DE_JOURNAL (Dharmas Education Journal) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta berbagi perkembangan ilmu tentang pendidikan. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan ilmu pendidikan. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. DE_JOURNAL merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang berisi tentang hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, gagasan atau inovasi pada bidang ilmu pendidikan. Gagasan yang berasal dari para peneliti yang berada pada sektor pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada dunia pendidikan. Abstract

The selection of appropriate strategies and learning models in the implementation of learning activities can enhance the effectiveness of the students' learning process. This research aims to evaluate the development of instructional tools that integrate the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on the topic of ecosystems. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The evaluation of the results of the development of instructional tools refers to the 4D model, which includes the Define (definition), Design (design), Develop (development), and Disseminate (dissemination) stages. The research findings indicate that the developed instructional tools significantly improve students' understanding of the material and their ability to answer questions, as evidenced by the average student scores falling within the range of 81-85 with a relative frequency of 20%.

Abstract

This study deals with the implementation of innovation curriculum of the Pancasila (P5) Student Profile Enhancement project as well as an overview of its effectiveness and impact in student character formation. The method used is the Literature Systematic Review (SLR) which involves the analysis of ten related articles. Many of the previous researchers have discussed the Merdeka Curriculum, however, still few are discussing P5 specifically especially how effective and impact on student character formation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent P5 curriculum in Indonesia. Although P5 project-based activities are still new to the independent curriculum, the results show good effectiveness. The enthusiasm of students for the many projects created by teachers or even the government is huge. The findings of this research provide further understanding of the importance of innovation in the curriculum to shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila's values. The results of the library survey analysis of the interactive, collaborative project-based approach used in the P5 successfully improved the understanding, appreciation, and practice of implementation of Pancasila values among students. However, there are challenges such as the availability of resources and the need for regular monitoring and evaluation to be taken into account in an effort to maintain the quality of implementation of the P5 curriculum.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Impoliteness Comments of Netizens on Najwa Shihab YouTube Channel". This study aims to examine the types of impoliteness strategies used by netizens in speaking in the comments column of Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel on the show "Ganjar Pranowo Bicara Gagasan" based on Jonathan Culpeper’s theory. In this study, the research design used is a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the types of impoliteness strategies used by netizens in commenting on the comment section of Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel on the "Ganjar Pranowo Bicara Gagasan" video uploaded in September 2023. Data will be obtained from transcripts of printed materials related to incivility, with Culpeper's theory as the basis of analysis. The results of this study identified four types of impoliteness strategies from 100 comments studied contain impoliteness strategies on the video, the four categories of impoliteness identified include: Bald on Record Impoliteness (25%), Positive Impoliteness (22%) with Insukting Others (3%), Rejecting Similarities with the Listener (1%), Diverting Topics that are Sensitive or do not want to be Discussed (5%), Using Inappropriate Code (1%), Not Interested in Conversation (6%), Look For Differences Opinion (4%), and Using Unclear and Confidential Language (2%), negative impoliteness (26%), and Sarcasm or Mock impoliteness (27%), while Withhold Politeness is not found because it can only be found in oral speech. Based on the analysis, Sarcasm or Mock Impoliteness (27%) is the most dominant type of impoliteness strategy. From these findings, it can be concluded that Indonesian netizens often express meanings that are opposite to the words they actually say, which aims to criticize or make fun of their interlocutors in a subtle way.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the process of extracurricular dance activities and the values ​​of character education at SD Negeri 13 Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is field research that uses a qualitative approach and is located at SD Negeri 13 Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City, Electric Road, Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City. Research methods include observation methods, interview methods, documentation methods. The data validity checking technique used is data triangulation. The results of the research show that the dance extracurricular at SD Negeri 13 Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City was held based on the request of the parents and students until 2023. The purpose of the dance extracurricular is as a forum for developing students' talents and interests in the field of dance. The dance extracurricular activity process is carried out once a week and is attended by 7 students from class V who are formed into 1 group. The extracurricular dance material is the Ranub Lampuan dance. The sequence of events for each opening and closing practice. The tools used in the Ranub Lampuan dance extracurricular are loudspeakers, flash disks and laptops. Furthermore, the character education values ​​found in extracurricular activities include religious dance, tolerance, discipline, hard work, curiosity, love of the country, respect for achievement, friendship or communicativeness, responsibility, and caring for the environment. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of dance extracurricular activities can shape the manners of students who are members of the Ranub Lampuan dance extracurricular at SD Negeri 13 Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of guidance and counseling in addressing students' learning problems at school. The research method used was a literature review to collect information about the importance of guidance and counseling in the educational context. The results of the analysis show that guidance and counseling have a significant role in helping students overcome various learning problems, such as academic difficulties, low motivation, interpersonal conflicts, and others. A holistic approach based on individual needs can provide effective support for students in developing their potential optimally. The implication of these findings is the need to increase the role and support for counselors and teachers in providing quality guidance and counseling services in the educational environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the understanding and practice of guidance and counseling in schools to improve learning achievement and student welfare.

