Abstract

This classroom action research was aimed at improving students’ listening achievement using the dictation method at the seventh graders of MTs Sakinatul Walidain NWDI Boro’ Gerung. The subject of this study consisted of 30 students. This classroom action research consisted of two cycles and four phases, those are planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The finding of the study indicated that the utilization of the dictation method was significantly effective in improving students’ listening skills. It can be seen from the students’ scores in the pre-cycles and after conducting all the cycles. Thus, it can be concluded that the students’ achievements are improved after conducting the dictation method in the teaching and learning process. Based on the findings of the research, it can be drawn that the use of the dictation method can improve students' listening skills in the narrative text.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the Dual Role of Career Women on Family Welfare with Religiosity as a Moderating Variable on the UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi Campus.The research method uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at the UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi Campus. The research data used is primary data sourced from collection using a Likert scale distributed using Google Form. The population used was 31 female respondents who were education staff at the UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi Campus. Data analysis in this research uses SEM PLS analysis using the Smart PLS 4.0 tool. The results of the research show that the Dual Role of Career Women (X) has a significant and positive effect on Family Welfare (Y) with a T-statistic value of 2.972 <1.96 and Religiosity (Z) has a negative and significant moderating effect on the dual role of career women (X) with Welfare Families with T-statistics 2.340 < 1.96. These findings indicate that religiosity can weaken the influence of career women's dual roles on family welfare. The weaker the influence of religiosity, the more effective the contribution of career women's dual roles in improving the family's economic prosperity. The implication of this research is that religiosity encourages the dual role of career women to be able to achieve a balance between professional life and personal life so that family economic prosperity can be achieved

Abstract

Sharia financial literacy is one of the important programs carried out by the government in order to improve the Indonesian economy in the future. This research aims to determine the level of sharia financial inclusion literacy among teachers at the Bukittinggi City Islamic Boarding School, with a sample size of 73 respondents, by conducting qualitative descriptive analysis. The author's background in discussing this title is because he sees that Islamic boarding schools as institutions or sharia-based institutions have sharia-based teachers who still lack sharia-based financial literacy and inclusion, so there are still many teachers who use conventional-based financial products rather than sharia-based ones.This research uses a qualitative approach using the Nvivo application using primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is a descriptive approach, namely identifying problems related to Islamic boarding schools currently facing using Nvivo analysis.The results of the research found that the results of the research that had been carried out on the teacher council at the Bukittinggi City Islamic Boarding School through interviews at the time of the research stated that the majority had understood sharia financial literacy because financial literacy had now been widely socialized and even some teachers already knew about sharia financial literacy. , it's just that knowledge about financial inclusion is still low

Abstract

Academic anxiety remains a common issue among first-year nursing students. This condition can be minimized by increasing self-confidence with self-efficacy playing a protective role. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and academic anxiety among first-year students at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Padjadjaran. A quantitative approach was employed using a correlational design with a cross-sectional method. The study population consisted of 239 students from the 2024 cohort at the Jatinangor and Pangandaran campuses, with a sample of 150 students selected using the Sloving formula and cluster random sampling. The instrumens used were the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the Academic Anxiety Scale, both of which have been proven valid and reliable in previous studies. The results indicate that the average self-efficacy score was in the moderate category (29,87) and the average academic anxiety score was in the high category (122,30), with a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and academic anxiety (p=0.000; p<0,05; r=-0.308). the study concludes that increasing students self-efficacy may help reduce the level of academic anxiety among first-year nursing students.

Abstract

Using the exchange rate as a moderator, this study aims to analyze the relationship between profitability, credit risk (as assessed by nonperforming loans), liquidity risk (as measured by loan default rates), and market risk (as measured by net interest margin) in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Banks that will be trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 and 2022 are the subject of this study. For our investigation, we employ a purposive sample strategy. Panel data regression, which integrates cross-sectional and time series data, is applied to the data in Eviews 10 software. The results of the test, which use the Random Effect Model method, demonstrate that the NPL, LDR, and NIM variables all have an impact on Return On Assets at the same time, as evidenced by a Prob value (F-Statistic) of 0.0000 <0.05. Positive effects on ROA are produced by the NIM variable. Nevertheless, the LDR and NIM variables have a negative impact on ROA. The study found that NPL, LDR, and NIM add up to 22.68% of ROA. In the fiscal years 2020–2022, there was no indication from the interaction test that the exchange rate modifies the effect of non-investment margins, non-performing loans, and non-investment credit on return on assets (ROA) for Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed banks

