Abstract

Kelulut Madu UMKM was established in 2019, located in Kuala Sempang Village, Sri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The problems faced by Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Pak Asril Village, Kuala Sempang include firstly, Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Kuala Sempang. There is no brand logo for Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, secondly, they are experiencing difficulties in ordering packaging because the product often experiences damage during delivery. So, group 3 of KKN-P2EM STIE DEVELOPMENT TANJUNGPINANG 2023-2024 created a program that focuses on product packaging and brand management which aims to branding existing brands into brands that have selling value, assisting in Branding Packaging (product packaging) from creating logos and a more attractive brand so that it attracts consumers' buying interest, as well as giving a banner to MSME Madu Kelulut Pak Asril, Kuala Sempang Village, then sharing and explaining that knowledge of brand management is very necessary.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a measurable action intended to introduce company products to the wider community. A marketing strategy is a collection of business steps that have been combined at the level of product introduction to making consumers make purchases. The problem we encountered was related to marketing strategies that had not been implemented properly in Kuala Sempang Village. For this reason, we held "Marketing Strategy Assistance for MSMEs in Kuala Sempang Village". The method we used when researching was using the direct assistance method. The results of the survey we conducted showed a lack of understanding regarding MSME marketing strategies in Kuala Sempang Village. So, it can be concluded that this marketing strategy assistance is very important for business actors, because having a marketing strategy can increase the sales targets they want to achieve.

Abstract

E-commerce, or electronic commerce, refers to the process of dissemination, purchase, sale, and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet, television, www, or other computer networks. This includes electronic fund transfers, electronic data exchange, automatic inventory management systems, and automatic data collection systems. In the context of the Real Work Lecture (KKN), students are tasked with innovating and digitizing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to promote community self-reliance. One of the challenges faced is the underutilization of digitalization by UMKM entrepreneurs in sales activities. Therefore, we directly engage in the field to assist UMKM entrepreneurs in promoting their products through the Shopee application. The main objective of this KKN activity is to facilitate the creation of Shopee application accounts so that UMKM entrepreneurs can quickly utilize the platform to market and promote their products to the wider community. Through the establishment of Shopee accounts, it is hoped that competitiveness will increase and challenges faced by UMKM in digital marketing will be addressed. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this initiative will contribute positively to the local economy in Ekang Anculai Village, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency.

Abstract

The rengginang business made from cassava in TOAPAYA UTARA Village District is generally considered a medium, small and micro enterprise (MSME) which has weaknesses in terms of business management, especially strategic marketing management, this condition is relatively seen as an obstacle to business competitiveness. Packaging is the activity of designing and producing containers or wrappers as a product. The aim of a packaging strategy is to produce packaging that is attractive, easy to carry, safe, does not cause food contamination, and provides complete and adequate product information. Good packaging can increase sales of a product. This Community Service uses the coaching clinic method, which is a combination of three indicators (counseling, mentoring and evaluation). The result of this research is that the implementation of a packaging strategy can increase the competitiveness of product sales. Good packaging is a means of communication that helps increase sales. Over time, packaging has undergone an evolution in its function, from initially only aiming to protect a product, now having a broader function, one of which is branding or product identity. The best local products are produced, in this case rengginang which has the potential to be absorbed in the market. Packaging Strategy formulation is effective in terms of: choosing colors that are attractive and inviting attention, having distinctive characteristics, containing information about rengginang products made from sweet potatoes, providing comfort for consumers who see it, giving a more positive impression and providing relatively high emotional power, and implementing business management good by partners.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competitiveness of the UMKM Kopi Kuda Berkait in Sebong Pereh Village through packaging innovation and digital marketing education for local UMKM. The innovation involved designing modern, hygienic, and functional packaging to enhance the product's appeal and strengthen its brand identity. Digital marketing education was provided to the UMKMs in Sebong Pereh Village, including the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The implementation methods included interviews, observations, documentation, participation, and socialization. As a result, the packaging innovation successfully enhanced the branding of Kopi Kuda Berkait, while the digital marketing education helped local UMKMs understand digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach

Abstract

This community service program addresses the issue of limited public awareness regarding nutritional balance in food consumption, as highlighted in the background of the activity. The program aims to develop NutriGrade, a mobile application leveraging AI technology to scan and simplify nutritional label information, making it more accessible and engaging for users. Using the Agile development methodology, the project proceeded through planning, design, feature implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The application was tested among diverse user groups, demonstrating its effectiveness in increasing nutritional understanding, supporting healthier consumption habits, and aligning with smart city objectives by integrating advanced technology into daily life. This initiative successfully contributed to public health awareness by enabling informed dietary choices, thus reducing the risks associated with malnutrition, obesity, and related health issues.

Abstract

Wool thread is a type of material that can be used to make handicrafts. Wool thread has unique characteristics and is different from other threads such as; absorbs surrounding fluids, is not affected by weather, elastic, resistant to dust and dirt, not easily dirty, easy to clean (Astuti, P, 2018). The method used is through socialization, exposure and practicum using simple braiding techniques. The results of this activity show that children do not know how to use wool thread to make a bracelet using the braiding technique. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that children in Tanjung Makmur Village will be able to use wool thread to make bracelets that have sales value

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan di Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta mengenai pemanfaatan Mendeley dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk penulisan karya ilmiah berkualitas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan mahasiswa keterampilan dalam mengelola referensi dan memanfaatkan teknologi yang tersedia untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan ilmiah. Mendeley sebagai alat manajemen referensi membantu mahasiswa dalam mengorganisir literatur secara sistematis, sementara AI menawarkan berbagai fitur untuk mempercepat proses penulisan, seperti pemeriksaan tata bahasa, deteksi plagiarisme, dan pembangkit ide. Di samping manfaat ini, artikel juga menyoroti pentingnya etika dalam penggunaan AI untuk menjaga orisinalitas karya dan kemampuan berpikir kritis penulis. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang lebih baik dan berkualitas tinggi di era digital

Abstract

An increase in stunting incidents occurred in Samarinda in 2022. Several studies in the Harapan Baru area found children's inadequate food intake, low environmental sanitation, and low maternal knowledge regarding nutrition. The mother's role is vital in child feeding. Providing nutritional education to mothers of stunted children is carried out to create independence in preparing healthy and nutritious food, as well as protecting children from disease. This community service has the Harapan Baru Community Health Center as a partner. Nutrition education and the formation of a WhatsApp Group were conducted, followed by practice sessions in making complementary food using local ingredients. The results were an increase in the average knowledge of mothers, increasing mothers' skills in preparing adequate complementary food, and improvement in consumption intake after the intervention. Providing education accompanied by cooking practices can be a program intervention in the community to improve mothers' skills in making complementary food

Abstract

Pregnant women's knowledge about nutritional needs during pregnancy is very important to improve maternal and fetal health and prevent stunting. This will be even more meaningful if it is complemented by the mother's skills in utilizing local food sources as an affordable nutritional solution. Therefore, combining activities to educate mothers while providing direct practice is a good choice and suits the needs of pregnant women. This is the background to the community service activities of lecturers and students at the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic in Notoharjo village, Trimurjo district, Central Lampung. This activity involves direct practice in the form of introducing local food sources, using the KIA Book as a source of knowledge, and making soy milk as an alternative source of protein. The results of the activity showed an increase in pregnant women's understanding of daily nutritional needs and skills in practicing nutritional knowledge. This activity shows that community-based education involving local food sources has the potential to increase pregnant women's awareness of the importance of balanced and affordable nutrition to prevent stunting
