Abstract

The complexity of today's business world necessitates a method for measuring a company's performance that is both precise and exhaustive. In this situation, the balanced scorecard is a useful tool. Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement instrument that considers both financial and non-financial aspects. The Balanced Scorecard examines performance from four distinct perspectives: learning and development, internal company processes, the customer, and financials. For the purpose of this analysis, 2011-2021 PT HM Sampoerna Tbk data was utilized to examine the financial outlook. This research measures ROI, profit margin, operating ratio, customer satisfaction, innovation, and employee satisfaction. Based on the analysis's findings, it is evident that PT HM Sampoerna Tbk performs well overall. Financial measures such as return on investment (ROI), profit margins, and operating ratios have been rather strong. From the consumer's perspective, it demonstrates good performance, and customer satisfaction is fairly high. From an internal business perspective, the corporation has made positive adjustments. And from the perspective of an employee, the degree of learning and development is fairly adequate. According to the research findings, the Balanced Scorecard provides a better ordered and comprehensive picture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of "Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Semarang. The population in this study were 100 employees and everything becomes samples research. Analysis techniques include: model analysis, hypothesis testing. The data collection process of PT Bank Mandiri Semarang employees using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire sample. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The strategic location makes Brebes a good economic center, especially for buying and selling souvenirs, as well as being a center for trading Brebes souvenirs. These were merchants with typical Brebes, totaling 34 merchants. The study used randomly distributed questionnaires. The data analysis method uses SPSS and is processed to calculate validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, regression analysis, t tests, F tests and determination tests. The results showed that willingness to pay affects the productivity of typical Brebes souvenirs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of production costs and selling prices on increasing sales profits in the Harum Manis Dio business. The population in this study is the bookkeeping per month of Harum Manis Dio business including production costs, selling prices and net profit. The object of this study is the financial statements of the Harum Manis Dio business in 2020-2021. The method of research approach is used quantitatively, which is based on the philosophy of positivism. This study used purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that production costs do not have a significant effect on net profit, selling prices have a significant effect on net profit, production costs and selling prices simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to predict the timeliness of the corporate financial reports with Support Vector Machine (SVM) and comparing the performance of SVM with Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). 30 samples of Food and Beverages companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were used in this study. This study concludes that SVM has the best performance in predicting the timeliness of financial reporting compared to LDA. The best variables that can significantly distinguish companies that are on time and not are Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Meanwhile, the other two variables, namely Current Ratio (CR) and Company Size, have no significant effect. These results are expected to be a reference for users of financial information in making decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on liquidity in chemical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of chemical subsector companies and sampling using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing is done by partial testing (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and the coefficient of determination with a test tool SPSS. The results of research conducted partially show that cash turnover has no significant effect on liquidity; accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on liquidity; and Inventory turnover has a negative and significant effect on liquidity. While simultaneously cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a significant effect on liquidity

Abstract

For Indonesia, the Indo-Pacific region is a regional concept that involves ASEAN as the most strategic region. The World Maritime Axis Policy for Indonesia is important with a focus on the Indo-Pacific region with maritime cooperation that can continue to be strengthened with other countries in the region, both through ASEAN as a strategic regional organization and cooperation with countries outside ASEAN membership. , including India. This research use qualitative methods. The required library data can then be collected from journal articles, books, related media news in recent years, and national documents of each country. Strategic partnerships provide freedom for Indonesia without being bound by alliance obligations, in which regionally relevant middle-power partners with the same interests can collectively enhance Indonesia's defense capabilities. The opportunity to forge strategic partnerships with Japan, India, and Australia is to be noticed. Through strategic partnerships, Indonesia can continue to carry out its Free and Active foreign policy while meeting security needs to deal with regional threats. Deeper strategic partnerships with Japan, India, and Australia can then be a prospect that deserves further exploration because, besides this. It is a form of arrangement between middle powers countries that have shared values such as democracy, recognizing the importance of maritime security, preventing domination of one hegemon in Asia, maintaining the free and open Indo-Pacific (including the security and stability of the South China Sea), respecting the sovereignty of each country, and surviving the vortex of great powers competition, cooperation between partner countries is also following policy principles Free Active and able to meet Indonesia's security needs.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look into human resource protection (HR protection) and working conditions at Pt Telkom Indonesia Bandung Branch. This study employed a quantitative approach analysis, including regression method analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing, on a sample of 60 respondents. This study found that protecting human resources and working conditions has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of electronic of mouth on the re-use of GoFood; a food delivery services with satisfaction variable as an intervening variable. The object of this research is GoFood user in Medan city. The sampling technique was carried out using an accidental sampling for 140 respondents, who use GoFood as their food delivery service. The method used is SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 application. The result shows that the electronic word of mouth variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and the consumers want to re-use. This study also proves that the consumer satisfaction variable is a mediator in an electronic word of mouth and re-use in Gofood in Medan city.

Abstract

With the development of an unhealthy lifestyle, where worms are a disease caused by a parasitic infection, worms are an infectious disease that is common in tropical and subtropical areas. The purpose of this study was to compare hemoglobin levels in orphanage children infected with single and multiple helminth infections. The population in this study were children at the Tabah Kasih orphanage, the sample determination in this study used the slovin formula where the number of samples obtained was 30 samples. Data analysis in this study used Univariate and Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed that the hemoglobin value of the children at the Tabah Kasih orphanage who were infected with helminthiasis, the minimum hemoglobin level for children infected with helminthiasis was 9.60 (g/dl).
