Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on investment decision-making among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) actors. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method, using a structured questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A total of 120 MSME respondents were selected through purposive sampling to ensure their relevance to the study objectives. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27 with regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The findings indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decision-making among MSME actors. Respondents with higher levels of financial literacy tend to make more rational, informed, and profitable investment choices compared to those with lower levels of financial knowledge. These results highlight the importance of strengthening financial education and awareness programs for MSMEs to improve their decision-making capabilities. This study contributes to the literature on financial management by emphasizing the crucial role of financial literacy in supporting sustainable MSME development.

Abstract

Marketing of educational services in the digital era has undergone a fundamental transformation due to shifts in prospective student behavior and increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to comprehensively examine the dynamics of educational services marketing in the digital era, focusing on shifting strategies, the role of social media, and their implications for educational institutions. This research is based on a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques from research articles published since 2023 in accredited scientific journals, which were then analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques to synthesize the findings. The results show that the unique characteristics of educational services—such as intangibility and variability—demand the adaptation of marketing strategies from traditional to more personalized and data-driven digital models. Marketing is no longer just about promotion but also about building strong relationships with online communities. Social media has proven to be a crucial tool in building a digital brand and reputation through authentic content and proactive interactions. The study concludes that the success of educational institutions in the digital era depends heavily on their ability to holistically integrate digital strategies, manage their online reputation, and prioritize the student experience. Thus, adapting digital marketing is no longer an option but a necessity to ensure the sustainability and relevance of the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to understand employees' experiences in dealing with organizational change and its impact on work performance at PT XYZ using a phenomenological approach. Organizational changes that include restructuring and digitalization of work processes have led to various emotional and behavioral reactions from employees. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with a number of employees who experienced the change process firsthand. Data analysis used Colaizzi's phenomenological technique to uncover the deep meaning of the employees' experiences. The results showed that employees initially experienced uncertainty and anxiety that affected their motivation and work performance. The adaptation process took place through learning and adjusting work patterns that were strongly influenced by open communication and managerial support. Some employees interpreted the changes as opportunities for self-development and performance improvement. This research confirms that the success of adaptation and performance is highly dependent on how employees interpret change and the important role of management in supporting the process. The findings provide valuable insights for organizations in designing humanistic and effective change management strategies to improve employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) learning in elementary schools plays an important role not only in mastering knowledge, but also in fostering students' social attitudes and skills. However, practices that are still dominated by conventional methods often make students less engaged and result in low social literacy. This article aims to examine the application of the constructivism approach in IPS learning to develop the social literacy of elementary school students. The research was conducted through a literature study by reviewing relevant journals, proceedings, and books published between 2016 and 2024. The results of the study show that constructivism, especially through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and contextual learning, can increase student engagement, motivation, and critical thinking skills. In addition, this approach strengthens social literacy by linking learning to real experiences, local culture, and the use of digital media. The role of teachers as facilitators is key in guiding students to construct knowledge through discussion, reflection, and collaboration. Thus, the constructivist approach has the potential to make social studies learning more meaningful while preparing students to become active, caring, and responsible citizens.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies-based educational theories in fifth-grade social studies learning in Elementary School 060816. The theories used include constructivism, humanism, socioculturalism, behaviorism, cognitivistism, and cybernetics. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews with fifth-grade teachers and observations of learning activities. The results show that teachers view social studies as more than just memorization, but a means of developing students' social attitudes, character, and social skills. The material is adapted to everyday life to make it more contextual, while the dominant methods used are group discussions, contextual learning, and problem-based learning. Students' differences in background are not a barrier but are instead utilized through heterogeneous group work that fosters tolerance and cooperation. Thus, the implementation of social studies-based educational theories has been proven to increase students' activeness, understanding, and social skills. This study confirms that social studies learning in elementary schools needs to be continuously developed through innovative, participatory, and real-life approaches.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the Ramadan month on the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Batang Kuis District. The research employs a quantitative approach using surveys and interviews with MSME actors to compare their income before, during, and after Ramadan. The results reveal a significant increase in MSME income by approximately 63.4% during Ramadan, driven by shifts in consumption patterns, increased demand for Ramadan-specific products, and strategic business adaptations such as product diversification and adjusted operating hours. The study also discusses the challenges faced by MSMEs, including limited capital and digital marketing access, which affect their ability to fully optimize income growth during this period. The findings suggest that Ramadan serves as a critical opportunity for MSMEs to enhance their economic performance, provided they implement effective strategies and receive adequate support.
