Abstract

Early Childhood Education is very important to form a generation that will be ready to replace the relay barrel of the older generation to realize a better world civilization. Early Childhood (AUD) is in its golden phase in growth and development both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. So, to get optimal and effective results, character education must be taught from an early age. Anxiety in the hearts of parents is also inseparable from children's behavior that does not reflect good behavior and ethics. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative, library study and literature. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is that religious and moral aspects become solui in the formation of early childhood behavior consisting of early childhood moral education towards God that moral system towards God is the initial foundation of children's creeds, then morality to the Messenger where at this stage children are taught to follow the behavior of the Apostle according to the sunnah, then morality towards parents where children learn to respect and behave well with parents,  Furthermore, moral system towards the environment where we as caliphs must love and protect the environment, then moral system towards ourselves where children must love themselves by habituating good behavior towards themselves and moral system towards society where children as social beings who are able to place themselves and are able to socialize with other communities

Abstract

Distance education has become an alternative during the pandemic, from traditional learning, face-to-face with information and technology to help bridge the separation of distance and time between teachers and students to build interaction during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to get an overview of interactions in online teaching in terms of gender. The research was descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 380 students as participants. Research instrument used interaction scale consists of four aspects such as student-student interaction, student-student interaction with content, student-instructor interaction, and student-student interaction with technology. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results showed that student interaction was in the moderate category (70.5%). Interaction with technology sub-component shows the least amount in the low category compared to the other sub-components. Based on gender, there are differences in student interactions in online learning between female and male students. Apart from that, the average interaction between female students has a higher average than male students.

Abstract

Queuing is the activity of a group of people or goods in a waiting line to wait for a service. The queueing system can be interpreted as the arrival of customers for a service, waiting to get service, and leaving the system after getting service. This research is applied research using the observation method. This research aims to provide solutions to queuing problems at Agung Auto Service car doorsmer Jl. S.M. Raja No. 3, Rantauprapat, North Sumatra. Data is taken by paying attention to the time of arrival of customers and how many customers can be served. This car doorman applies the First Come, First Served (FCFS) discipline, where the first customer to arrive will get the first service through the queuing process. Therefore, the model that can be used is the multi-channel single-phase model, where there are two or more service facilities flowed by a single queue. From the results of the calculation of the model simulation in POM-QM for Windows, it can be seen that the performance of the service system at the Agung Auto Service car doorsmeer is not optimal because initially there were only 3 service servers, causing queues. Therefore, it is necessary to add up to six service servers to produce optimal service

Abstract

The problem that is often felt by small MSMEs, such as sellers of fresh fruit juice drinks, is the shortage of ingredients which results in a lack of production. This is an obstacle in terms of linear programming models. To maximize production and production yields, there needs to be a method that can be used to increase production yields and reduce the number of raw material constraints on Mauza Jus. This study aims to determine the implementation of the simplkes method in determining the amount of profit in the fruit jur, in order to increase efficiency and optimal results in a system by applying the simplex method in solving optimization problems. By using the simplex method Mauza Jus can increase profits by up to 60%, this happens because Mauza Jus can determine the amount of production per day and does not experience any losses at all. The processing results are done in QM For Windows. In conclusion, Mauza Jus is getting a considerable increase in profits
