Abstract

The competition in e-commerce in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies increasingly competitive to issue innovations by developing attractive strategies for customers. According to the results of an iPrice Indonesia survey, the number of monthly web visitors to the Shopee marketplace is ranked second in the third quarter of 2023. These results explain why Shopee has not become the main choice of customers when shopping online. Consumer desires that continue to change cause consumers to turn to other e-commerce sites that have more superior specifications than Shopee, causing many Shopee's users to switch to other service providers. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification and live streaming shopping on purchase decisions, with purchase intention as an intervening variable in the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. The population in this study is citizens of Medan City who have bought and used the Shopee marketplace at least twice a month. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling technique of 220 respondents. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that gamification (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions (Y). Gamification (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention (Z). Live streaming shopping (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions (Y). Live streaming shopping (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention (Y). Purchase intention (Z) has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). Gamification (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchase decision (Y) through purchase intention (Z). Abstract

The digital economy era has brought significant transformations in the business world, including in the aspect of corporate debt management. In the context of bankruptcy, the traditional approach that tends to focus on the liquidation of corporate assets has begun to be replaced by the peace model through debt restructuring. This approach aims to provide an opportunity for companies experiencing financial difficulties to recover and contribute to the economy. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of bankruptcy peace through corporate debt restructuring, especially in the digital economy era. The main focus is to identify the applicable legal framework, challenges faced, and opportunities offered by digital technology in the debt restructuring process. The research method used is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and analysis of relevant regulations, including the Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations Law (PKPU) in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the peace mechanism through debt restructuring has great potential to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of bankruptcy dispute resolution. In the digital era, technologies such as blockchain and digital platforms can be used to increase transparency, accountability, and speed of the restructuring process. However, the implementation of this technology faces challenges, including a lack of specific regulations, data security risks, and resistance from traditional stakeholders.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of lectures as a teaching method in improving students' learning motivation. Lectures that are often considered monotonous can reduce students' engagement in learning. By integrating motivational theories such as Self-Determination Theory (SDT), Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and Attribution Theory, this study shows that motivation-based lectures can improve student engagement. Approaches such as storytelling, the use of visual media, and active interaction have been shown to be effective in increasing students' intrinsic motivation. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a strategic role in shaping the character and morals of students from an early age, as part of the formation of humans with integrity, faith, and piety. However, major challenges are faced in teaching PAI at the elementary school level. One of the main problems that is often encountered is the low interest of students in learning PAI material. This is caused by various factors, including monotonous teaching methods, minimal use of interesting learning media, and the view that PAI material is less relevant to students' daily lives. As a result, the learning process is often not optimal in achieving the expected learning objectives. Along with the development of technology in the digital era, the opportunity to create more interactive and interesting learning is increasingly wide open. Digital technology, such as learning applications, educational videos, online quizzes, and educational-based games, provide new alternatives in designing learning experiences that are not only interesting, but also relevant to the needs of modern students. The use of this technology allows students to learn in a more personal, fun way, and in accordance with their mindset and habits that are already familiar with digital devices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology in Islamic Religious Education learning at the elementary school level. The main focus is to measure the effectiveness of digital technology in increasing students' interest in learning, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis related to the implementation of digital technology in Islamic Religious Education learning. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital technology has a significant positive impact on students' learning interest. Technology-based learning media not only increases student engagement but also creates a learning experience that is more relevant to the modern era. In addition, this study found that supporting factors, such as the availability of technological devices and student enthusiasm, play an important role in the success of implementing digital technology. On the other hand, obstacles such as lack of teacher training and limited school facilities are challenges that need to be overcome.
