Abstract

This study aimed to determine the design, implementation, and evaluation of the formation of Pancasila student profiles on the dimensions of student independence through peer tutors in PAI learning at SMPN 26 Surabaya. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collected is the result of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique used in data analysis went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the design for the formation of a Pancasila student profile with the dimensions of student independence through peer tutoring in PAI learning was in the form of diagnostic assessments, forming groups and determining tutors, creating teaching modules. The implementation of the design for forming a Pancasila student profile shows that students study in groups which have been divided with the assistance of one tutor, one group contains 4-5 people, while the role of the teacher monitors and oversees the course of learning. Evaluation of the design of the formation of Pancasila student profiles in PAI learning is in the form of reflection, this activity is carried out after learning is complete. The benefit of this reflection activity is that a teacher will know about the strengths and weaknesses that exist.

Abstract

UNESCO has determined that wayang is a masterpiece of human oral and intangible cultural heritage, but there are those who understand that it is prohibited in Islamic teachings and should be abandoned. On the other hand, wayang fans are increasingly being abandoned due to poor understanding of the nature of wayang, so this article attempts to explain wayang in terms of its significance for Javanese society and the Sufism of Islamic education. Qualitative descriptive is the setting of this research, with inductive analysis. With a theoretical review, it is concluded: Wayang is a reflection of the reality of human life through a reflection of the essence of the noble culture of Javanese society. In Islamic educational Sufism, wayang depicts human life, where everything cannot be separated from the regulation and supervision of the Mastermind of life, namely Allah. So Walisongo uses it as a means of education adapted to Islamic teachings. Research recommends the symbolic meaning of wayang in the transmission of Javanese society and Sufism. Islamic education contributes to Islamic civilization and culture and Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to gather information and explore the application of the problem based learning model in 21st century PAI learning as an effort to develop students' critical culture. This study uses the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach through examining library sources in the form of books, journals, scientific papers, literature relevant to the research theme.The results of this study are that the problem based learning model is one of the relevant models used in PAI learning to provide meaningful learning and in-depth understanding to students. Because the problem based learning model is learning by exposing students to problems in the real world so that students will get used to thinking critically and become independent learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar e-book dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model ADDIE, yang memiliki lima langkah terstruktur, yaitu; Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi (angket) dan soal tes uji coba. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi pembelajaran, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan analisis uji t. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan lembar validasi (angket) dari ahli materi diperoleh nilai persentase 81,25% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Penilaian validasi (angket) dari ahli pengembangan bahan ajar mendapatkan nilai persentase 58,3% dengan kriteria “Cukup” namun membutuhkan perbaikan atau revisi produk, lalu dilakukan penilaian tahap ke II dengan persentase 90,47% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Efektifitas bahan ajar e-book berpatokan pada hasil analisis uji t, dengan nilai t hitung kelompok eksperimen 16,6, sedangkan kelompok kontrol 5,32. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahana ajar e-book Akidah Akhlak layak untuk diujicobakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with diversity which includes ethnicity, language, culture, social status and religion. This is one of the reasons why Indonesia is known as a multicultural country. With multiculturalism in Indonesia, it is necessary for people in Indonesia to have a moderate understanding of religion, this is usually called religious moderation. The aim of this research is to discuss religious moderation in uniting multicultural Indonesian society. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in the form of library research using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research show that a country that is nicknamed a multicultural society needs to have an understanding and awareness of the need for an attitude of respect for differences, diversity and ways of interacting with other people as best as possible without having to look at their background and origin. This is the reason why religious moderation education is needed by having an attitude of tolerance, respecting differences of opinion and recognizing the existence of other people, so that it can create a peaceful and harmonious Indonesian society.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum at the elementary school level through the implementation of the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P-5) requires schools to apply character values as they should. However, elementary schools do not yet fully understand the concept of character values conveyed by Muslim figures and their implementation in schools. This research aims to describe character education according to Al-Ghazali and the implementation of character education in schools. This research method is done qualitatively by means of literature study and descriptive study through learning observation at school and interviews with teachers. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the character education carried out at Semai Elementary School is in accordance with the moral values conveyed by Al-Ghazali in the aspects of moral education, methods of moral formation, and character values that emerge such as having faith and good character, independence, critical reasoning, creative, mutual cooperation and global diversity.

