Abstract

The problem of this study is the still low attitude of students' hard work and their learning achievements in science lessons especially in style material. This study aims to improve the hard work and student achievement in Natural Sciences subjects through experimental methods. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of 2 cycles. The object in this study were all fourth grade students of Tinggarjaya 2 Elementary School, which amounted to 31 students consisting of 9 male students and 14 female students. The instruments used in data collection used tests / evaluations and observation sheets for teacher activities and student activities. The indicator in this study is that there is an increase in student hard work, which is marked by an increase in the average hard work from the first cycle to the next cycle, and learning achievement is successful if 85% have reached the KKM 70. The results show that through the experimental method can improve hard work and student achievement on science subjects. This can be evidenced by the increase in the average hard work of students from the first cycle of 7.12 which increased in the second cycle to 9.95. The average value of student learning achievement in the first cycle is 65.95 and the classical completeness is 67.74%, and the average cycle II is 86.61 and the classical completeness is 96.77%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya rata-rata meningkatkan kreativitas dari siklus I yakni 59,03% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 87,53%. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa pada siklus I yaitu 45,95% dan nilai rata-rata kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,61%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran keterampilan proses sains dan mengetahui hasil belajar siswa bahwa pembelajaran IPA dengan model keterampilan proses sains bervisi Salingtemas lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran IPA dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Model keterampilan proses  bervisi Salingtemas  efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan menggunakan model keterampilan proses sains bervisi Salingtemas diperoleh peningkatan pada kelompok eksperimen hasil pre test rata-rata sebesar 6.50 meningkat menjadi 7.75 pada hasil post test setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan menggunakan model keterampilan proses sains bervisi Salingtemas. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran ceramah diperoleh hasil pre test sebesar 6.32 dan meningkat menjadi 7,25 pada post test setelah diberikan pembelajaran ceramah.

Abstract

Comics are a form of cartoon that expresses characters amd factd out a tory in a sequence that is closely related to images and is designed to images and is designet to provide entertainment to the reader. According to research on 5000 students form 50 schools i n Jakarta, 86% of them like comics. in comics, studnets can not only read but also enjoy the illustrations in the story. based on this, the researcher thiks that if the subject matter is presented in comic form, the matterial will be aesily absorbed because the subject matter is made in the form of story and presented attractively with additional pictures. The aim of the research is to know the quality of comic based on media, linguist, and learning material expert. This research is descriptive research with review report of Penelitian Dosen Pemula (PDP). Subject in this research are media, linguist, and learning material expert. Based on the research subject, the data was collected by distributing a questionnaire to each expert. The questionnaire sheet in this research was used to determine the quality of the comics developed. From the research result it can be concluded that 71% of comic quality is very good from media expert, 33% of comic quality is very good from linguist expert, and 100% of comic quality is very good from learning material expert.

Abstract

Abstrak: Antusias siswa dalam belajar dan merespon guru dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tersedianya fasilitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah belum sepenuhnya digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran videoscribe yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini sebagai penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang mengambil dari model pengembangan Borg & Gall dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas II SDN 3 Tinggarjaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil validasi media dikategorikan sangat layak dengan tingkat kevalidan 93,75%, selanjutnya hasil validasi materi termasuk kriteria sangat layak dengan tingkat kevalidan 85,31%, selanjutnya respon guru dikategorikan kriteria sangat layak dengan tingkat kevalidan 81,25% dan selanjutnya hasil pada respon tanggapan siswa tergolong pada kriteria sangat layak dengan hasil uji t tingkat sig 0.00 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pengembangan videoscribe pada pembelajaran tematik layak digunakan dan efektif untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajar siswaAbstract: Students' enthusiasm in learning and responding to teachers is influenced by the use of learning media. The availability of technology-based learning media at schools has not been fully maximized in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop a proper and effective videoscribe learning media. This research was a development research (R&D) which adopted Borg and Gall’s development model. The research subjects were the second graders at a public elementary school 3 Tinggarjaya. The results showed that the media validation results were categorized as very feasible with a validity level of 93.75%. Then, the materials validation was attributed very feasible with a validity level of 85.31%. Then, the teacher's response was categorized as very feasible criteria with a validity level of 81.25%. The results of students’ responses were classified as very feasible with the sig. value in the t-test was 0.00 <0.05. It can be concluded that the application of developing videoscribe in a thematic learning is feasible and effective to maximize their learning outcomes.

