Learning about outer space, particularly satellites, is an important part of basic education that can foster motivation, curiosity, and interest in exploration among students. In the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for Thematic Grade 6 Theme 8, the topic of the moon's satellite is often taught. However, this learning is often ineffective due to less creative teachers and inadequate learning media. Therefore, more engaging media is needed to increase student enthusiasm and understanding. This paper focuses on character design in the development of interactive book media about satellites for 6th-grade elementary school students. The method used is qualitative with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Primary data were obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from books and journals. The illustration design process includes determining the characteristics of each character, building character concepts, collecting references, determining design concepts, creating design alternatives, evaluating designs, and finalizing designs. Verbal and visual concepts are tailored to the target audience. The results of this design show that attractive interactive book media can enhance the understanding and interest of 6th-grade students in learning about outer space.

Religious pluralism in Indonesia is a characteristic inherent in its society, but behind it all there are still individuals and radical groups who try to divide the integrity of the nation by using religious issues incorrectly, therefore synergy between teachers and parents is needed students in instilling the values of religious moderation. The aim of this research is to discuss the synergy of Christian teachers and parents in strengthening religious moderation at SMTK SoE. This research applies a qualitative method, where data is collected through interview activities using an FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach with 10 Christian teachers and 10 parents of students. The information collected is reduced to an act of data analysis which explains the results that Christian teachers and parents can work together to strengthen religious moderation for the students/children they train so that the good values for creating harmony can be embedded optimally. This awareness has also been implemented appropriately by Christian teachers and parents of students at SMTK SoE who have worked together to implement strengthening religious moderation based on indicators, namely: National commitment, non-violence, religious tolerance, and behavior that respects local traditions. Based on the explanations given by Christian teachers and students' parents, concrete forms of synergy in efforts to strengthen the values of religious moderation can be identified, including: Teachers schedule meetings with students' parents on a regular quarterly basis to educate each other about the importance of developing the character of a tolerant life; Teachers have a WA group with parents so they use social media to motivate and supervise each other so that children can have ethical and moral behavior that respects others, without discriminating against their religious background; Parents play an active role by immediately reporting to teachers if any of their children begin to display religious extremism behavior; Parents and teachers participate directly in children's character education through school extracurricular activities, such as watching family films together, family gatherings, those based on religious tolerance, and so on; Furthermore, teachers and parents also work together in monitoring social media, online games and the shows consumed by students at home so that they do not fall into acts of violence seen on various existing digital media.

The increasing prevalence of chronic illness, which requires long-term therapy, indicates the need for a medication reminder system. The Pillbox prototype was built using a design thinking approach (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test). Interview results during the empathize phase revealed difficulties in managing multiple medications with varying dosing schedules without a reminder system. The define phase identified that existing pillboxes had inadequate compartments and no reminder systems featured. The ideate phase proposed a solution to design a pillbox with specific dimensions and configurations to accommodate diverse medication types and integrate an audiovisual reminder system. During the prototype phase, development proceeded through the planning of design and electronic systems, featuring a buzzer for alarms, LED lights as visual indicators, mechanical end-stop sensors for lid detection, a Nextion touchscreen interface for time settings, and an Arduino Nano microcontroller for computational and control functions. The test phase involved nine trials. Alarm time accuracy, measured by the difference between alarm activation and setting times, demonstrated good results at 29.22 ± 14.57 seconds. LED lights and sensor responsivity performed well across all trials. Functional testing demonstrated satisfactory performance. A pillbox prototype with an audiovisual reminder feature is designed to increase medication adherence rates.