Abstract

The Fajar Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that produces kiai, da'i, ustadz, scholars, religious scholars and other scientists who have broad insight both in religious education and in the general field. One of the functions of Islamic boarding schools is: 1) center of excellence (giving birth to thinkers based on religion), 2) human resource (a center that produces human resources in the field of education, 3) agent of development (as a service and empowerment institution towards society). Research Method uses qualitative methods. The research was conducted at the Fajar Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Padang, Japan, sourced from collecting primary data from newspapers, interviews, social media (Instagram, Facebook) along with field research. Data analysis in this research uses SWOT analysis, namely the EFE, IFE matrix and score weight table. The results of this research show that economic empowerment based on philanthropy from a sharia economic perspective on the FH Farm business is influenced by the strength of the business in exploiting business opportunities where product quality is good, livestock prices are affordable and, people's purchasing power is high because livestock care and cleanliness is maintained and the area is large. The location of the livestock is an attraction for visitors to buy livestock

Abstract

The growth of information technology is growing rapidly in Indonesia, including in the city of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra province. So that it changes the tendency of millennial lifestyles towards using gadgets with the ease of features and applications offered. One of them is the widespread use of online shopping among millennials due to the ease of buying products with technological advances. The focus of this study is to see the use of online shopping among millennials. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of perceived ease of use and financial literacy on the decision to use online shopping with Islamic lifestyle as a moderating factor. This study uses primary data using the quantitative correlation research method with a Likert scale instrument distributed through Google Form as many as 150 samples using purposive sampling, which is a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis tool in this study uses Warp PLS 8.0. The results of this study show that perceived ease of use and financial literacy have a significant effect on online shopping decisions, while Islamic lifestyle has a positive effect as a moderating factor between perceived ease of use and financial literacy on online shopping decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the make a match model assisted by flash finder media to improve critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This study used classroom action research with Kemmis and Mc Taggart spiral model. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD 3 Kalirejo, totaling 24 students consisting of 9 boys and 15 girls. This research took place over two cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the application of the make a match model assisted by flash finder media can improve students' critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the percentage of pre-classical completeness of 33%, increased in cycle I to 58% and increased again in cycle II to 79% with a good category. This research proves that the application of the make a match model assisted by flash finder media can improve students' critical thinking skills in learning IPAS Water Cycle material grade IV SD 3 Kalirejo, so it is necessary to apply the make a match model and develop flash finder media to be applied to other materials in order to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Indonesia, a nation rich in ethnic, religious, cultural, and tribal diversity, faces both challenges and opportunities in building national integration. Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a vital role in developing multicultural awareness to shape a generation that values differences within the framework of Islamic values of grace for the universe (rahmatan lil'alamin). This research aims to identify the IRE learning materials that integrate multicultural education values in Grade VIII at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya and to analyze the multicultural values contained within those materials. This study employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that IRE learning at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya integrates multicultural values such as tolerance, justice, and brotherhood to shape students' character. Through materials and methods such as group discussions and stories of the prophets, students are taught to appreciate differences, uphold social justice, and live harmoniously in a pluralistic society. The values of multicultural education taught in the IRE learning materials at SMPN 8 Palangka Raya are highly relevant for building students' character in a diverse society. Values such as tolerance, democracy, religious moderation, egalitarianism, and love for the homeland are integrated into learning to form an inclusive attitude and respect for differences.

Abstract

Limitations in the use of learning media in schools and teaching methods that tend to be monotonous are one of the main factors in low student learning outcomes. This study aims to develop innovative learning media in the form of a rotating wheel based on the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the subject (IPAS), especially in the material on natural phenomena and economic activities in grade IV of Elementary School. The research method applied is Research and Development (RnD) by adapting the ADDIE development model which includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, tests, interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study showed that the developed rotating wheel learning media was able to improve student learning outcomes. This was proven through the normality test and t-test which showed a significance value of more than 0.05 for both data, namely pretest (0.410) and posttest (0.067) which means the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the t-test results showed a significance value of 0.001, which indicated a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values.
