Abstract

The results of a preliminary study show that on average the head of madrasah has less academic ability, lacks self-motivation, is less assertive in being a leader, is less able to influence and invite his subordinates to improve work ethic. This phenomenon is caused by the lack of competency, procedural, lack of transparency, many nuances, and internal and external factors of madrasah principals. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Miles and Huberman who argued that activities in qualitative data analysis were carried out interactively and carried out continuously until completion, so that the data was saturated. Activities carried out are data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the leadership role of the headmaster at MA Mathla'ul Anwar and MA Syekh Manshur is very important in improving the quality of education, because the head of the madrasah is a determining element in the direction of madrasah success and acts as a manager, leader, supervisor, educator, administrator, innovator, motivator.

Abstract

Islam telah mewajibkan bagi kaum muslim dan muslimah untuk berpakaian yang baik dan menutup aurat. Allah swt telah memerintahkan kepada kaum wanita untuk menutup auratnya dengan memakai jilbab. Aurat bagi kaum wanita adalah seluruh badan kecuali wajah dan kedua telapak tangan sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam al Qur’an Surah Al- Ahdzab: 59. Di kampus STAIN Sorong, mahasiswi menggunakan jilbab pada umumnya dalam aktivitas akademik di kampus, namun dalam tiga tahun terakhir terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang telah memakai cadar dan sebelumnya mahasiswa tersebut hanya memakai jilbab pada umumnya, kemudian mengulurkan jilbabnya lebih panjang hingga akhirnya menggunakan cadar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti mahasiswi cadar di STAIN Sorong. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data adalah Ketua Jurusan, Ketua Program Studi, dan Mahasiswi Cadar. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: (1) Observasi; (2) Wawancara; dan (3) Dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam bentuk reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan serta verifikasi kesimpulan untuk memperoleh hasil akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, Mahasiswi cadar mulai ada di STAIN Sorong pada Bulan Mei Semester Ganjil tahun 2017 di Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Jurusan Syariah. Jumlah mahasiswi cadar STAIN Sorong adalah 19 orang dari 572 mahasiswi STAIN Sorong. Mahasiswi cadar yang eksis sampai sekarang berjumlah 11 orang. Kedua, Keberadaan mahasiwi cadar di STAIN Sorong belum diterima sepenuhnya oleh civitas akademika STAIN Sorong, khususnya dosen dan pegawai. Dalam perkuliahan, ada beberapa dosen tidak menerima mahasiswi dengan alasan mengganggu proses pembelajaran, khawatir penipuan, pembelajaran harus tatap muka bukan hanya mata karena dosen harus mengenali semua wajah mahasiswanya. Selain itu, beberapa pegawai tidak terima mahasiswi cadar dengan menunjukkan sikap kasar membuka cadar/masker jika melihat mahasiswi yang memakainya, dan terlihat dari mimik wajah atau cara penglihatan mereka. Sedangkan Mahasiswa STAIN Sorong pada umumnya menerima keberadaan mahasiswi cadar di Kampus STAIN Sorong. Ketiga, upaya yang telah dilakukan mahasiswi cadar dalam menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan kampus STAIN Sorong, yaitu: terus berbuat dan berperilaku baik, menerima dan menghormati pendapat civitas akademika STAIN Sorong, menjadikan komentar-komentar negative ataupun respon-respon yang tidak menerima sebagai ujian, menjadikan komentar atau respon yang positif sebagai penyemangat dalam memakai cadar, tetap belajar layaknya mahasiswa lainnya, dan bersosialisasi dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

