Abstract

Data entry processing partners are contract workers compensated according to their agreements and are in high demand across various sectors, including banking, healthcare, and the Central Statistics Agency of South Aceh Regency. This study investigates how wages, education, and work experience impact the productivity of these data entry partners at the agency. The findings reveal that while wages have a positive but insignificant effect on productivity, education significantly influences it; higher educational attainment correlates with improved contributions due to enhanced technical and analytical skills. Conversely, work experience showed a negligible negative impact, potentially linked to factors like burnout or outdated skills. When considering all three variables together, they collectively affect productivity significantly, with education being the most influential factor. The regression analysis indicates that wages, education, and work experience account for 44.9% of the variation in productivity, suggesting that other external factors also play a role. This research is context-specific to the BPS Office of South Aceh Regency and is limited by its focus on a few variables and a cross-sectional design, which may restrict the generalizability of the results.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a learning tool has transformed education by enhancing accessibility, flexibility, and engagement. This study employs a literature review method to analyze ICT implementation in learning media development. Data sources include journals, books, articles, and research reports. Findings indicate that ICT facilitates interactive and student-centered learning, enhances critical thinking, and expands educational resources. Additionally, ICT shifts the teacher’s role from an information provider to a facilitator. However, challenges such as digital literacy gaps, infrastructure limitations, and the potential for technology misuse hinder its optimal use. To maximize ICT’s effectiveness, adequate teacher training, curriculum integration, and policy support are essential. This study highlights trends, challenges, and opportunities in ICT-based education while emphasizing the need for further research on its impact and best practices. The findings serve as a foundation for future studies on technology integration in education.

Abstract

Human Resource Management has an important role in improving the effectiveness and productivity of an organization. In Islam, human resource management is not only oriented to profit, but also to ethical values and justice. Islamic legal principles, such as justice (al-'adl), amanah, deliberation (shura), and ihsan, provide moral guidance in managing the workforce. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic legal principles on human resource management and how these principles can be implemented in organizations. This study uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data is collected from various literature sources, such as fiqh books, scientific journals, and books that discuss Islamic law and human resource management. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic principles in human resource management contributes to the creation of a fairer and more harmonious work environment. However, this implementation still faces challenges, such as lack of understanding and resistance to change. Therefore, education, regulation, and a gradual approach are needed to adopt Islamic principles in human resource policy. With the right strategy, Islamic law can be the basis for a more equitable and sustainable human resource management system.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a severe crime that affects their physical, psychological, and social well-being. This study explores the role of the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP3A) through a case study approach to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and programs, as well as the challenges faced in child protection efforts. The research aims to analyze DP3A's involvement in addressing cases of sexual violence against children and to identify obstacles encountered in handling such cases in Southwest Aceh Regency. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that DP3A actively provides psychological and legal support to victims, conducts prevention outreach, and collaborates with police and relevant agencies during case management. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including limited literacy among village officials, a lack of clinical psychologists, budget constraints, and difficulties in reporting cases due to societal stigma. The research recommends enhancing cross-sector coordination, improving human resource capacity, and developing more responsive programs to meet the needs of children and families. Ultimately, this study aims to contribute to strengthening child protection efforts in Southwest Aceh Regency and serve as a reference for similar policies in other regions.
