Abstract

Medical records are a critical component in determining the quality of healthcare services provided by hospitals. Comprehensive and accurate medical records serve multiple purposes, including administrative, legal, financial, research, educational, and documentation needs. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 concerning mental health medical records at Madani Hospital, Palu. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with five informants, including the Head of the Medical Records Unit, and document analysis. The research was conducted between May 15 and July 2, 2024. The findings reveal that while Madani Hospital has implemented the regulation, challenges persist, particularly regarding incomplete patient records caused by non-compliance among healthcare workers and limited human resources in the medical records unit. Moreover, the hospital relies on a hybrid system combining manual and electronic records due to insufficient infrastructure and funding. These challenges impact the efficiency and accuracy of record management. This study recommends regular supervision and training for medical records staff to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Strengthening human resources and transitioning to a fully electronic system are essential for enhancing compliance with the regulation and improving overall service quality.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now widely used in cybersecurity to detect threats while maximizing its benefits. The rapid transformation of technology makes cybersecurity a critical issue that needs to be anticipated in today's digital era. In this research, a comprehensive study is conducted on the impact of using AI in cybersecurity, especially on the potential benefits and threats that may arise. The purpose of this research is to explore the benefits resulting from the use of AI in detecting cyber threats and identify the most significant types of cyber attacks. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by reviewing 39 papers published between 2020 and 2024. The originality of this research lies in the in-depth analysis of the potential benefits and risks of AI threats in cybersecurity. The results of this study confirm that AI can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cyber threat detection. This research is expected to provide new insights into the dynamics of cybersecurity and open up opportunities for further research development.

Abstract

The background problems in this research are numerous. Recent research shows that technology, especially the internet, creates such a big negative impact. Therefore, researchers agree that literacy media is needed to prevent this impact. There are also various media literacy studies carried out to find the right literacy model. This research aims to find out Literature Study: Literacy Phenomenon of Indonesian Netizens through Feedback on social media. The method used in this study is a library approach. The research results show that Most researchers conduct media and digital literacy research based on the high level of consumption of conventional and new media which indirectly has a negative effect on audiences. It is feared that this effect will damage the values and behavior of the public. Therefore, media and digital literacy is very much needed. This is because media and digital literacy teaches audiences to think critically when consuming media. Media literacy research trends in Indonesia are relatively like research trends at the international level. Most researchers examine media literacy as part of preventing the negative impacts of media rather than as a skill for self-empowerment.

Abstract

The background to the problem in this research is that the problem of poverty continues to be an important problem in Indonesia. Poor people are generally powerless or lack the skills to be able to develop themselves towards a prosperous level. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of business programs to increase family income, empowerment, and family welfare. This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that efforts to increase participants' income can be done by improving participants' skills through mentoring, where family planning officers/extension officers can provide guidance and training, so that they can further develop other productive economic businesses. Other efforts can also be made by prioritizing Pre-Prosperous Families (Pra KS) and Prosperous Families I (KS I) as program targets. If the program target is more appropriate for Pre KS and KS I who have a higher work ethic compared to KS II, KS III and KS III+, then the use of aid will also be more appropriate, namely only for productive economic efforts, so that increasing income will be easier achieved.

Abstract

The background to the problem in this research is that access to finance is still an obstacle for SMEs to grow. Seeing this condition, the OJK has established regulations related to online financing for SMEs (equity crowdfunding) which is currently booming in the financial world. This research aims to determine the influence of competitiveness, financial culture, and credit payment decisions on financial access. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research results show that access to financial services is an important feature in SME business operations. Different from large companies, SMEs show personalization because their development depends on entrepreneurs who are also owners and founders. This personalization effect causes banks to doubt their behavior in repayment of credit taken. The results of this research show that SMEs' access to finance is influenced by competitiveness factors, financial culture, and credit payment decisions. These findings provide literacy in the financial sector related to SMEs' accessibility to financing and credit payment decisions, competitiveness, and financial culture. It can be concluded that capacity (competitiveness and culture) and willingness (decision) to repay loans determine the accessibility of SMEs to financing. However, on the other hand, SMEs still complain about the difficulty of their access to financing in conventional financial institutions. In fact, this injection of external funds can be used by SMEs to develop their businesses and expand their markets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the processes via which taxpayers and tax authorities in Indonesia resolve disputes over tax matters. A common source of conflict in the tax system is the ability of taxpayers to challenge judgments made by tax officials. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which entails gathering and evaluating literature on tax dispute settlement. After determining which reputable journals are appropriate for SLR, the next steps are to assess and synthesise the results. Lack of accountability, effectiveness, and transparency in current processes is one of the key problems with tax dispute resolution, according to the report. The report concludes that changes to the tax system are necessary, and suggests implementing cooperative compliance principles to make the system more equitable and increase taxpayer happiness. Better and more equitable tax policy for Indonesia could be in the works thanks to this study's findings.