Abstract Past Islamic education needs special attention, such as Islamic education in the Dutch colonial era in Bengkulu. Where now has taken an important role for the course of Islamic education in Bengkulu. The history of Islamic education in Bengkulu is inseparable from the role of Islamic organizations. One of the Islamic organizations that took the role was Muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah contributed greatly to the running of Islamic schools iin Bengkulu. Andd the existence oof the Dutch colonialists became one of the difficulties in building Muhammadiyah schools in Bengkulu. The purposee of this study is to describe the history and development off Muhammadiyah schools iin Bengkulu since tthe Dutch colonial period. This research wass conducted by qualitative method with literature sstudy. The resultss of this study are first, Muhammadiyah was present iin Bengkulu around 1926 which was pioneered by Bustanul Icshan. Second, Muhammadiyah during the Dutch period was able to create various Muhammadiyah-level schools. Third, Muhammadiyah schools in Bengkulu can still run but under the supervision of the Dutch colonial. Keywords: Muhammadiyah, Islamic Education, Dutch Colonial Periode Abstrak Pendidikan islam masa lalu perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, seperti pendidikan islam di zaman penjajahan Belanda di Bengkulu. Dimana sekarang telah mengambil peranan penting bagi jalanya pendidikan islam di Bengkulu. Perjalanan sejarah pendidikan islam di Bengkulu tidak terlepas dari peran organisasi islam. Salah satu organisasi Islam yang mengambil peran adalah muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah berjasa besar bagi jalannya sekolah islam di Bengkulu. Dan adanya penjajah belanda menjadi salah kesulitan tersendiri dalam membangun sekolah muhammadiyahh di Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian iini adalah mendeskripsikann sejarah dan perkembangan sekolah Muhammadiyah dii Bengkulu sejakk masa kolonial Belanda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif denganm studi kepustakaan. Hasill dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, Muhammadiyah telah hadir di Bengkulu sekitar tahun 1926 yang dipelopori oleh Bustanul Icshan. Kedua, Muhammadiyah pada masa belanda sudah mampu menciptakan berbagai sekolah bertaraf muhammadiyah. Ketiga, Sekolah muhammadiyah di Bengkulu tetap bisa berjalan tetapi dalam pengawasan kolonial belanda. Kata Kunci: Muhammadiyah, Pendidikan Islam, Masa Penjajahan Belanda

Abstract

ABSTRACT Title : Zoom Aplication Problems in Fiqih Learning in English Class of IAIN Sorong The purpose of this study was to investigate student perceptions of Fiqh learning using the Zoom application and to explore the difficulties faced by students in learning Fiqh using the Zoom application. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Qualitative research focuses on natural phenomena or events. The research subjects were English students of IAIN Sorong Papua Barat who studied Fiqh courses. The research procedure carried out in this study was to collect data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the data analysis used consisted of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions of the use of the Zoom application in Fiqh learning include: active participation in learning, ease of understanding the material, effectiveness of using the Zoom application, benefits of using the Zoom application, new experiences in knowledge, efficiency in establishing communication, creativity in learning, and motivation study. The main difficulty for students in using the Zoom application is an unstable internet network. The solution to overcome these difficulties is to find a place that has a more stable network, or the learning is shifted to Whatsapp Groups. Key Word: Problematics, Zoom Application, Fiqh Learning

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pengembangan media pembelajaran dan penerapan model dalam media pembelajaran. Melalui penggunaan metode library research (studi kepustakaan) dan analysis content (analisis isi), maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) pengembangan media pembelajaran ialah kegiatan menambah dan mengembangkan sesuatu terhadap media yang digunakan untuk membantu pembelajaran supaya mencapai derajat efektifitas dan efisiensi, dan 2) penerapan model dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran ialah: a) model discovery learning berbantuan media visual; b) model discovery learning berbantuan media audio-visual; c) model project based learning berbantuan media komputer; d) model problem based learning berbantuan media internet; e) model discovery learning berbantuan media power point, dan f) model direct instruction berbantuan multimedia berbasis komputer dan interractive video.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana peluang, tantangan, dan kontribusi sekolah kelas menengah Muslim di Gorontalo. Penelitian ini didasari pada keingintahuan mengenai kehadiran sekolah yang menawarkan kemapanan fasilitas, pelayanan, dan program sekolah yang menarik dengan biaya pendidikannya yang terbilang fantastis di tengah masyarakat Muslim yang sebagian besar pekerjaan utamanya adalah karyawan dan pegawai, sehingga pertimbangan ekonomis dan kecenderungan mencari sekolah dengan biaya yang tidak terlalu mahal adalah pilihan utama. Lokus penelitian ini di SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; Pertama, peluang berkembangnya SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo sebagai lanskap sekolah kelas Menengah Muslim di Gorontalo didukung oleh faktor demografis dan faktor sosial keagamaan masyarakat Gorontalo. Kedua, tantangan SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo adalah 60% siswa berasal dari luar daerah Gorontalo. Ketiga, kontribusi SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo merupakan salah satu sekolah Islam di Gorontalo yang mengintegrasikan antara keislaman dan kemodernan sebagai paradigma keilmuannya. Al-Qur’an adalah nilai dasar pembelajarannya. Kegiatan filantropi seperti bantuan untuk kegiatan sosial kemanusiaan adalah kontribusi sosialnya. Kata Kunci: Peluang, Tantangan, kontribusi, Sekolah, Kelas Menengah Muslim. Abstract This study described the opportunity, challenge, and contribution of Muslim middle class school in Gorontalo. This research was based on curiosity about the presence of schools that offer the establishment of attractive facilities, services, and school programs with fantastic tuition fees in the Muslim society whose most of the main jobs are employees, so that economic considerations and the tendency to look for schools with a costs that is not too expensive is the main choice. The locus of this research was Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo. This research was an analytical descriptive qualitative research. The data of this study were obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, and also literature review. The results of this study showed; First, the opportunity to develop Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo as a Muslim middle class school landscape in Gorontalo was supported by demographic factors and socio-religious factors of the Gorontalo society. Second, the challenge of Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo was 60% of students who came from outside the Gorontalo area. Third, the contribution of Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo is one of the Islamic schools in Gorontalo that integrates Islamic and modernity as a scientific paradigm. The Qur'an is the basic value of learning. Philanthropic activities such as aid for humanitarian social activities are its social contributions. Abstract

