Abstract

: The role of the principal is to direct the implementation of teaching and learning in schools. As an educational leader, the principal must know and understand his duties and responsibilities and apply them correctly. The purpose of this study is because the authors are interested in the role of school principals in the management of Islamic education institutions: an analysis of leadership theory. Research by library research. relating to research. This research was carried out in a series of activities to collect, process and analyze data taken from written literature. Thus this research is called library research. The results of the first study are the principal as an educator, second, the principal as a manager, third, the principal as an administrator, fourth, the principal as a supervisor, fifth, the principal as a leader, sixth, the principal as a creator of the work climate, Seventh, the principal as an entrepreneur and the principal has the task of setting teacher standards in schools.

Abstract

Behavioristic theory, which places a strong emphasis on improving personal conduct, is ideally suited for use in educational settings, particularly in the study of Islam. It is evident that subject teachers have used behavioristic theory extensively to promote positive student behavior since its inception. regardless of the learning of Islamic Education (PAI) itself, discussing associated behavior. Since PAI learning is a subject that all schools must provide. Students' behavioural modifications can be realized by giving them stimuli that will elicit positive responses. This study aims to comprehend the significance of using behavioristic theories in the study of Islamic Religious Education.The author's method is descriptive qualitative, and it includes methods for gathering data such interviews, observation, and documentation.Based on the findings of the author's research, it was determined that SDIT Juara did a good job of applying behaviorist learning theory to PAI learning. Positive behavioral changes in the students, such as increased drive for learning, interaction, memory improvement, and tolerance, are what define it. It is well known that SDIT Juara uses the behavioristic learning theory in its teaching of Islamic religious education. This theory is thought to be the best source of information to use when learning Islamic Religious Education, and it is hoped that by using this theory, it will be possible to see improvements in student conduct.

Abstract

Education is a tool for helping each person reach their full potential as a valuable, admirable person. Human characteristics result from values that allow for the precedence of thoughts, words, and deeds. This study aims to outline the value philosophy and how it appears in Islamic education. A qualitative approach to library research was used for this study. Measure the truthfulness of messages and derive conclusions using content analysis techniques used in data processing and analysis. According to the study's findings, value is etymologically related to price and estimated numbers of significant attributes that are beneficial to many individuals. However, values are criteria that exist in humans in the forms of good, just, and beautiful from a philosophical perspective. The Islamic notion of moral education is consistent with the theory of value in the philosophy of value, which has as its goal the revelation of good and true character. Islamic education, on the other hand, aims to delve into the nature of virtue and truth. Philosophers believe that human beings are defined as beings of value or quality because of how they grasp and apply the essence of goodness and truth

Abstract

Hasan Langgulung's thoughts in the development of students are quite taken into account, especially in Islamic education. Hasan Langgulung does not only emphasize cognitive aspects, but he also focuses on affective aspects. Thus, this is what distinguishes his concept of thought from other figures. The characteristic (idiosyncratic) of Hasan Langgulung's thoughts on education is the integration of psychology, philosophy and education. This characteristic is the purpose of writing an article entitled Idiosyncrasy of Hasan Langgulung's Concept of Thought on Student Development: An Overview of the Psychology of Islamic Education. The type of research used is library research, with an Islamic educational psychology approach. Sources of data in this study are books, articles, and other library sources, which are in accordance with the problems studied. The results found from this study are that Hasan Langgulung formulates his concept of thought in shaping the character of students, which is reflected in the three functions of Islamic education: spiritual, psychological, and social functions. On the other hand, Hasan langgulung also in transforming his thoughts did not forget to integrate with the philosophy of life. Key word: idionsyncrasi, Hasan Langgulung, character, Islamic psychology

Abstract

One of the competencies that the principal must possess is the ability to supervise. Competence in academic supervision, or the capacity of school administrators to offer advice to educators, students, and instructors in order to raise teacher professionalism. Professionalism in the classroom refers to a teacher's capacity to comprehend pupils, plan and carry out instruction, mentor and educate, develop students, and assess their learning outcomes in order to help them realize their potential. In order to determine the planning, execution, and follow-up of the Principal's Supervision Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Palas Cilegon, this study employs a qualitative approach and the case study technique. The study's findings indicate that: First, planning for the school principal's academic supervision program entails holding supervision preparation meetings, creating supervision instruments, gathering data through class visits, determining the most effective ways to boost or increase teacher professionalism, and preparing the administration required for supervision implementation. Activities for planning supervision involve all educators and teachers. Second, the technical criteria for supervision are used by school principals to implement supervision in accordance with the standards for doing so. Third, provide direct, indirect, and situational coaching to teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Palas Cilegon in order to build on the academic supervision of the school principal's success in raising teacher professionalism. There was an increase in the professionalism of teachers after carrying out academic supervision by principals both in quality and quantity

