Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of giving bouquets among urban communities, especially as a symbol of social status and expression of emotions using a symbolic interactionism approach. In a society that is increasingly connected with the influence of social media, giving bouquets has transformed from a mere tradition into a more complex trend. Bouquets, which were once identical to flowers as an expression of affection or someone's emotions in appreciation, now involve various other forms of gifts and function as a tool to express happiness, gratitude, and social support. This study uses a qualitative approach with participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation to explore the meaning of giving bouquets in various social contexts, such as graduations, celebrations, and personal achievements. The results of the study show that giving bouquets is not only an expression of personal emotions, but also as a status symbol that strengthens social relationships between individuals. Thus, giving bouquets functions as a social communication tool that reflects the dynamics of changing values and social interactions in society

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar di SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-experimental design. Dengan rancangan penelitian Design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan satu kelas yaitu X.1 di SMA Aisyiyah 1 palembang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan ui hipotesis. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Karena sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya model Discovery Learning berbantuan aplikasi Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X.1 pada materi Keanekaragaman Hayati di SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang.

Abstract

Di tengah hingar bingar dunia modern yang serba cepat, manusia sering terjebak dalam kesibukan mengejar kesuksesan material, mengandalkan kemampuan fisik, intelektual, dan emosional semata. Akibatnya, kita menghadapi beragam masalah psikologis, seperti kecemasan, adiksi, hingga dorongan untuk menyakiti diri sendiri. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa kehilangan arah spiritual berpotensi merusak kesejahteraan pribadi dan sosial. Kembali mendekatkan diri pada Tuhan, Insya Allah menjadi jalan untuk menumbuhkan ketenangan batin dan ketangguhan jiwa. Salah satu cara adalah melalui intervensi self-healing berbasis Asmaul Husna yang dapat membantu kita terhubung kembali dengan nilai-nilai ilahi, membangun keseimbangan, dan memperkuat makna hidup.

Abstract

Bladder exstrophy (BE) is one of the rare congenital abnormalities. This congenital disorder is also serious, with characteristics such as a spectrum of disorders involving the walls of the ventral body, the urogenital tract, the pelvis, the spine, and the anus. The incidence rate of this case is 1 per 30,000 to 50,000 live births. The case study reported the findings of congenital bladder extrophy in a 29-year-old Acehnese woman married to an Indian citizen, with a diagnosis of G3P0A2 38-39 weeks pregnant, coming with complaints. The mother felt the discharge of water. The patient admitted to being 9 months pregnant with HPHT 27/1/2021 and TTP 3/11/21 according to the gestational age of 38-39 weeks. The patient has a history of the disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Initial laboratory examination findings showed hyperglycemia at 256 mg/dL. Ultrasound examination found a single head presentation of the fetus alive with a mass in the abdomen of the fetus. The patient is planning to have an emergency cesarean section and is consulted by the internal medicine department for blood sugar regulation. Postpartum findings in infants with hernia, umbilical cord, Bladder Exstrophy, epispadia, and symphysiolysis will be consulted to the Division of Pediatric Surgery. This case report describes a pregnancy with congenital abnormalities and Bladder Exstrophy. Prenatal diagnosis allows the medical team to prepare for a multispecialty approach. It also gives parents time to prepare and adjust to expectations related to labor and the neonatal period, as well as potential complications and long-term prognosis.

Abstract

Depresi merupakan gangguan suasana hati paling banyak di masyarakat, yang ditandai dengan perasaan sedih yang menetap. Antidepresan merupakan farmakologi utama dalam penanganan gangguan depresi. Namun, antidepresan memiliki kerja yang cukup lama dan efek samping yang besar. Sehingga diperlukan alternatif obat dengan efek samping yang kurang dan lebih efektif. Ageratum conyzoides L. merupakan tanaman herbal yang memiliki aktivitas farmakologi. Selain itu, belum ada pemberian obat secara inhalasi pada pasien depresi. Padahal, sediaan inhalasi dapat membantu penggunaan obat menjadi mudah dan praktis. Untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh sediaan inhalasi dari Ageratum conyzoides L. dalam memperbaiki gejala depresi pada mus musculus. Mus musculus dibagi secara acak dalam 6 kelompok (n=4), yaitu: 1) kontrol normal; 2) kontrol negatif: pemberian chronic mild stress (CMS); 3) Kontrol positif: pemberian CMS + fluoxetine 0,05 mg/kgBB; 4) Perlakuan 1: pemberian CMS + ekstrak Ageratum conyzoides L. (150 mg/kgBB); 5) Perlakuan 2: pemberian CMS + ekstrak Ageratum conyzoides L. (250 mg/kgBB); 6) Perlakuan 3: pemberian CMS + ekstrak Ageratum conyzoides L. (350 mg/kgBB) selama 14 hari. Selanjutnya, Forced Swimming Test dilakukan untuk menilai pengaruh Ageratum conyzoides L. dalam memperbaiki gejala mirip depresi pada mus musculus. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok kontrol positif dengan perlakuan 1, 2, dan 3. Dan, kelompok perlakuan 2 memiliki kecenderungan lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan lainnya dalam memperbaiki gejala mirip depresi. Ini menunjukkan kemungkinan potensi efek antidepresan dari ekstrak ini yang serupa dengan fluoxetine. Ageratum conyzoides L. memperbaiki gejala mirip depresi pada mus musculus dan mungkin memiliki mekanisme kerja yang mirip dengan fluoxetine.