Psychoeducation is one form of intervention that can be given to students in order to improve the quality of life of students, one of which is the ability to deal with academic stress. Psychoeducation efforts to improve stress coping on academic stress in new students are carried out with the aim that students experience increased stress coping in dealing with academic stress. The research was conducted with the Experiment One Group Pre test-Post test Design. The subjects in this study were 58 new students who were willing to take part in the research. The results showed the Wilcoxon test through IBM SPSS Statistics 21, the results obtained that the Asymp value. Sig.(2-tailed) for the pre-test and post-test of 0.000. Abstract

This article seeks to raise the foundation or basic concepts of Islamic education in the Qur'an, Hadith, philosophy, formal juridical, psychological, and sociological. The basic concepts of Islamic education can be found in the Qur'an, namely: First, the object of education is Adam or humans. The second is Islamic education material. The third is the teaching method. Fourth is the value or benefit of education. Fifth, seeking knowledge is an obligation. The basic concept of Islamic Education The hadith perspective illustrates that basically a Muslim and Muslimat are ordered to provide education and explain some of the benefits of teaching science to others. While the basis of Islamic education from a philosophical perspective is the formation of noble character, Islam stipulates that moral education is the soul of Islamic education. Furthermore, from a formal juridical perspective, the basic concept of Islamic education has a strong legal umbrella that is protected by the state. Furthermore, the concept of Islamic education in the perspective of Psychology views that education is something fundamental in human life, with human education it can develop and vice versa, without learning humans cannot develop. While the sociological basis that Islamic education is an activity that contains a process of interaction between two or more individuals and even two generations, which have the opportunity to develop themselves.

Abstract

The personal construct of each individual is certainly different. There are individuals who easily understand human behavior in their environment. There are also those that take longer. Deaf children tend to be suspicious of their environment. They felt that people around them often mocked them. The existence of this suspicion, makes him often aloof and hostile to the environment. This attitude is also one of the elements inhibiting the development of his personality. This research is a qualitative research with data collection tools using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the role of personal personality construct is a theory that emphasizes that every human being has the ability to construct his behavior according to the concept that will be used in implementing every event around their life. The role of teachers, parents and also the environment is very large in the social life of deaf children and affects their social life. Social interaction of deaf children can also be done by means of non-verbal communication (sign language). Public acceptance is very influential on the communication of deaf children

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomenon of implementation and implementation model of religious moderation education in Islamic boarding schools in Sorong Regency which has a pluralist, multiethnic and multicultural population. This is a descriptive-qualitative research with three Islamic boarding schools as research locations. Data were obtained from Kiayi, educators and students, using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, FGDs and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing religious moderation education in the three Islamic boarding schools implemented automatically by the lessons of the students at the Islamic Boarding School. The implementation of religious moderation is reflected in several aspects, namely; national commitment through activities that contain the spirit of nationalism and respect for differences, understanding of tolerance and anti-radicalism obtained through the understanding of teachers and teaching materials; accommodative behavior towards local culture is reflected in the implementation of barzanji, yasinan, and tahlil. The implementation of moderation education is also accommodated through the integration of general formal education with Islamic boarding school diniyah education, then the teacher perspective through religious moderation and the most by the kitab kuning which contains a message of moderation through lessons on Aqidah, Sharia and Morals, especially in the kitab Aqidatul Awam, Akhlakul lil banin, Khulasoh and Risalah. Moderation model pattern in Islamic boarding schools in Sorong shows pattern, (1) The integration model of learning with Islamic material content that contains moderation values, especially through the teaching of The kitab kuning. The next pattern is (2) The collaboration model of Islamic boarding school curriculum with formal madrasas, dan the collaboration model of Islamic boarding school curriculum with local culture, and globalization.