Abstract

The condition of Indonesian society lately is very complex in the field of education so that there are many brawls between students, undisciplined, dishonest, lazy, various bad behaviors that appear among the younger generation, plus low achievement, creativity and innovation. On the other hand, the very tough future challenges require this nation to remain enthusiastic, while being able to compete better in this global era. In this case, the role of the teacher is indispensable as a person in charge of educating and teaching in various scientific aspects. This research is a type of library research. What is called library research or often also called library studies, is a series of activities using library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. This research uses a qualitative approach to describe the problems and research focus. After the researcher collects a number of data related to the theme and discussion in this study, the researcher immediately starts the message of analyzing the data. The analysis technique used is the Content Analysis and Descriptive Analytic method. In this process, the first thing to do is classify the data. The teacher according to Imam al-Ghazali is someone who works to perfect, purify and purify and guide his students to get closer to God. He also said that from one point of view, teaching knowledge is an act of worship to Allah Ta'ala and from another point of view it is the duty of man to be the khalifah of Allah. In doing so, he has become the most honorable of the khalifs of Allah.

Abstract

Halaqoh is a learning system that has an important role to play in the development of academic and spiritual competence in the darul fiqhi boarding house. In the abstract, it will be discussed the significance, methods, and results of the implementation of halaqoh in the boarding school. Halaqoh is a religious discussion forum that is held regularly in boarding schools, where santri gathers to discuss religious issues, to understand religious texts, and to explore spiritual values. These methods of learning enable santri to interact directly with educators and fellow santri, facilitate a deep understanding of islamic doctrine, and promote moral and ethical values. The implementation of halaqoh has had a positive impact on the development of academic and spiritual competence in the darul fiqhi boarding house. Santri became more adept at learning religious teachings, improved in speaking and discussion skills, and integrated religious values into everyday life. The result was that santri not only excelled in academic aspects, but also had strong spiritual depth. In the context of islamic education, halaqoh in the darul fiqhi boarding house became a successful model of blending academic and spiritual education. It provides a solid foundation for santri to be a competent and ethical leader in society, and it makes the boarding school an educational institution that contributes to the formation of a faithful and knowledgeable generation.

Abstract

Religious education in the era of digitalization is very important, especially for young children, to strengthen religious foundations both in terms of worship, faith, and morals. This research aims to analyze, describe, and implement understanding of the Islamic religion through the Riko The Series. This qualitative descriptive research method uses direct observation techniques. The data source for this research is the animated series Riko the Series. Primary data sources were taken from several seasons and episodes of Riko The Series: Season 1 Episode 12, Season 2 Episodes 2, 7, 9, 11, and Season 3 Episode 8. Secondary data sources are books, research journals, or articles related to the topic being researched. Data was collected using note-taking techniques. The results show that Riko the Series is an example of a source of Islamic religious education because it contains educational value in religious character and educational value in faith and morals.

Abstract

Zakat was once an effective means of empowering the Ummah in the early and golden days of Islam. Then he was not optimal, even unable to empower until now. In this article, we will explain ideas about efforts to optimize the role of zakat. This article is a literature study sourced from ideas written by many people separately, then analyzed and presented into a unified whole, and conclusions are made. The results of this study show that there are two directions of education that can be carried out in zakat education for the empowerment of the people, namely education for the Muslim community about zakat, infaq, and alms (in Indonesian abbreviated as ZIS) through the process of enculturation and socialization of ZIS and education for zakat managers with material according to their respective duties on trustful management in accordance with jurisprudence and regulations so that zakat funds are in accordance with their designation.
