Abstract

The student selection process through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway continues to face challenges related to objectivity and transparency, particularly in integrating qualitative and quantitative data from various assessment instruments such as interviews and problem-solving tests. This study aims to develop a decision support system based on the Mamdani-type fuzzy logic to support a fair and standardized RPL student selection process. A quantitative approach was employed through intelligent system modeling, with system implementation carried out using Microsoft Excel by modifying IF-THEN formulas to simulate fuzzy logic principles. The system incorporates two input variables interview scores and problem-solving test scores and one output variable representing admission eligibility, categorized into five levels (A-E). Testing on a sample of ten prospective students showed that the system was able to perform systematic evaluations and generate more objective and consistent admission decisions. The conclusion of this study is that the application of a fuzzy inference system can improve the quality of decision making in the selection of RPL students, as well as support the principles of competency based and fair assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the distribution costs of processed food products, specifically fried shallots and meatball flour packages, from two distribution agents of UD. Berkah Mandiri to three main markets in Samarinda City. The method used is a linear transportation model with the Least Cost and Stepping Stone approaches, validated using LINGO software. The results show that distribution costs can be reduced from Rp 3.387.506 to Rp 1.877.340, achieving a cost efficiency of 44.6%. Validation using LINGO confirmed identical results, reinforcing the accuracy of the applied methods. These findings indicate that optimization-based mathematical approaches are highly relevant for UMKM to improve logistics efficiency, especially in the distribution of processed products such as fried shallots and meatball flour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas VII-K SMPN 2 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tahapan di setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 orang peserta didik kelas VII-K. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi aktivitas belajar peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan baik dalam aktivitas maupun hasil belajar peserta didik di setiap siklus. Secara klasikal, ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 55,81% dengan rata-rata nilai 75,76 pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 88,37% dengan rata-rata 88,63 pada siklus II. Persentase aktivitas belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan, dari 74% (kategori baik) di siklus I dan menjadi 85% (kategori sangat baik) di siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dinyatakan berhasil meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik, karena telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan, yakni aktivitas minimal berkategori baik dan tingkat ketuntasan minimal mencapai 75%.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, teknologi informasi berkembang sangat cepat diberbagai bidang layanan salah satunya pada industri perbankan. Saat ini banyak bermunculan perbankan digital yang menawarkan berbagai fitur menarik dan kemudahannya. Namun tak dapat dipungkiri tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat masih terhitung besar pada perbankan konvensional dibandingkan perbankan digital. Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) merupakan lembaga negara dengan status berbadan hukum yang independen, transparan dan akuntabel yang berfungsi menjamin simpanan nasabah penyimpan serta turut berperan aktif dalam memelihara stabilitas sistem perbankan sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Dengan adanya LPS diharapkan dapat memulihkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sektor keuangan dan tidak khawatir untuk menyimpan uangnya di perbankan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tantangan dan peluang perbankan digital serta implikasinya terhadap program penjaminan simpanan oleh LPS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mathematical modeling skills of junior high school (SMP) students through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. By using the PRISMA guidelines and examining 13 selected articles published between 2014 and 2023. The findings show that the majority of junior high school students have high mathematical modeling skills, with 48% of articles reporting strong performance. However, some studies also show moderate to low ability. Mathematical modeling has an important role in bridging abstract mathematical concepts with real situations, so that it can improve students' problem-solving skills. A variety of factors influence these skills, including learning styles, teaching approaches, and the use of real-world contexts and technology in the learning process. The data also shows that the provinces of Sumatra and Java are the most active regions in publishing research related to this topic. To improve students' modeling skills, this study recommends the use of problem-based learning approaches, the use of educational technology, and improved teacher training in designing contextual and interactive learning. This study emphasizes the importance of developing mathematical modeling skills at the junior high school level as a strategy to improve the quality of mathematics education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of implementing the discovery learning model on the critical thinking skills in class VIII at MTs NW Pringgabaya during the 2024/2025 school year. This research is a type of quasi-experiment. The study population consisted of VIII grade students at MTs NW Pringgabaya, divided into three classes. Cluster random sampling was used to select the sample, after conducting a homogeneity test on each population class. The experimental class, which applied the discovery learning model, was class VIII A, and the control class, which applied the direct learning model, was class VIII B. Data were collected using a critical thinking test and analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results of the analysis showed that the , and the results of the calculation of effect size using Cohen's formula amounted to 0.51, therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model has an effect on the critical thinking skills of Class VIII students at MTs NW Pringgabaya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of students’ mathematical creative thinking ability, which is caused by low student engagement during the learning process and a lack of understanding of mathematical concepts. This study aims to determine the effect of the GeoGebra-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on improving the mathematical creative thinking ability of students. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The subjects of this study were class VIII A as the experimental group and class VIII B as the kontrol group. Data collection techniques included a post-test and an observation sheet to measure the implementation of the learning process. Based on the research findings and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the GeoGebra-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can enhance the mathematical creative thinking ability of students. This is evident from the significant difference in the average post-test scores between the experimental and kontrol classes.

