Abstract

Experts reveal that the socio-emotional development of children aims to find out how children are responsible for themselves and others in the social sphere. The environment around children has a role in influencing children's emotional development and can be a source of problems for children if they get inappropriate behavior, such as being selfish, not confident, and so on. Therefore, teachers or parents must create a peaceful environment so that there are no problems in children's emotions. This study aims to describe how children's self-confidence is seen from social studies studies. There are several solutions that parents can take in this case: (1) Spending quality time with their children; (2) Provide opportunities for children to mingle with the surrounding environment under constant supervision, (3) Enough in giving praise, flattery, gifts so that children are not accustomed to doing something in return, (4) Always teach and instill in children the meaning of the proverb "there is a sky above". Langit", (5) Not prioritizing physical punishment (pinch, hitting, etc.) when a child makes a mistake, but warns with words first, and (6) Provides opportunities for children to show or do things they like.

Abstract

Setiap anak akan mengalami satu periode pertumbuhan yang biasa disebut golden age. Pada periode ini anak akan mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat eksponensial di hampir semua aspek tumbuh kembangnya, termasuk di antaranya aspek kognitif. Memberi anak stimulasi yang tepat pada periode ini akan melejitkan potensi anak. Teori perkembangan kognitif Jean Piaget bisa dibilang merupakan yang paling banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini menghadirkan kajian seputar stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak berdasarkan teori kognitif Jean Piaget. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bermain merupakan sarana paling efektif untuk menstimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Melalui permainan anak tidak hanya akan berlatih ketangkasan, tapi juga kepedulian sosial, kemampuan pemecehan masalah dan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

Community participation in advancing education can be seen from the proliferation of establishment of PAUD and PNF institutions in the community. The application for accreditation is also carried out as an effort to obtain quality recognition from the government and the community. However, institutional managers often do not have enough information regarding the application procedure to improve the quality of the institution based on the accreditation criteria. This community service program is carried out in order to provide assistance to PAUD and PNF managers to apply for and obtain superior accreditation results. This program is intended for. The target of this activity is aimed at managers of PAUD institutions and other non-formal education institutions such as PKMB and LKP, especially those who do not yet have institutional accreditation or plan to reaccredit. This community service program is attended by representatives from 32 institutions, which are currently and will apply for accreditation https://colindancias.uvt.ro/. The mentoring process is carried out through seminars on urgency, stages, assessment criteria, and strategies for obtaining superior accreditation. As well as consulting assistance during the application process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran secara Daring (Dalam Jaringan) pada Anak Usia Dini terhadap kompetensi sosial guru PAUD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru taman kanak-kanak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru TK kelurahan Surodinawan Kota Mojokerto yang berjumlah 729 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik rumus random sampling, menggunakan metode slovin sehingga ditemukan hasil 88 sample. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner berupa link berupa google form. Analisis data dalam penelitian survei ini menggunakan teknik persentase dan tabulasi silang. iAdapun iberdasarkan ipengujian ihipotesis, idiperoleh inilai it-hitung isebesar i2,163 idan it-tabel isebesar i1,98827, iyang iberarti it-hitung i> it-tabel i(2,163 i> i1,98827) idengan isignifikasi i0,003 i< i0,05 isehingga iH1 iditerima idan iH0 iditolak. Dari uji regresi diperoleh nilai R Square 66,9% atau kuat. Dengan demikian pembelajaran Daring berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan kuat terhadap kompetensi sosial guru TK Kota Mojokerto. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial Guru, Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya permasalahan terkait kompetensi profesional guru yang terjadi dilembaga pendidikan anak usia dini didaerah Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang dimana masih belum optimal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, terdapat asumsi bahwa guru yang berlatarbelakang pendidikan sarjana PG-PAUD memiliki kinerja yang lebih unggul dibandingkan guru dengan latar belakang sarjana pendidikan lainnya. Perbedaan ini terlihat dari guru menyiapkan pembelajaran, melaksanakan hingga penilaian hasil belajar anak. Dari asumsi tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kompetensi guru taman kanak kanak berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan guru. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis komparatif (perbandingan). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas yang mengajar dilembaga PAUD di Kecamatan Taman sebanyak 76 orang. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner atau angket terkait penilaian kompetensi professional guru yang akan diniliai oleh oleh kepala sekolah. Data penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan aplikasi IBM SPSS 23 dengan uji prasyarat yakni uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument penelitian, uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji independent t-test dengan kriteria hasil nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 Ho ditolak. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan kompetensi profesional guru taman kanak-kanak ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan dengan nilai selisih rata rata sebesar 19.94737. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat temuan menarik yaitu terkait urgensi kualifikasi akademik guru, terdapat 6 lembaga PAUD yang memberlakukan peraturan kualifikasi akademik sendiri yaitu minimal S1 dalam bidang pendidikan namun tidak harus S1 PG PAUD, Hal itu dikarenakan memang kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan juga beberapa kepala lembaga mengatakan bahwa pelatihan yang diikuti guru bukan S1 PG PAUD tidak maksimal karena masih banyak guru yang belum mengimplementasikan ilmunya dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga kompetensi yang dimilikinya masih belum maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe communication techniques and learning techniques for Children with Special Needs during the Covid19 pandemic at KTK BSS Giwangan Yogyakarta. The research used descriptive qualitative research. The qualitative approach was chosen because this study used social interaction to obtain data from natural data sources. The data source of this research is Children with Special Needs (ABK) or Special Needs at KTK BSS Giwangan Yogyakarta in kindergarten and elementary school levels. From this research, it was found that in KTK BSS Giwangan there are three types of children with special needs, namely speech impaired, autism and learning difficulties. Communication techniques used are: 1) Using private learning methods (one teacher one child); 2) Make eye contact with the child you are talking to; 3) Cultivating a sense of empathy in conversation; 4) Discuss specific and clear topics and 5) Be patient in waiting for answers from children. Different learning techniques from other children. The learning technique used is the learning technique used for the speech impaired using the Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI) and the Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). For children with Autism constraints using 1) Modeling; 2) Latent Learning 3) Give positive praise and 4) Divide all activities step by step. Abstract

Traditional games are the nation's cultural heritage that has various benefits in aspects of child development, physical motoric development is one of them. There are also many kinds of traditional games, one of which is the jump rope game. This study aims to determine the implementation of the jump rope game in developing gross motor skills. The method used is descriptive qualitative research subjects aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Dharma Indria II Setail Banyuwangi, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the traditional jumping rope game could develop children's gross motor skills.Traditional games are the nation's cultural heritage that have various benefits in aspects of child development, physical motoric development is one of them.
