Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran lingkupkerja akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di kelas X AKL SMK Negeri 1 Parepare yang didugadipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehinggaseluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi,kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen, danuji hipotesis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaanmedia audiovisual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hal inidibuktikan dengan persamaan regresi Y’ = 44,200 + 0,338X, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,361yang termasuk kategori rendah, serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 13%, yang berarti mediaaudiovisual memberikan kontribusi sebesar 13% terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji-tmenunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,042 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Simpulanpenelitian ini adalah penggunaan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswameskipun kontribusinya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalampengembangan ilmu pendidikan, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran audiovisualuntuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada bidang akuntansi.Kata Kunci: media audiovisual; motivasi belajar; pembelajaran akuntansi ABSTRACTThis study was motivated by the low level of student motivation in accounting and institutional financecourses among 10th-grade students in the Accounting and Finance Program at SMK Negeri 1 Parepare,which is believed to be influenced by the lack of variety in the learning media used. This study aims toanalyze the effect of audiovisual media use on students’ learning motivation. The method used is aquantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population is used as theresearch sample. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, anddocumentation. Data analysis included descriptive percentage analysis, instrument validation, andhypothesis testing using simple regression. The results of the study indicate that the use of audiovisualmedia has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation. This is evidenced by theregression equation Y’ = 44.200 + 0.338X, a correlation coefficient of 0.361—which falls into the lowcategory—and a coefficient of determination of 13%, meaning that audiovisual media contributes 13%to students’ learning motivation. The t-test results show a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05, so theresearch hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the use of audiovisual media canincrease students’ learning motivation, although its contribution is still limited. Abstract

ABSTRAKRendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi siswa sering dikaitkan dengan faktor internal peserta didik, khususnya minat dan motivasi belajar. Kurangnya ketertarikan terhadap materi pelajaran serta rendahnya dorongan untuk belajar dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman dan pencapaian akademik siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa di UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori. Populasipenelitian berjumlah 181 siswa kelas VIII, dengan sampel sebanyak 36 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala Likert untuk mengukur minat dan motivasi belajar, serta dokumentasi nilai untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar ekonomi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (p = 0,00157 < 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,2637. Motivasi belajar juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (p = 0,00075 < 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,3031. Secara simultan, minat belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi dengan nilai Fhitung = 35,13 dan Significance F = 0,0000000067 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,6804 menunjukkan bahwa 68,04% variasi hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan minat dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kajian pendidikan, khususnya dalam memperkuat pemahaman tentang pentingnya faktor psikologis siswa sebagai determinan keberhasilan belajar.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar; minat belajar; motivasi belajar Low student learning outcomes in economics are often associated with internal factors, particularly students’ learning interest and learning motivation. A lack of interest in learning activities and low motivation may affect students’ understanding and academic achievement. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of learning interest and learning motivation on students’ economics learning outcomes at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method. The population consisted of 181 eighth-grade students, and a sample of 36 students was selected using random sampling techniques. The research instruments included a Likert-scale questionnaire to measure students’ learning interest and motivation, as well asdocumentation of students’ learning outcomes in economics. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan menurunnya konsentrasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Rendahnya konsentrasi diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, seperti kejenuhan belajar, intensitas penggunaan gadget, dan kondisi lingkungan belajar di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kejenuhan belajar, penggunaan gadget, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang mengambil mata pelajaran Ekonomisebanyak 252 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 155 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik proportionate random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh masingmasing variabel terhadap konsentrasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejenuhan belajar dan penggunaan gadget berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konsentrasi belajar, sedangkan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi siswa dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor internal dan eksternal. Kejenuhan belajarberpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa. Penggunaan gadget berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa. Kondisi lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi belajar