<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the positive and significant relationship between self-concept and career planning of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by parametric statistical methods i.e., multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sample number is 30 students and sampling is carried out randomly with cluster random sampling technique. Based on data analysis, the results of the t-test analysis are known that there is a positive and significant influence between self-concept variables and career planning variables. With a t-test calculation result of 14.454. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of BK teachers' personality attitudes on student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling services held at SMA Negeri 1 GIdo. The research approach is a quantitative approach with an associative type. The sample of this study was class XI.IIS-1 students who had attended guidance and counseling at SMA Negeri 1 Gido totaling 35 students. The data collection tool used in this study was an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the attitude and personality of BK teachers jointly affect student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling Services. The results of the hypothesis test, known R-Square value 0.474. This means that the attitude and personality of BK teachers affect student satisfaction in guidance and counseling services by 47.4%. This shows that simultaneously the attitude and personality of BK teachers have a significant effect on student satisfaction in guidance and counseling services. So that the more capable the attitude and the more personality of the BK teacher towards students, the higher the satisfaction of students in the Guidance and Counseling Service. The attitude of BK teachers has a positive effect so that the more capable the attitude of BK teachers will increase student satisfaction in Guidance and Counseling Services. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the think pair and share model on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk. This study used quantitative research with an experimental research approach with a one group pretes-posttes research design model. The population of this study was all grade IV students at SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk, and the sample of this study was determined by population, namely all grade IV students of SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk, Lubuk Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, totaling 35 students. Data collection is carried out by tests and documentation with data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests and T tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the average pretest score was 50 and the average posttest score was 71. There is a significant influence of Think Pair and Share (TPS) Model Learning in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Science Subjects. This is evidenced by calculations carried out using the t test showing that the tcount > ttable is (1 < 2.48). This means that there is an influence of the Think Pair and Share (TPS) learning model on student learning outcomes in Class IV science subjects SD Negeri 0510 Sihiuk.]]>

The type used in this study is classroom action research. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and tests. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the analysis of the needs for calculating board media, to describe the steps for developing calculating board media, material for the calculation operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and to determine the validity of the calculating board media developed in class 3 of SDN 305 Langkidi. This research uses a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The steps taken in this research are needs analysis, design, product development and evaluation. The subjects of this research were 27 students and a class teacher. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative. The results of the calculation board media feasibility test from design experts obtained a percentage score of 71.87% in the valid category, while material experts got 84.37% which was also in the very valid category so that it could be used in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Someone who has a high self-confidence attitude will easily make decisions and be more assertive in attitude. But on the contrary, if the person who has a low self-confidence attitude, then the person always feels anxious and hesitant if he decides something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storytelling techniques on the self-confidence of grade VII-A students at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliduho. The research design used was a quasy experiment. The research sample was Class VII-A students as the Experimental Class with a total of 24 people and Class VII-C as the Control Class with a total of 26 students. The results of the study: (1) The percentage level of student confidence using storytelling techniques in the Experimental Class was 87.64% with good criteria and the percentage level of student confidence in the Control Class was 53.69% with Less criteria, (2) Based on the results of the hypothesis test on student confidence, Zcalculate value = 1.892 and Ztabel value = 1.645. Because the value of Zcalculate > the value of Ztabel is 1.892 > 1.645, then reject Ho and accept Ha. So that the hypothesis test which reads: "there is an influence of storytelling techniques on the self-confidence of grade VII-A students at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliduho" was accepted at a significant level of 5%]]>

<![CDATA[One of the factors that favor individuals to successfully adapt to their environment is communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brainstorming techniques on students' interpersonal communication skills and how effective brainstorming techniques are in improving interpersonal communication of grade VIII students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara. This study used a type of quantitative-experimental research with a pretest-postest one group design. The data collection method uses tests and observation guidelines. The results showed that the pre-test scores of 10 students in grade VIII-E were in the low assessment range with an average score below 20. After being treated with brainstorming techniques, there was an increase in interpersonal communication skills as evidenced by obtaining an average student post test score above 30. The observation results show it is in the range of 75%. The calculation of the difference between O1-O2 is 47.2% which is in the range of 21-35 values, which is quite increased and the calculation of N-Gain which combines statistical results and observations before and after treatment by 62% with the category is quite effective. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that brainstorming techniques were quite influential and effective in improving students' interpersonal communication skills]]>

<![CDATA[Application of stad type cooperative learning model to improve fraction sorting skills in grade VI students of SD 005 Tarakan. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were grade VI students of SD Negeri 005 Tarakan in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year as many as 28 students consisting of 14 male students, and 14 female students. The purpose of this evaluation discussion is to improve the independence of non-formal education units by optimizing secondary data obtained from various relevant references collected through the development of documents and documentation matrices of norms, standards, procedures, and activities to provide recommendations. regarding study guidelines. To ensure freedom of learning with a quality learning process in non-formal education units, the learning process also requires quality teaching resources. What is important here is that the government pays attention to universities that train private teachers.
