Abstract

This study examines the influence of understanding the code of ethics in the accounting profession and student intelligence on the ethical behavior of accounting students. Ethical behavior in the professional and academic context has become a critical issue due to increasing cases of financial irregularities. Students, especially those studying accounting, play a crucial role in maintaining ethical standards in financial reporting and broader economic activities. The research seeks to understand how students' knowledge of ethical guidelines in accounting, combined with their cognitive abilities, influences their ethical conduct. The results suggest that both a strong understanding of professional ethics and high intelligence contribute positively to fostering ethical behavior among accounting students. This finding is essential in designing educational programs that integrate both ethical teachings and intellectual development to prepare future accountants for the challenges of their profession.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the concept of Green Productivity through wood waste processing to optimize productivity and environmental performance at PT Sinar Indah Furniture. In the furniture industry, wood waste is one of the major issues affecting environmental sustainability and production efficiency. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to evaluate the company’s productivity before and after the implementation of wood waste processing. The results of the study show that the company’s productivity experienced fluctuations during the observation period, but by processing wood waste into economically valuable products, such as particle boards, the company was able to reduce the generated waste and improve productivity. Additionally, the implementation of green productivity has the potential to enhance environmental performance by reducing the negative impact caused by wood waste. This study concludes that the implementation of green productivity not only brings environmental benefits but also increases the company’s economic value. Based on the results, it is recommended to continue the broader implementation of these practices to support the sustainability of the furniture industry in Indonesia

The Ministry of Transportation holds 22 civil service schools divided into land, sea, air, and railway dimensions and has a role in producing reliable, professional, qualified transportation apparatus, with link and match in the labor market. Digital transformation not only forces government bureaucracy to change with the pattern of technology utilization, but also in learning method. Lecturers' digital skills play a role in aligning education patterns with the millennial generation and adapting with global standards. The results of the digital mindset competency mapping of Lecturers in the Ministry of Transportation found that 13% of Lecturers were still in the low competency category, 11% in the high category, and 73% in the intermediate category. Gap analysis was carried out using the TNA instrument method and recommendations for filling the competency gap through curriculum design and syllabus for Digital Mindset for Lecturer training. The program will have a strong focus on digitalization of teaching materials, artificial intelligence in the academic world, and Implementation of Technology in Scientific Work, Research, and Publication. Abstract

This study aims to propose and empirically test a model that explains how System Quality (QS), Training Effectiveness (EP), and System Usage (PS), under the influence of Leadership Support (DK), contribute to Net Benefits (MB) in the context of the Free Meal Program (MBG) in Indonesia. The methodology used is a case study with data collection through a survey of program implementers and stakeholders. The main analysis technique proposed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The hypothetical findings show that Leadership Support significantly moderates the relationship between System Use and Net Benefits, and System Quality and Training Effectiveness have a positive effect on System Use. The main contribution of this research is the extension of the DeLone & McLean Information Systems Success Model by integrating a comprehensive leadership support construct in the context of a large-scale public welfare program. Practical implications are aimed at improving the effectiveness of MBG programs and similar public initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the alignment between the study programs offered at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the Bogor region and the competencies required by the local labor market. Given the rapid development of industries in sectors such as agribusiness, manufacturing, and services in Bogor, ensuring that SMK graduates possess relevant skills is crucial to enhance their employability. This research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The quantitative data, collected through surveys, measures the extent to which study programs meet industry needs, while qualitative data obtained from interviews provide deeper insights into the perceptions of educational stakeholders and industry representatives. The study involves 120 respondents, including school principals, teachers, alumni, and industry representatives. The findings reveal significant gaps in several areas, particularly in technical skills and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability, which are essential for readiness in the workforce. Additionally, the lack of collaboration between schools and industries, outdated curricula, and the lack of industry-specific training for educators were identified as key barriers to improving this alignment. The study concludes by recommending the establishment of stronger partnerships between SMK institutions and industries, curriculum updates, and more focused teacher development programs to address the identified gaps and ensure that SMK graduates are better prepared to meet the demands of the local labor market.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of talent management and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT Yasunli., with the intention of rolling as a mediating variable. Productivity is a key factor in a company's success, but a high level of Turnover Intention can hinder the achievement of optimal productivity. Therefore, it is important to understand how managing Talent Management and strengthening Organizational Culture can increase productivity as well as reduce employee intent to leave the company. This study uses a quantitative approach through structural equation model (SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey using random sampling method among PT Yasunli employees. The results of the study show that talent management and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on Productivity. In addition, turnover intention plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and productivity, but does not have a significant mediating role in relation to talent management and productivity. These findings indicate that PT Yasunli should strengthen its organizational culture and talent management strategy to increase productivity and reduce turnover intention, so as to create a work environment that supports optimal performance.