siswa. Peningkatan konsentrasi belajar dapat dilakukan melalui pengelolaan kejenuhan, pengendalian penggunaan gadget, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pendidikan, khususnya terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konsentrasi belajar siswa sebagai dasar perumusan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.Keywords: kejenuhan belajar; konsentrasi belajar; lingkungan belajar; penggunaan gadget ABSTRACTThis study was motivated by the problem of declining student concentration in Economics classes at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The low level of concentration is presumed to be influenced by internal and external factors, such as learning burnout, the intensity of gadget use, and the condition of the school learning environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of learning burnout, gadget use, and the learning environment on the concentration level of eleventh-grade students. This research employed a quantitative method. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year who were enrolled in Economics, totaling 252 students. A sample of 155 students was selected using proportionate random sampling. The data were analyzed using statistical tests to determine the effect of each variable on learning concentration. The results showed thatlearning burnout and gadget use had a negative and significant effect on students’ learning concentration, while the learning environment had a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that students’ concentration is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. Learning burnout has a negative and significant effect on students’ learning concentration. Gadget use has a negative and significant effect on students’ learning concentration. The condition of the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on students’ level of learning concentration. Improving learning concentration can be achieved through managing learning burnout, controlling gadget use,and creating a conducive learning environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools plays a crucial role in preparing students for work or entrepreneurship by developing their creative thinking skills. Low creative thinking skills cause students to be less innovative, passive, and uncompetitive. This study aims to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Creative Project and Entrepreneurship subject in shaping students' creative thinking skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach implemented at SMK Negeri 1 Jember. The research participants consisted of Creative Project and Entrepreneurship subject teachers, as well as four students from class XI at the Industry. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Creative Project and Entrepreneurship subject, utilizing business opportunities material, was carried out according to process standards, including planning, implementation, and assessment. Creative thinking skills were measured through aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Keywords: creative project and entrepreneurship; creative thinking skills; entrepreneurship education; vocational student ABSTRAK Pendidikan kewirausahaan SMK memiliki peran strategis dalam menyiapkan peserta didik agar siap bekerja maupun berwirausaha melalui pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Namun, rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa menyebabkan kurangnya inovasi, sik ap pasif, serta rendahnya daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan pada mata pelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan dalam membentuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendeka tan deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Jember. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas satu guru mata pelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan serta empat siswa kelas XI Industri. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, obser vasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan pada materi peluang usaha telah dilaksanakan sesuai standar proses pembelajaran yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa berkembang melalui empat aspek, yaitu kelancaran, keluwesan, orisinalitas, dan elaborasi. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan berperan positif dalam membentuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMK. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan penguatan secara konseptual dan praktis terhadap pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai sarana peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi. Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan industri hiburan yang menuntut pengelola untuk menerapkan strategi promosi yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk mendukung omzet penjualan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis strategi penggunaan voucher diskon mulai dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak pengelola dan petugas operasional Game Fantasia, serta observasi terhadap proses pelaksanaan promo voucher di lokasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan Voucher Discount dilakukan secara sistematis melalui penetapan ambang minimal transaksi, segmentasi konsumen ke dalam kategori member priority dan customer regular, serta penerapan skema bonus yang bersifat periodik, yaitu bonus 10 persen pada hari biasa dan bonus saldo 50 persen pada periode tertentu. Pelaksanaan strategi dilakukan melalui penawaran langsung pada saat transaksi, yang mendorong pengunjung untuk meningkatkan nilai transaksi agar memenuhi ketentuan voucher. Respon pengunjung terhadap voucher discount menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, terutama dari pelanggan member priority, serta persepsi nilai yang lebih positif terhadap promosi yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, khususnya TikTok. Indikator keberhasilan strategi diukur melalui jumlah voucher yang digunakan dan peningkatan omzet yang diperoleh setiap periode. