Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has become an essential part of various aspects of life, including education. Schools are now required to innovate not only in the teaching and learning process but also in building their image and reaching prospective students through digital marketing strategies. By utilizing digital media such as websites and social media, schools can disseminate information quickly, reach a wider audience, and shape a positive perception in the community. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that SMA Negeri 3 Prabumulih implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through content management on social media, website development, digital advertising, and interactive activities to strengthen the school's branding. This process involves collaboration between teachers, students, and alumni, as well as the use of data analytics to develop effective and responsive strategies. Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of experiential marketing in enhancing tourist satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty among domestic tourists in West Lombok, Indonesia. As tourism competition increasingly emphasizes emotional engagement and personal experiences, understanding how these experiences translate into loyalty is essential. The research employed a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze data from 130 respondents who had visited tourist destinations in West Lombok. The findings indicate that experiential marketing significantly and positively impacts tourist satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty. The marketing dimensions of sense, feel, think, act, and relate, as conceptualized in experiential marketing theory, are shown to meaningfully contribute to positive visitor perceptions. Specifically, the sense dimension (feeling safe and comfortable) received the highest ratings, reflecting its critical role in visitor experience. Moreover, tourist satisfaction mediated the relationship between experiential marketing and attitudinal loyalty, confirming a partial mediation effect. This means that while experiential marketing directly influences loyalty, its impact is strengthened when tourists also feel satisfied with their overall experience. The results also demonstrate that attitudinal loyalty, such as the intention to revisit and willingness to recommend destinations, can be effectively nurtured through high-quality, emotionally engaging experiences. In conclusion, this research supports the idea that a strategically designed experiential marketing approach is essential in developing competitive and sustainable tourism destinations. Tourism stakeholders are encouraged to integrate sensory, emotional, and cognitive elements into their services to strengthen both satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by concerns over the diminishing existence of Malay Islamic arts and culture amid globalization and the lack of appreciation from the younger generation. The main objective of this study is to formulate strategies for preserving Malay Islamic cultural arts so that they remain relevant in the modern era. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were collected from various written sources and analyzed through content analysis to identify applicable preservation strategies. The results of the study reveal six main strategies: education and socialization, cultural festivals, digital documentation, artist development, cultural filtering, and the use of social media. Collaboration among academics, the government, and the community is key to successful preservation. These findings indicate that the preservation of Malay Islamic cultural arts requires an adaptive approach based on local wisdom and digital technology, which can enhance cultural awareness and strengthen the identity of the younger generation amid the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

The rapid and dynamic changes of the modern era have significantly impacted the field of education, demanding a system that is more adaptive, innovative, and responsive to both global and local challenges. Twenty-first-century education emphasizes the importance of critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, which can only be achieved through innovation in educational approaches, methods, and policies. On the other hand, educational policy serving as a guiding framework for the system is often influenced by subjectivity, such as political interests, ideological bias, and bureaucratic structures, which can undermine objectivity in decision-making. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through library research to examine the role of innovation as well as the dynamics of subjectivity and objectivity in educational policymaking. The findings indicate that while subjectivity cannot be completely eliminated, participatory, transparent, and data-driven policymaking can lead to a more equitable and effective education system. Continuous innovation and evaluation are also essential to meet the evolving needs of society, particularly in the context of religious education and character development.

Abstract

Brand reputation assessment is a crucial aspect for companies in maintaining consumer trust and satisfaction. However, evaluating brand reputation is often challenging, especially for companies that lack the resources to perform it manually. This study aims to implement the Naïve Bayes algorithm in evaluating brand reputation, using a case study of Toko XYZ. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is utilized to perform sentiment analysis on text data related to the brand, such as customer reviews, which are then classified into positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the company with a deeper insight into consumer perceptions of their brand. This research also aims to support companies in making strategic decisions related to brand reputation management. Based on the findings, the Naïve Bayes algorithm proves to be effective in analyzing customer sentiment, providing companies with a clearer understanding of how their brand is perceived in the market, and enabling them to better respond to consumer needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by Wordwall media on learning activities, to analyze its influence on science learning outcomes, and to analyze its influence on both learning activities and science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Bontoala I, Gowa Regency. This research is an experimental study. The independent variable is the PjBL learning model assisted by Wordwall, while the dependent variables are students’ learning activities and learning outcomes. The research design used is a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 35 students from class V.A as the experimental group and 35 students from class V.B as the control group. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS 26. The results showed a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the average learning outcomes of the experimental group using the PjBL model assisted by Wordwall and the control group using conventional methods. In other words, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the PjBL model assisted by Wordwall media significantly improves student learning activities. The activities of the experimental group students were categorized as high compared to the control group. Similarly, the learning outcomes showed that the average post-test scores were higher than the pre-test scores, indicating that the use of the PjBL model assisted by Wordwall media has an influence on the learning activities and outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Bontoala I, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of sexual violence in secondary school environments reflects the fragility of student protection systems, particularly in geographically challenged regions such as Kayong Utara Regency. This study aims to explore the implementation of transformational leadership and professional teaching ethics in efforts to prevent sexual violence in schools. Employing a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design, the research was conducted in three secondary schools and one provincial education office. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and subsequently analyzed using data reduction, open coding, axial coding, and methodological triangulation, with validation through member checks and peer debriefing. The findings reveal that some schools have integrated protection values into their school visions and leadership cultures. However, weaknesses persist in the reporting systems and external collaborations. These findings underscore the necessity of strengthening value-based governance and implementing systemic training in transformational leadership. The study recommends the institutionalization of professional teaching ethics, the development of standard operating procedures for student protection, and the establishment of safe and collaborative reporting channels. In conclusion, leadership and ethics are not merely technical strategies but moral foundations of an education system that prioritizes the safety and dignity of students.
