Software testing learning, particularly white-box testing, is an important competency in Information Technology Education, but it remains a challenge for students because it requires an understanding of complex program logic. Difficulties arise mainly in the material on testing program control structures, such as looping and condition branches. This study aims to analyse the application of the collaborative learning method in white-box testing learning in this material. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design involving students from the Information Technology Education Study Programme. Data were collected through observation of the learning process, analysis of group assignment results, and student reflections. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of collaborative learning can improve students' conceptual understanding, program logic analysis skills, and cooperation skills in solving source code testing problems. In addition, students showed increased activity in discussions and the ability to explain program logic flows systematically. Thus, the collaborative learning method is effective in white-box testing learning, especially in looping and condition branch material.

This study aims to analyse the comparison of tempeh fermentation efficiency between traditional methods and modern methods based on fermentation parameter control. The research method used was a systematic literature review of 23 accredited national journal articles indexed by SINTA and published between 2013 and 2024. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria covering discussions on fermentation parameters, tempeh product quality, and fermentation method comparisons. Data were analysed descriptively and comparatively by examining aspects of fermentation time, quality consistency, product yield, and microbial contamination levels. The results of the study show that modern fermentation methods that apply temperature control and the use of standardised starters can shorten fermentation time by 18–24% compared to traditional methods. In addition, modern methods produce better quality consistency, as indicated by lower protein content and texture variation. Product yield also increased by 12–15%, accompanied by lower levels of pathogenic microbial contamination. These findings indicate that the application of modern fermentation methods has the potential to improve the efficiency and quality of tempeh production and can be a relevant alternative for the development of small and medium-scale tempeh industries without eliminating local food characteristics.

Advances in genome sequencing technology have opened significant opportunities for the development of personalized medicine, but have also given rise to ethical complexities that require in-depth study. This study aims to identify and analyze key bioethical issues arising from the use of genomic data for personalized medicine research through a critical-normative literature review. A thematic analysis of the selected literature identified four key bioethical domains: autonomy and informed consent in the context of complex genomic data, privacy and data security facing the risks of leaks and misuse, fairness in access to genomic services, and the potential for genetic discrimination. Findings indicate that implementing the principle of autonomy faces technical challenges in conveying comprehensible information, while privacy issues require inadequate regulatory frameworks in many countries. Genetic discrimination in the context of insurance and employment poses a real threat that requires explicit legal protection. This study recommends the development of an integrative bioethical framework that connects classical ethical principles with the realities of genomic technology, strengthening genomic data protection regulations, and adapting informed consent mechanisms. Policy implications include the urgency of harmonizing regulations across countries and strengthening the capacity of research ethics committees to evaluate genomic research protocols

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students with physical disabilities in the subject of adding two numbers up to 20 using interactive games, while also improving the teaching process. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four meetings. The research subjects included a third-grade teacher as the action implementer and two students with physical disabilities. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation, then analysed descriptively. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. At the beginning of the study, MG student achieved a score of 40% and AR student achieved a score of 50%. After the intervention in cycle I, learning outcomes increased to 60% for MG and 68% for AR. In cycle II, through the use of more targeted interactive games and the provision of rewards in the form of stickers, learning outcomes increased significantly to 84% for MG and 92% for AR. These findings indicate that interactive games are effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes in sideways addition for students with physical disabilities

This study aims to determine the effect of using the scramble method on students' interest and understanding of the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject in Grade X at MAN 2 Kota Cirebon. The research was motivated by the low level of student interest and understanding, as demonstrated by a lack of active participation and difficulty in understanding the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith, which is thought to be related to the use of conventional teaching methods. This study used a quantitative approach with a non-experimental descriptive correlational design. The data were analysed to determine the relationship between the use of the scramble method as an independent variable and student interest and understanding as dependent variables. The results of the analysis showed a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.573, which is in the moderate correlation category and is positive, thus indicating a significant influence between the two variables. The contribution of determination was 60%, indicating that the scramble method contributed significantly to increasing student interest and understanding, with an increase of 33%. Thus, the scramble method can be used as an alternative active learning strategy in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons.