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmu pengatahuan pemasaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi voucher discount yang dirancang secara tersegmentasi dan dipromosikan melalui media sosial dapat menjadi rujukan praktis bagi pengelola industri hiburan dalam meningkatkan minat transaksi, loyalitas pelanggan, dan omzet penjualan. Kata kunci: strategi promosi; voucher diskon; loyalitas pelanggan; omzet ABSTRACT The increasing competition in the entertainment industry demands that managers implement effective and adaptive promotional strategies to support company sales turnover. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of using discount vouchers, starting from planning and implementation in the field. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Game Fantasia managers and operational officers, as well as observations of the voucher promotion implementation process on site. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that the Discount Voucher planning was carried out systematically by setting a minimum transaction threshold, segmenting consumers into priority members and regular customers, and implementing a periodic bonus scheme, namely a 10 percent bonus on weekdays and a 50 percent balance bonus during certain periods. The strategy was implemented through direct offers during transactions, which encouraged visitors to increase transaction values ​​to meet voucher requirements. Visitor responses to the Discount Voucher showed high enthusiasm, especially from priority members, as well as a more positive perception of the value of promotions disseminated through social media, particularly TikTok. The strategy's success is measured by the number of vouchers used and the increase in revenue achieved each period. This research contributes to marketing knowledge. The implication of this study indicates that a segmented voucher discount strategy promoted through social media can serve as a practical reference for entertainment industry managers in increasing transaction interest, customer loyalty, and sales turnover. Abstract

ABSTRAKPesatnya perkembangan investasi cryptocurrency di Indonesia yang diiringi dengan tingginya risikoserta kecenderungan perilaku investor yang tidak selalu rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh investment experience, financial education, dan perilaku herding terhadapinvestment decision pada aset cryptocurrency. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatifdengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 160 investor kripto aktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investmentexperience dan financial education berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investmentdecision, yang berarti semakin tinggi pengalaman dan pemahaman keuangan investor, semakinbaik kualitas keputusan investasi yang diambil. Sebaliknya, perilaku herding berpengaruh negatifdan signifikan terhadap investment decision, yang menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan mengikutimayoritas justru menurunkan rasionalitas pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwakeputusan investasi cryptocurrency tidak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor pengetahuan danpengalaman, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh bias perilaku sehingga diperlukan penguatan literasikeuangan yang disertai kesadaran psikologis agar investor mampu mengambil keputusan secaralebih rasional dan mandiri. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan ilmu keuanganperilaku dalam konteks aset digital dengan menekankan pentingnya integrasi literasi keuangan dankesadaran terhadap bias perilaku guna mendorong pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebihrasional dan berkualitas.Kata Kunci: cryptocurrency; keputusan investasi; pengalaman investasi; pendidikan keuangan;perilaku berkelompok; ABSTRACTThe rapid growth of cryptocurrency investment in Indonesia, which is accompanied by high risk andinvestor behavior that is not always rational. The research aims to analyze the influence of investmentexperience, financial education, and herding behavior on investment decisions in cryptocurrencyassets. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling of 160 active cryptoinvestors. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Partial LeastSquares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that investment experience andfinancial education have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, suggesting thathigher levels of experience and financial understanding lead to better investment decision quality. Incontrast, herding behavior has a negative and significant effect, implying that the tendency to followthe majority reduces the rationality and effectiveness of decision-making. These findings highlight thatcryptocurrency investment decisions are shaped not only by knowledge and experience but also bybehavioral biases, emphasizing the importance of strengthening financial literacy alongsidepsychological awareness to support more rational and independent investment decisions. MSME data fragmentation in Pasuruan Regency between the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Cooperatives creates major governance challenges due to differing systems, classifications, and data standards. These inconsistencies hinder public services and weaken evidence-based policymaking. This study proposes an integrated information system to address inter-agency coordination gaps. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected from 15 informants through interviews, FGDs, observations, and document analysis, validated by experts and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Findings show that the absence of standard data protocols, limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, and strong sectoral egos obstruct data integration. Sustainable MSME governance therefore requires both technological and institutional alignment. Fragmentasi data UMKM yang dikelola oleh dua instansi berbeda di Kabupaten Pasuruan menyebabkan inkonsistensi informasi dan menghambat efektivitas kebijakan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan integrasi layanan data UMKM di tengah dualisme birokrasi serta mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi terhadap 24 informan dari unsur pemerintah daerah, pengelola program UMKM, dan pelaku UMKM, serta analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi data UMKM menghadapi berbagai hambatan, meliputi ketiadaan standar pengelolaan data, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, belum memadainya infrastruktur teknologi, serta kuatnya ego sektoral antar lembaga. Kondisi ini berdampak pada lemahnya koordinasi kelembagaan dan terhambatnya pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan tata kelola data UMKM memerlukan pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang didukung oleh standardisasi data, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan penguatan koordinasi lintas lembaga. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam membangun tata kelola UMKM yang lebih efektif, terintegrasi, dan berbasis data