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan terhadap pembaharuan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia khususnya pada bidang pendidikan dan mampu memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan pendidikan islam dan dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan khususnya pada bidang pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis kajian pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan mengumpulkan dan mengkaji berbagai buku, jurnal, dan lainnya yang terkait dengan materi. Setelah itu, data yang telah didapatkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang berusaha memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai fakta sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan dalam bidang pendidikan memberikan dampak kepada pendidikan di Indonesia karena dapat mengintegrasikan pendidikan umum dan pendidikan agama. Serta memberikan dampak kepada peserta didik selain peserta didik mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan untuk dirinya dan dapat mengimplementasikan ilmunya dalam kehidupan nyata. Kata kunci: Pemikiran K.H. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Leadership Curriculum di SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek kontekstualnya, Leadership Curriculum dibuat karena dunia di masa yang akan datang membutuhkan karakter-karakter positif, yaitu inovatif, problem solving, dan kolaboratif. Leadership Curriculum mencerminkan visi-misi SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar. Adapun tujuan Leadership Curriculum adalah membentuk pemimpin muda yang berintelektual, berakhlak mahmudah, dan religius. Dari segi inputnya, terlihat jelas bahwa beberapa perbaikan dibutuhkan pada bagian tertentu, terutama pada sarana prasarana berupa fasilitas perencanaan pembelajaran, fasilitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan fasilitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam prosesnya, disarankan bahwa program kegiatan peserta didik dipersingkat dan diperdalam programnya, sehingga guru tidak kewalahan. Terakhir, dalam hal produknya bahwa pelaksanaan Leadership Curcicculum sudah mampu menampakkan perubahan karakter pada diri sendiri.

Abstract

Character education is fundamentally integrated into the learning process, one of which is Amsilati learning, a unique education program held at Pekalongan Salafiyah Middle School. This study aims to reveal the formation of student character in learning. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources from the academic community of SMP Salafiyah Pekalongan. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show: a) Amsilati's learning process is very closely related to the formation of student character based on an active learning design with a student-active learning approach; b) There are ten character values ​​contained in Amsilati learning; c) Character building emphasizes three main aspects in the form of knowledge, habituation, and moral wisdom.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is; firstly, analyzing and describing forms of local culture-based religious education conducted by the Kokoda Tribe, secondly describing the roles of parents, tribal chiefs and mosque imams in designing forms of religious education with a cultural basis and thirdly, analyzing and describing the challenges and opportunities for Kokoda children's religious education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to provide a real picture of religious education in the Kokoda tribe in Maibo. The data collection process uses in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The research results show that; first, the form of religious education of the Kokoda Tribe through the Syawat Tale tradition which contains stories of the Prophets and Apostles. Second, the role of parents and tribal chiefs in designing forms of religious education by upholding personal communication as a form of ethics and manners in interacting with tribal chiefs or people who are elder and respected. Third, the challenge for Kokoda's children's religious education is that there are no proper learning facilities available

Abstract

This study highlights the importance of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, particularly through the trait approach which emphasizes characteristics such as intelligence, maturity, achievement drive, and integrity. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive methods, this research was conducted at MTs Qur'aniyah Batu Kuta through observations and interviews with the school principal, school committee, teachers, and students, as well as utilizing data from school profiles and religious activity records. The findings indicate that these traits significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the madrasah principal's leadership, as evidenced by the principal's ability to make strategic decisions, manage resources and conflicts, design high-quality curricula, drive innovation, and maintain integrity and transparency in school management. This study offers practical contributions for the development of madrasah principals' leadership and provides theoretical contributions to the study of leadership in the context of Islamic education. It is expected to serve as a basis for the recruitment and professional development of prospective madrasah principals and to enhance the academic literature on leadership in Islamic education.