Abstract

The principles in managing education funds consist of the principles of justice, the principles of efficiency, the principles of transparency and the principles of public accountability. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the principles of financing junior high school education in Rembang Regency. This research method is quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. The research was conducted at three junior high schools in Rembang Regency using purposive sampling techniques. The subjects of this research were the school principal and school treasurer. The validity of the research uses a dual method, namely interviews and filling out questionnaires. The results of this research are: (1) the application of the principles of justice in education financing in Rembang Regency is in the "good" category; (2) the application of efficiency principles in education financing in Rembang Regency is in the "very good" category; (3) the implementation of the principle of transparency in education financing in Rembang Regency is in the "very good" category; and (4) the implementation of the principle of public accountability in education financing in Rembang Regency is in the "very good" category. Implications of efforts to understand the extent to which the principles of education financing have been implemented effectively in Rembang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of guidance and counseling teachers in helping students develop an understanding of their career choices, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of guidance and counseling programs in facilitating students' career development at the elementary school level. The Narrative Review method is used because of its advantages in compiling summaries of existing knowledge, identifying gaps, and facilitating innovation in scientific research. The research results show the important role of guidance and counseling teachers in shaping students' career understanding in elementary schools, by implementing a holistic approach, using effective media, and adopting innovations in career guidance. The holistic approach emphasizes the importance of considering internal and external factors in forming students' career understanding. Appropriate and effective media, such as guidance boards and information technology, also help students broaden their career horizons. Innovation in career guidance by guidance and counseling teachers, especially to develop Career Awareness in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, is the main focus. Techniques such as curriculum infusion, group activities, and community involvement are used to prepare students well to face future career challenges. By implementing a holistic approach, using media wisely, and continuing to innovate in career guidance methods, elementary school students are expected to have optimal readiness to compete in the future.

Abstract

The background to this research is the low learning achievement in Social Sciences Theme 3 Figures and Inventions sub theme 1 Inventors who changed the world in class VI of SD Negeri 7 Nisam Antara. Apart from that, students' motivation and learning activities are still low because teachers only use conventional models in learning. Based on these problems, researchers apply the Role Playing learning model. as an effort to improve student learning achievement. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were 20 class VI students at SD Negeri 7 Nisam Antara for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research was carried out in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The data sources in this research are class VI students, class teachers, and document data. The data collected is qualitative data covering student learning activities and teacher performance, and quantitative data includes student academic performance, class average, and classical learning completion. Data collection techniques include tests and non-tests which include observation and recording. Data collection tools include tests and observation sheets. A research is declared successful if student academic performance and teacher performance in student learning activities increase according to the predetermined success indicators. The results of cycle-by-cycle research can be concluded that the Role Playing learning model can improve student learning achievement, class average, classical learning completeness, and learning activities for class VI students at State Elementary Schools in Nisam Antara District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Membahas tentang Laporan Arus Kas. Laporan arus kas sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk memantau dan mengelola aliran kas masuk dan keluar, sehingga dapat menjaga kesehatan keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha.Laporan arus kas memberikan gambaran nyata tentang posisi kas perusahaan, berbeda dengan laporan laba rugi yang berbasis akrual dan tidak selalu mencerminkan kondisi kas sebenarnya.Penyajian laporan arus kas diklasifikasikan dalam tiga aktivitas utama: operasi,investasi, dan pendanaan.Terdapat dua metode penyajian arus kas dari aktivitas operasi, yaitu metode langsung (menyajikan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas secara rinci) dan metode tidak langsung (dimulai dari laba bersih yang disesuaikan dengan perubahan aset dan kewajiban lancar serta item non-kas).Laporan arus kas membantu manajemen, investor, dan kreditor dalam menilai likuiditas, solvabilitas, serta fleksibilitas keuangan perusahaan, dan menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan ekonomi

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis Politeness Strategy of Prabowo Subianto Speech on the CSIS Indonesia Event". This research aims to analyze the employment of politeness strategies by Prabowo Subianto in his speech at the CSIS Indonesia event using Brown and Levinson's theory as the analytical framework. The research design used was descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study identified four types of politeness strategies: 31 utterances using Bald on Record strategy (43.06%), 29 utterances using Positive Politeness strategy (40.28%), 6 utterances using Negative Politeness strategy (8.33%), and 6 utterances using Off Record strategy (8.33%). Based on the analysis, Bald on Record (43.06%) is the most dominant type of politeness strategy. From this finding, it can be concluded that Prabowo Subianto often expressed This shows that Prabowo tends to speak directly and firmly without paying much attention to aspects of gentleness or adjustments to the listener. This approach suggests that Prabowo Subianto may have a tendency to emphasize clarity and decision in his communication. He may prefer to deliver his message directly without much "playing around" with words or cloaking his intentions with various politeness strategies.