Abstract

This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of an Android-based learning media called Smart Accounting on service accounting cycle materials in improving students’ learning independence. The study employed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were students of the Economic Education Study Program at Nusa Cendana University who were enrolled in the Basic Accounting course. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, learning independence questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included descriptive quantitative analysis, normalized gain analysis, and paired sample t-test. The results indicated that the Smart Accounting learning media was categorized as very feasible based on media and content expert validation. Furthermore, the normalized gain value was 0.56, which falls into the moderate category, and the paired sample t-test results showed a significant difference in students’ learning independence before and after using the learning media. These findings demonstrate that Smart Accounting is effective in improving students’ learning independence on service accounting cycle materials.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemajuan teknologi menuntut digitalisasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tingginya intensitas penggunaan gawai oleh siswa belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan akademik yang berdampak pada capaian pembelajaran peserta didik, sehingga diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran untuk menjembatani kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital interaktif berbasis pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model penelitian 4-D. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan tes, sedangkan tahap analisis data kelayakan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memvalidasi dan menguji efektivitas produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media Ekogen berbasis pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam memperoleh kategori sangat layak yang mana hasil validasi akhir media Ekogen dari ahli materi diperoleh nilai sebesar 92,6%, hasil validasi akhir media Ekogen dari ahli bahasa yang ditinjau pada penggunaan bahasa diperoleh nilai sebesar 97,2% dan hasil validasi akhir media Ekogen dari ahli media diperoleh nilai sebesar 98,1%. Hasil uji N-Gain pada uji coba terbatas dan diperluas memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,463 dan 0,528 dengan kategori sedang. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu media interaktif Ekogen berbasis pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam dinyatakan layak, praktis dan efektif digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berimplikasi dalam menyediakan alternatif inovasi pembelajaran yang membantu guru dalam menyajikan proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan kontekstual, sehingga mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta didik. However, the reality in the field shows that the high intensity of gadget use by students has not been fully utilized for academic purposes that impact student learning outcomes, thus requiring learning innovations to bridge student needs. This study aims to develop interactive digital learning media based on a deep learning approach. The design used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4-D research model. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, and tests, while the data analysis stages of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to validate and test the effectiveness of the product. The results of the study indicate that the development of Ekogen media based on a deep learning approach obtained a very feasible category, in which the final validation results of Ekogen media from subject matter experts obtained a score of 92.6%, the final validation results of Ekogen media from language experts reviewed in terms of language use obtained a score of 97.2%, and the final validation results of Ekogen media from media experts obtained a score of 98.1%. The N-Gain test results in limited and expanded trials obtained scores of 0.463 and 0.528, which are categorized as moderate. The conclusion of this study is that the Ekogen interactive media based on a deep learning approach is feasible, practical, and effective as a tool to support the learning process. Thus, this study has implications in providing alternative learning innovations that help teachers deliver a more interesting, interactive, and contextual learning process, thereby increasing student engagement and understanding. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial for rural economic development and social welfare. Fintech enables companies to transform transactions and channel financing, and promote financial inclusion through the use of digital finance. However, the level of fintech utilization by MSMEs in rural areas still faces various obstacles. This study examines the adoption of fintech by MSMEs in Leran Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency and the obstacles encountered. Local business owners were interviewed, observed, and documented for the study. Data shows that most MSMEs started with conventional transaction systems and then switched to fintech. Fintech can simplify transaction procedures and help business owners record and manage funds more effectively. Due to limited digital literacy among business owners, security concerns, and the continued dominance of cash transactions, fintech adoption remains minimal. This data suggests that fintech can improve business efficiency and MSME financial services. Therefore, the government, financial institutions, and fintech providers should promote digital literacy and access to digital finance to increase MSME financial inclusion.
