Abstract

Currently, many young people or better known as the millennial generation are entering the business world. Various fields are involved ranging from fashion, home furnishings to culinary businesses. But after they entered the business world, many felt inadequate because their business did not run even to bankruptcy. This is due to lack of knowledge about selling techniques. Not only good and cheap goods, but communication techniques, both verbal and non-verbal, are needed in the business world to attract consumers. This community service activity provides training on communication techniques, especially in the business world

Abstract

The existence of law in society functions to maintain order, peace and harmony, as well as aligning human interests or needs in society and the state. The role of the law applies to every individual, including students, therefore it is necessary to provide legal awareness education from an early age, especially for the object of this service at the Al-Jufri Orphanage Palace.             Understanding the law is not only about avoiding violations, but also about instilling good values, such as justice, freedom and responsibility. Legal education needs to be taught from an early age. This aims to provide opportunities for students to understand how the law affects their daily lives, from basic rights, such as the right to quality education, to responsibilities as citizens

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to provide guidance on the role of young entrepreneurs in developing digital-based businesses in Tajur Village, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. The team of lecturers aims to impart knowledge and motivation to young individuals and budding entrepreneurs concerning digital business, as well as principles of business and management. By facilitating relevant materials and modules, it is anticipated that participants will comprehend the significance of digital business within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic era. The outreach is directed towards boosting the enthusiasm and readiness of young individuals in running businesses, with the hope of fostering the growth of resilient entrepreneurship in the Bogor Regency and its surrounding areas. Through an understanding of digital business, participants are expected to confront challenges arising from the pandemic situation and broaden their insights regarding technological utilization in business. It is hoped that this outreach program will provide participants with knowledge and inspiration, thereby preparing them qualitatively and quantitatively to enter the world of entrepreneurship, making a positive impact on the economic growth in their respective regions. This research involves collaboration between the team of lecturers and the participants, with the expectation of generating a positive impact in increasing the number of competent and competitive young entrepreneurs in the current digital era

Abstract

The development of the creative economy cannot be separated from the younger generation as a treasure of creativity. A creative idea that can spread entrepreneurship and support the government's efforts in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Increasing Children's Creativity and Entrepreneurship Early at the Palace of Al-Jufri Orphanage Batam. Today's young generation is less able to utilize their productivity and creativity well. There are still many young people who commit crimes from an early age. Therefore, students need to equip them by exploring creative ideas in themselves that can be directed to the business world. Where this young entrepreneur can make the development potential both in number and quality in his own entrepreneur.  With the Community Service Program aimed at the Children of the Orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" where this seminar can train independent mentality and creative spirit in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.  The results of the study show that with the community service activity program in the form of counseling on Improving Creativity and Entrepreneurship from an Early Age to the children of the orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" in Patam Lestari Old Village, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam City, is expected to be able to increase entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and provide mental development and creativity of students in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and The benefits of entrepreneurship from an early age and can grow an entrepreneurial mentality from an early age

Abstract

Online loans are increasing day by day, both in terms of the amount of credit disbursed and the number of borrowers. However, the presence of online loans also has a negative impact in the form of many people getting into online loan debt. This negative impact is likely due to the public's lack of understanding of online loans. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out outreach with the aim of providing understanding about online loans and increasing awareness of borrowing online. The socialization method was carried out by holding online loan literacy training for residents of Gunungsari village, Gunungsari District, Serang Regency. The socialization results showed that the public's understanding of online loans was in the sufficient category (71.7%). After socialization through training, there was an increase in knowledge about online loans by 16.7%.

Abstract

Smoking behavior is behavior that is considered normal for the majority of citizens in Indonesia. From year to year the number of smokers in Indonesia is increasing, especially among the young population. Based on 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data, the prevalence of smokers aged 10-18 years was 9.1%. In an effort to regulate smoking behavior and protect passive smokers from the negative impacts of smoking behavior, a No-Smoking Area (KTR) has been established based on Health Law number 36 of 2009. A No-Smoking Area is an area that is declared prohibited for smoking or producing, selling, advertise, and/or promote Tobacco Products. The areas that constitute KTR according to the Health Law are health service facilities; place for teaching and learning processes; a place for children to play; worship place; public transportation; workplace; and public places. From the results of data collection from the Healthy Indonesia Family Approach Program (PISPK) in the Pajang Community Health Center area in RW 09 Sondakan Laweyan Surakarta, a community problem was found, namely smoking. Public knowledge about smoking is still low and self-awareness in implementing smoking ethics is also low. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the people of RW 09 Sondakan Subdistrict about smoking ethics and to create a Smoke Free Area (KBAR) by creating a Cigarette Corner. The method used is providing education to residents in the form of health education about smoking ethics and activating Cigarette Corners. The result of this activity was that there was an increase in respondents' knowledge between before and after being given the counseling. Increased knowledge score by 35%. At the end of the activity, residents understood the ethics of smoking and were committed to realizing a KBAR (Smoke Free Area) by utilizing the Cigarette Corner

Abstract

Financial planning is a process of planning expenditure, investment and financing to optimize existing finances. Considering the inportance of personal financial planning in everyday life, the UMN AL Washliyah Community service team provides knowledge about how make financial plans through community service activities. Community service activities were carried out at JISDA Thailand with 40 students as socialization participants. The result of implementing community service, where JISDA Thailand students know and understand what financial planning is how to make good financial planning, the benefits of financial planning and simple bookkeeping. This activity can provide motivation for students to be financially literate in managing their finances. This activity went very well and smoothly.

Abstract

Nowadays, we often hear about many legal incidents and even see them ourselves in society, one of which is the rise of bullying which is very rampant both among adults and children. Bullying will cause harm to the victim, whether physical or mental harm to a person, and often results in the loss of a person's life. In this case, it is hoped that many parties will be involved in preventing bullying, not only parents or those closest to them who will play a role in providing protection and prevention, but the government will also be involved in it. Regarding bullying actions that are often carried out in elementary schools involving children as victims or even as perpetrators, the government has created an Independent Curriculum, one of which includes the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project or known as P5. Activities are designed to strengthen efforts to achieve competence and character according to the Pancasila Student profile. It is hoped that the Independent Curriculum related to the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project can encourage and shape the character of young people so that they can carry out their role as good human beings.

Abstract

Counseling on building personal character for Ma'had Al-Zaytun students aims to guide and inspire students in developing strong and authoritative personalities. This counseling aims to provide an in-depth understanding of Islamic moral, ethical and leadership values. Through various interactive learning methods, students will be invited to explore their potential, understand Islamic values, and apply tolerance and diversity. The conclusion from this outreach activity is that Ma'had Al-Zaytun really prioritizes character building because it is an integral part of his students' education. Teachers are a key factor in this process. In building strong character, this includes daily activities such as congregational prayers, reading the Koran, and living clean as efforts that support character formation. Overall, Ma'had Al-Zaytun is committed to forming students' personalities to have strong, good and moral character through holistic education, teacher guidance, and emphasized religious values ​​in everyday life

Abstract

Education become a medium for developing the potential and educating students. It is from education that character is formed, so character education is the main key to building nationalism in the midst of the era of globalization that is sweeping the world. So the application of character education has the functions of building students to be better and of course in accordance with applicable regulations. So in this community service activity carried out in the Madrasah Aliyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun environment, by providing material on the application of Indramayu district regional regulations number 8 of 2015, it can provide a broad understanding of the importance of character education. The presentation of material by using the method of providing input followed by questions and answers. The results of observations that have been carried out in depth show that the personal character of Ma'had Al-Zaytun students is in accordance with Indramayu district regional regulations number 8 of 2015