Abstract

which attacks the skin, peripheral nerves, and other body organs except the central nervous system. New leprosy cases with visible disabilities are classified as Grade 2 disabled leprosy. The number of Grade 2 disabled leprosy cases is an indicator used to show success in early detection of new leprosy cases. However, the leprosy data in Indonesia for 2023 contains outliers that can affect the results of linear regression analysis. To address this issue, this study utilizes the robust regression method of generalized-M estimation, which is an extension of M-estimation. The objectives of this study are to obtain a robust regression model using generalized-M estimation and to identify significantly influential variables. The research findings indicate that these factors have a significant simultaneous impact on the number of leprosy cases with grade 2 disability, and partially, the factor of access to basic sanitation facilities has an influence on the number of leprosy cases with grade 2 disability with an R^2 value of 73%, which can be explained by the predictor variables in this study. Meanwhile, 27% is explained by other predictor variables not included in this study. From these results, it is hoped that the efforts of the government and relevant agencies can improve access to basic sanitation facilities for the prevention and control of leprosy cases in Indonesia.

Abstract

Distribusi zakat diatur dalam Surat At-Taubah yang menetapkan delapan asnaf. Para ulama menekankan pentingnya penerapan prinsip fiqh al-awlawiyyat (skala prioritas) agar penyaluran zakat sesuai sasaran. LazizMu DIY adalah lembaga pengelola zakat dengan manajemen modern menyalurkan dana zakat. Salah satu tantangannya jumlah mustahik yang mengajukan melebihi dana yang terkumpul. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang merumuskan skala prioritas penerima zakat agar tepat sasaran, adil dan proporsional. Penelitian ini mengusulkan suatu pendekatan matematis berbasis teori graf untuk menentukan skala prioritas kelompok mustahik, dengan studi kasus di LazizMu DIY. Setiap mustahik direpresentasikan sebagai simpul (vertex) dalam graf tak berarah berbobot, di mana bobot simpul mencerminkan tingkat kebutuhan berdasarkan atribut sosial-ekonomi seperti penghasilan, jumlah tanggungan, dan kondisi tempat tinggal. Sementara, sisi (edge) antar simpul dibentuk berdasarkan kesamaan lokasi, relasi sosial, atau keterhubungan komunitas, dengan bobot yang menunjukkan derajat kedekatan antar mustahik. Model tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi program dengan cakupan distribusi yang luas, serta golongan mustahik yang paling banyak dijangkau. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu mengidentifikasi kelompok mustahik yang tidak hanya saling membutuhkan, tetapi juga memiliki posisi strategis dalam jaringan sosial-ekonomi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penerapan teori graf dalam sistem distribusi sumber daya terbatas dan memperluas ruang lingkup aplikatif teori graf dalam konteks sosial-ekonomi.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini, diteliti sifat – sifat himpunan – embedded, yaitu gabungan himpunan-himpunan – embedded. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa gabungan dua himpunan di ruang metrik merupakan himpunan – embedded. Lebih lanjut, terdapat ruang topologi dimana gabungan dua himpunan – embedded tidak selalu – embedded. Oleh karena itu, kami memberikan syarat tambahan agar gabungan dua himpunan – embedded merupakan himpunan – embedded.