Abstract

This study conducts a semantic analysis of Louise Bogan's poem "Song for the Last Act," focusing on two primary research questions: (1) How is the meaning of death expressed in Bogan's poem? and (2) How do social and cultural contexts influence the interpretation of this poem? The analysis reveals that Bogan employs rich imagery and metaphorical language to convey the inevitability and complexity of death, reflecting both personal and universal themes. Additionally, the socio-cultural backdrop of Bogan's time, particularly the early 20th century's shifting attitudes towards mortality and existentialism, significantly shapes the poem's interpretation. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, this study draws on literary theory and contextual analysis to explore these dimensions in depth. The findings underscore the intricate relationship between text and context, illustrating how Bogan's work resonates with contemporary readers while remaining rooted in its historical milieu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman strategis dalam modul experiential marketing, seperti sense, feel, think, act, dan representasi, terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling Malang. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden nasabah Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling Malang dengan menggunakan metode judgeal sampling. Dengan menggunakan uji F, menunjukkan bahwa Modul Pengalaman Strategis terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty (Y). Dengan t test, dapat ditentukan melalui pengujian bahwa Modul Pengalaman Strategis dengan indera, rasa, pikirkan, tindakan, dan penghubung, memiliki efek yang signifikan pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduknya mayoritas beragama islam. Menurut data Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Ditjen Dukcapil) Kementrian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri), jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang beragama islam pada semester I tahun 2024 adalah 245,973,915 jiwa atau setara dengan 87,08% dari total populasi Indonesia. Dalam berinvestasi, agama islam diajarkan untuk berinvestasi sesuai dengan prinsip syariah khususnya pada produk investasi saham. Jakarta Islamic Index atau JII merupakan indeks saham yang terdiri dari kumpulan saham perusahaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Sehingga masyarakat negara Indonesia tidak perlu khawatir dalam berinvestasi, karena JII hadir untuk memudahkan umat islam di Indonesia dalam berinvestasi. Selain itu, saham yang terdapat pada indeks JII merupakan saham dengan Perusahaan yang kuat dan memiliki fundamental yang baiik. Pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa klaster dan emiten yang terpilih merupakan klister 1 dan emiten BRMS, TPIA, dan ADRO. Akan tetapi pada analisis TPIA tidak terpenuhi, maka diganti dengan emiten BRPT. Ketiga saham tersebut menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan fluktuasi dalam nilai investasi dan pada uji stationeritas ketiga saham tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semua variable makro dan sectoral tidak stationer pada turunan level, namun stationer pada turunan pertama. Estimasi model jangka pendek dengan nilai ECT pada ketiga saham tersebut menunjukkan terpenuhi dan tidak memiliki pengaruh pada jangka pendek. Pada peramalan menggunakan metode peramalan, hasil analisis ketiga saham tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mmodel terbaik terdapat pada Single Exponential Smoothing dengan nilai alpha sebesar 0,7.

Abstract

LPKA Class II Yogyakarta, which is responsible for rehabilitating and educating children in conflict with the law, faces significant challenges in providing inclusive education. This study identifies these challenges and provides recommendations to improve educational outcomes. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research involved in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with 15 respondents and experts. Informed consent was obtained from all participants and data were analyzed using descriptive techniques to provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue. Challenges include internal factors like low motivation, psychological issues, and the desire to work, as well as external factors such as a lack of inclusive schools, unsystematic curricula, and inadequate resources. Financial constraints and limited funding exacerbate these issues. Recommendations include collaboration among stakeholders, implementation of individualized mentoring systems, conducting comprehensive needs assessments, fostering a supportive environment, and engaging in non-profit partnerships, all of which can enhance educational outcomes, reduce recidivism, and facilitate better societal reintegration.

Abstract

Radikalisme dalam unjuk rasa buruh yang senter pada tahun ini diantaranya adalah menentang Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 51 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengupahan dikarenakan isi dari peraturan tersebut dirasakan merugikan dan menurunkan tingkat kesejahteraan yag biasa di terima oleh para buruh pekerja sektor formal menurun. Penelitian dalam makalah ini adalah menganalisis latar belakang terjadinya aksi radikalisme yang dilakukan oleh para buruh pada saat aksi unjuk rasa, selanjutnya dampak yang dirasakan terhadap masyarakat wilayah sekitar dalam keseharian. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang akar permasalahan dan potensi, solusi penanganan aksi unjuk rasa tersebut dan cara dalam meminimalisir radikalisme dalam gerakan buruh.