The construction of social reality in Indonesia is heavily influenced by the interplay between mass media and social media, reflecting the evolving dynamics of globalization and local culture. This study aims to explore how media platforms shape public perceptions, cultural identity, and social norms in the Indonesian context. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research investigates how mass media and social media frame issues and construct meanings that resonate with societal values, traditions, and contemporary challenges. Data collection involved in-depth interviews with media practitioners and users, content analysis of mass and social media materials, and participatory observation of interactions within digital communities. Analytical frameworks included Berger and Luckmann's theory of social construction, media convergence theory, and framing analysis. The findings reveal that social media platforms, such as tiktok and Instagram, facilitate a participatory culture where users blend global and local narratives, creating a hybrid reality. This hybrid reality reflects the negotiation of traditional values with modern, globalized influences, particularly in shaping the identity of younger generations. In contrast, mass media frequently aligns its framing of social issues with political and economic interests, influencing public perceptions through selective narratives. Additionally, the use of language, religious symbols, and algorithms was found to reinforce social norms and stereotypes, illustrating the media’s role in shaping societal expectations and behaviors. The study concludes that the interaction between traditional and digital media plays a significant role in constructing Indonesia’s social reality. It highlights the necessity of critically understanding media influences to navigate the complexities of identity and social dynamics in an increasingly globalized world.

Mental disorders are an obstacle to human resource development. Various efforts can be made to overcome mental disorders, including by utilizing the meaning of myths. Unfortunately, some people understand myths incorrectly so that they are unable to utilize them appropriately. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the variation of Balinese Hindus' interpretation of the myth of mental disorder in the “Buduh” short story by Ida Bagus Widiasa Keniten. This research was conducted by following a qualitative descriptive procedure; the data analyzed are non-numerical. Specifically, content analysis of the literary works studied was carried out so as to obtain results in accordance with the theme of the study. The findings of this study reveal that the myths in the “Buduh” short story are in line with the teachings of Hinduism. It is also considered that the holistic aspect of mental health must touch the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. The incompleteness of interpreting mental disorders will lead to incomplete treatment. In the “Buduh” short story, the author presents myths of mental disorders ranging from supra-rational to logical levels. The supra-rational element is spiritual, supernatural, and mystical. Supra-rational meanings include belief in repeated births (punarbhava) and black magic. At the supra-rational level, it is very difficult for humans to gain a logical understanding of the causes of mental disorders. Nevertheless, people who interpret it are still directed towards nobility of character. Meanwhile, at the logical level, the causes of mental disorders can be traced with common sense. Ultimately, both supra-rational and logical myths actually stimulate humans to be able to behave wisely as both domestic and external parties. When this happens, a complete human relationship will soon be realized.

Through MK decision no. 14/PUU-XI/2013 concerning the review of Law no. 42 of 2008 concerning the General Election of the President and Vice President states that general elections in Indonesia are held simultaneously between the legislature and the executive, which is generally known as simultaneous general elections. However, in its implementation, this simultaneous general election still experienced a number of problems. This is why law enforcement in simultaneous general elections is very important to realize honest and democratic elections. The aim of this research is to examine the problems that occurred in simultaneous elections and their law enforcement. The research method used in this research is normative legal research, which refers to doctrine and theory as well as statutory regulations and previous research that are relevant to the problem at hand. The research results show that several problems that arise related to simultaneous general elections include general election logistics issues, updating the final voter list, errors in vote counting due to damaged or invalid ballot papers, as well as money politics problems that still occur. General election law enforcement must pay attention to three benchmarks, namely General Election Administration Provisions (KAP), General Election Criminal Provisions (KPP), and General Election Ethics Provisions (KEEP). These three elements need to be empowered and regulated repeatedly in order to create law enforcement and democratic resolution of election disputes.

Stunting in toddlers is a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, including in Pringsewu Regency. Conventional stunting data reporting still relies on static tables and simple graphs, which limits data exploration for policymakers. This study aims to develop interactive data visualization to analyze trends of short and very short stunting at the sub-district level during the period 2021–2023. The research methods include secondary data collection, data cleaning, and the development of an interactive dashboard using Tableau and Power BI. The results show variations in trends across sub-districts, with some sub-districts such as Pardasuka sub-district experiencing a significant decline, while others like Ambarawa sub-district saw an increase in stunting rates. Compared to conventional methods, the developed interactive visualization enables deeper data exploration through dynamic charts, thematic maps, and more intuitive comparative analysis. This facilitates policymakers in identifying priority areas and designing more effective data-driven interventions. The main contribution of this study is the provision of a more comprehensive and flexible visual-based analysis tool compared to the static methods previously used in stunting reporting.
