Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty but is not significant on purchasing decisions. Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through loyalty as an intervening variable. This study is limited to Romeo Bouquet Atelier, which may restrict generalizability to other industries. The cross-sectional design captures data at one point in time, potentially overlooking behavioral changes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of audit experience and professional skepticism on auditors' ability to detect financial statement fraud, with the application of Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 external auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in the Jakarta area. The analytical method used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that audit experience does not have a significant effect on auditors' ability to detect fraud, while professional skepticism has a positive influence. The direct application of CAATs also does not significantly affect the detection ability; however, CAATs are able to moderate the relationship between professional skepticism and auditors' ability to detect fraud. Conversely, CAATs do not moderate the relationship between audit experience and fraud detection ability. These findings highlight the importance of professional skepticism and technological utilization in enhancing auditors' effectiveness in fraud detection.

Abstract

Wellness tourism is one of the increasingly popular forms of tourism that holds significant potential to support sustainable tourism development. This research was conducted in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, known for its natural beauty, rich culture, and serene, pollution-free atmosphere, which are key factors supporting health and relaxation-based tourism. The study aims to explore the potential and challenges of developing wellness tourism in Lombok and its contribution to sustainable tourism in the region. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through observation, interviews with tourism stakeholders and tourists, as well as field documentation. The findings indicate that Lombok, particularly the Gili Trawangan and Senggigi areas, has strong appeal as a wellness tourism destination. However, the development of wellness tourism still faces several challenges, such as a lack of targeted promotion and high domestic transportation costs. These findings suggest that wellness tourism can be a strategic approach to achieving sustainable tourism, provided there is policy support, adequate infrastructure, and active involvement of local communities.

Abstract

The decision of pregnant mothers to choose Antenatal Care (ANC) and delivery services is important because it affects hospital visits. The number of pregnant mothers visiting Petukangan General Hospital has shown a declining trend in 2023. Various health services for pregnant mothers have been provided, but they have not yet succeeded in increasing the number of visits. This research aims to analyze the role of Social Media Marketing as a moderating variable in the influence of psychosocial support, health communication, information and education (KIE), and health service facilities on the decision of pregnant mothers in choosing Antenatal Care (ANC) and delivery services at Petukangan General Hospital. Psychosocial support, which includes emotional and social support from family and healthcare providers, plays a crucial role in reducing anxiety and enhancing the comfort of pregnant mothers. Additionally, comprehensive health service facilities, such as specialist and subspecialist obstetric services, significantly influence the decisions of pregnant mothers. This study employs a causal quantitative research approach. The sample for this research consists of pregnant mothers residing in Jakarta who have utilized services at Petukangan Hospital at least twice, have plans to give birth, are aware of the hospital's Instagram social media, and are participants in the BPJS program. The total sample size is 220 pregnant mothers. The analysis technique used is Cross Sectional with the SEM-PLS measurement method. The study shows that psychosocial support and health service facilities have a significant influence on the decisions of pregnant mothers. Conversely, health communication, information, and education (KIE) do not have a significant effect. Social Media Marketing does not effectively moderate the relationship between these variables but has a direct and significant influence on the decisions of pregnant mothers through engaging and informative content. These results emphasize the importance of psychosocial support, quality service facilities, and effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the preferences of pregnant mothers for pregnancy services. Hospitals are recommended to strengthen their digital strategies to improve competitiveness in the healthcare market.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how much influence Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Earning Per Share (EPS) have on Stock Returns. The population focused on in this study are companies listed in the SRI-Kehati Index during the period 2014-2022, with a span of the last 9 years. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling, where 10 companies were carefully selected as research samples. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with a significance level of 0.05, and utilizing STATA software to support the analysis process. The results showed that the variables Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a positive and significant influence on Stock Returns. This shows that the rate of return on assets (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) contribute substantially to a company's stock performance. The higher the ROA and EPS, the more likely it is that stock returns will also increase. The results of the study also show that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables do not have a significant effect on Stock Returns. This raises questions about the relevance of the two ratios in predicting stock performance. This finding may be a consideration for investors and decision makers in analyzing the factors that affect a company's stock performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teachers, particularly focusing on the roles of organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and trust in enhancing teachers' voluntary behavior within educational organizations. Using quantitative research methods with path analysis and SITOREM analysis, the research examines the direct and indirect effects of these variables on OCB. The results indicate that organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and trust all have direct positive and significant effects on OCB. Furthermore, trust serves as an effective intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and OCB. The findings suggest that enhancing these key factors can significantly improve teachers' OCB, leading to a more productive, effective, and supportive educational environment. The SITOREM analysis provides insights into the priority indicators that need to be developed to optimize the strategies for fostering OCB in educational settings.