Children with hearing disabilities experienced barriers in language development, particularly expressive language, which resulted in limitations in conveying ideas, desires, and feelings verbally. This condition required the use of visual and concrete learning media to support language development. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of picture word card media in improving the expressive language skills of children with hearing disabilities at SLB N Sungai Penuh. The study used a Single Subject Research (SSR) approach with an A–B–A design consisting of an initial baseline condition (A1), an intervention phase (B), and a final baseline condition (A2). The research subject was a child with severe hearing impairment who experienced expressive language delay. Data were collected through direct observation by recording scores of the child’s ability to verbally name nouns and were analyzed using visual graphic analysis. The results showed that the subject’s expressive language ability in the A1 phase was at a low and stable level, increased during the intervention phase, and remained increased and stable in the A2 phase. These findings indicated that picture word card media were effective in improving the expressive language skills of children with hearing disabilities and could be used as an applicable alternative learning medium in special schools.

This study was motivated by the low ability of sixth-grade students with intellectual disabilities to button their clothes independently, as evidenced by their difficulty in adjusting the position of the buttons and buttonholes, thus still requiring assistance from others. This study aims to improve the ability to button clothes through the application of modelling techniques in sixth-grade students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Negeri Binjai. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects were two sixth-grade students with intellectual disabilities. The research was conducted in two cycles with collaboration between the researcher and the teacher, where each cycle consisted of four meetings. Data collection techniques were carried out through performance tests and observations. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods and presented in tables and graphs. The results showed that the application of modelling techniques was able to improve the ability to fasten buttons in both subjects. In cycle I, the abilities of both subjects improved compared to the initial conditions, but one subject did not yet meet the minimum completion criteria. In cycle II, both subjects achieved a minimum mastery level of 75, with scores of 77 and 76 respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the modelling technique is effective in improving the ability to button up clothes in sixth grade students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Negeri Binjai.

This study aims to analyze the potential integration between the traditional Sumbawa horse racing tradition (Maen Jaran) and the concept of halal tourism as an innovative strategy to enhance the creative economy of the local community. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores how local cultural values can be synergized with global halal service standards. The findings indicate that Sumbawa horse racing has a significant unique appeal, yet its development is still constrained by limited halal infrastructure and human resource capacity. This article formulates strategies for the development of integrated tourism products, strengthening halal certification in the MSME sector, and utilizing digital technology to expand market reach. The implications of this study provide guidance for stakeholders in realizing sustainable tourism based on local wisdom and Sharia principles.

This study aims to improve the multiplication skills of seventh-grade students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Negeri 1 Harau through the use of digital multiplication pocket media. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A–B design. The research subject was one seventh-grade student with intellectual disabilities. Data collection was carried out through a multiplication ability test consisting of 34 questions given at each meeting. The data were analysed descriptively using visual analysis of graphs in the form of percentages. The research was conducted over 10 meetings consisting of two phases, namely the baseline phase (A) and the intervention phase (B). In the baseline phase, which lasted for four meetings, the percentage of multiplication skills ranged from 38% to 47%. After the intervention using digital multiplication bags for six meetings, the percentage of ability gradually increased to 100%. The results showed that the use of digital multiplication bags was effective in improving the multiplication skills of students with intellectual disabilities. These findings indicate that visual and interactive digital media can help students understand the concept of multiplication more concretely and meaningfully.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using dressform media in improving the buttoning skills of fifth-grade students with intellectual disabilities. This media provides children with opportunities to practice repeatedly without pressure, thereby enhancing focus, learning motivation, and self-confidence. This study employed an experimental method using a Single Subject Research (SSR) design with an A–B pattern. The research subject was one female student with a moderate intellectual disability. Data were collected through observation, interviews, buttoning skill tests, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed using visual analysis within and between conditions, including trend direction, data stability, level changes, and data overlap. The results showed that the subject’s buttoning ability during the baseline phase was in a very low and stable category. After the intervention using dressform media, the buttoning ability showed a significant improvement with an increasing and stable data trend. In the second baseline phase, the subject’s ability was maintained at a high level without intervention. Therefore, it can be concluded that dressform media is effective in improving buttoning skills in children with intellectual disabilities.
