack of accessible infrastructure, limited legal understanding among persons with disabilities, and a shortage of trained human resources still exist. Therefore, further strategies are needed to ensure equal treatment for persons with disabilities before the law, including increasing training for law enforcement officials and improving more inclusive facilities. This journal is expected to serve as a guide for other institutions in developing more disability-friendly legal services.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the community's understanding and legal awareness regarding the guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership through land registration in Nambo Village, Nambo District, Kendari City so that it can provide certainty and legal protection for land rights holders. The method of implementing this community service activity is held by the method of legal counseling directly in the form of lectures and questions and answers which are carried out face-to-face with the community. Through socialization and counseling involving various elements of society, this activity is expected to be able to provide a deeper understanding of land registration procedures, proof of land ownership and guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership. In addition, efforts are also made to increase public awareness of the importance of the legality of land ownership to avoid conflicts and legal problems in the future. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in public understanding and awareness of the guarantee of legal certainty of land ownership through land registration in Nambo Village, Nambo District, Kendari City, thus encouraging the community to take care of their land certificates officially to obtain guarantees of legal certainty and legal protection for land rights holders.

Abstract

Community Service, Universitas Semarang chose SMA Ksatrian Semarang. The Ksatrian High School Semarang was chosen as the location for community service activities with the topic Understanding Consumer Protection in Online Buying and Selling Transactions, considering that online shopping consumers are generally young people, teenagers, including students in high school who already have very adequate internet facilities. The Semarang City area is one of the areas with very adequate internet facilities in Central Java Province. Teenagers who are still unable to understand the bad side of online transactions will become angry for consumers so that understanding is still very much needed, maybe even very important. Consumers who transact through online channels in addition to getting convenience and practicality, often also experience losses on online selling transactions. While the method used by the service team is the Socialization method, which explains the rules and sanctions applied in the use of electronic media, especially in business activities, the Discussion method so that participants better understand the material presented. Through discussion, socialization is not just a transfer of knowledge but can share experiences and problems that are being faced by partners. Questionnaire method This method is used to find out how much interest Semarang Kesatrian High School students are about understanding protection in online transactions. Solutions to problems related to buying and selling transactions through the online system to students as consumers are carried out by providing socialization and exposure to legal materials, ranging from understanding consumer legal protection, consumer losses, legal basis for online buying and selling transactions, legal remedies consumer protection and consumer dispute resolution

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of rights and duties, which are two essential concepts in social life, including in the context of citizenship. In Indonesia, the rights and duties of citizens are regulated in the 1945 Constitution and various other laws. Citizens' rights can be understood as all that a citizen is entitled to, either in the form of authority or power. Meanwhile, duties refer to things that must be done as members of society. In general, duties are actions that must be carried out in order to obtain our rights. As Indonesian citizens, we have rights that must be respected and fulfilled, as well as duties that must be carried out as a form of our responsibility to the state and society. Based on a situational analysis, an issue has been identified: the lack of understanding among the residents of Manggarmas Village, Godong District, Grobogan, Central Java, regarding the rights and duties of citizens from a gender perspective. To provide a solution to this issue, the Community Service Team from the Gender and Child Research Center at USM will offer counseling to the residents of Manggarmas Village, Godong District, Grobogan, Central Java, regarding the rights and duties of citizens from a gender perspective.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly advanced and developing, greatly influencing people's activities, including students. Advances in information and communication technology in the current digital age have changed the way society interacts. Rapid technological developments have provided significant benefits to social life. Apart from the benefits that can be obtained, it turns out that this progress can also give rise to the potential for committing legal violations. To increase students' understanding of digital literacy and the importance of knowledge of it to minimize legal violations for students, outreach is carried out. The way this is done is by lecture and question and answer directly after the lecture is finished. The output of this PkM activity is the publication of the PkM journal, mass media publications (print/online), IPR in the form of posters, implementation videos uploaded on YouTube, and increased understanding.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve labor literacy and work readiness among the productive-age community in Krobokan Village, Semarang City. The urgency of this activity arises from the community’s limited understanding of workers’ rights and obligations, labor social security, as well as the practical skills needed to face job selection processes. The program was carried out through a socialization approach involving speakers from the Master of Law Program at Universitas Semarang (USM) and was complemented with pre-test and post-test instruments to measure its effectiveness. The results show a significant improvement, with participants’ average understanding increasing from 21% in the pre-test to 81.25% in the post-test, indicating a 60.25% increase. These findings highlight that structured, applicative, and locally oriented socialization activities can strengthen labor literacy while also enhancing community work readiness. Therefore, this program can serve as a relevant empowerment model to support the improvement of human resource quality at the local level.