Abstract

An interactive learning strategy was a method or technique the teacher used when presenting learning materials where the teacher became the main actor in creating an educative interactive situation. The objective of this study was to create interactive media for theme learning that focuses on the development of soft skills and to evaluate its quality and usefulness. This study used Borg and Gall's Research and Development (R&D) approach, with four parsimonious stages of development: analysis, design, development, and implementation. This research used observation and interview sheets as data collection methods. The assessment of the interactive media's validity, quality, and efficacy based on soft skills was conducted through instrument and product validation methods involving media specialists and reviews from instructors and students. The study showed that students and teachers rated interactive learning media based on soft skills in the high-quality category. In addition, soft skill-based learning media was considered effective in fulfilling the criteria for assessing teacher activity in learning media, namely in the very effective category. It was concluded that the soft skill-based interactive learning media developed in this study were valid, high quality, and effective, so they were suitable for use in Penggalang 4 public elementary schools. We recommend that schools implement interactive media based on soft skills so that students become active and critical learners. Future research can adapt our model to other educational levels or domains, such as employee business development.

Abstract

Technology is currently developing rapidly. One can quickly access knowledge anywhere, anytime, using a device. Developments also occurred in the field of education. Technology is developing quickly, and it can be leveraged in the classroom to improve student learning. Geographical material as well as the social and cultural conditions of ASEAN countries can be utilized effectively through the development of class VI social studies teaching resources flipbook. The validation results of media experts are included in the very suitable criteria, and the results of material expert verification are also included in the very suitable criteria. The student response was categorized as very effective, and the teacher's response was categorized as very appropriate. Therefore, it is very suitable for use in learning to develop teaching resources for class VI social studies flipbook which includes geographical material as well as the social and cultural conditions of the ASEAN nation. The efficacy of these teaching materials in learning can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the findings of the t test carried out at a significance level of 0.00 less than the threshold of 0.05, it can be concluded that the use of social studies teaching material construction is based on flipbook for class VI which focuses on geography and social culture of ASEAN countries is useful in improving student learning outcomes. Using Canva, a project is created during the development stage. At the implementation stage, product trials were carried out by material experts with a validity level of 85.31% and media experts with a validity level of 93.75% and very good credentials. The final stage is evaluation, namely conducting product trials with very good qualifications and a validity level of 81.25%. Overall, the findings of this study show how suitable the product created is for use during the educational process.

Abstract

The principal has a very important role to improve the quality of the institution he leads. As for the daily tasks of the principal, what needs to be done is to allocate more education to improve the quality of character, students, teacher and employee development, and school development, as well as provide special time to develop character education. The principal's strategy in implementing character education can also take the following steps: urging every teacher to carry out continuous professional development (PKB), a supervision schedule with the aim of helping teachers to be able to carry out the teaching process optimally. In addition, the principal's steps in strengthening character education can also use its own method, namely by direct approach with students, field surveys, student development, dealing with each student's problems directly in order to shape character more effectively.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula dari hasil belajar anak kelas V yang gagal mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil kognitif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) dalam pendidikan IPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK model Kemmis Taggart dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif. Pada siklus awal terdapat 30 siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal (KKM), dan pada siklus berikutnya seluruh siswa berhasil memenuhi nilai ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Demikian pula halnya dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pada siklus I, 5 siswa menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis luar biasa dengan kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan 8 siswa menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis terpuji dan termasuk dalam kelompok “baik”. Pada siklus II, 8 orang siswa mempunyai kemampuan berpikir kritis yang luar biasa, sedangkan 6 orang siswa menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang “baik”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan model Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan hasil kognitif siswa dan menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritisnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the effectiveness of social studies learning using the PBL (problem based learning) learning model in elementary schools. Social Sciences (IPS) is a learning program that studies social life in the form of history, geography, economics and sociology. In the world of education, there are several methods that can be applied in social studies learning in elementary schools, one of which is PBL (Problem Based Learning) which can train students to learn knowledge content and solve problems in real life. This discussion needs to be done because humans need it in real life and make it easier for teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process in schools so that learning objectives are achieved. So the author chose the title of the effectiveness of social studies learning using the PBL (problem based learning) learning model in elementary schools. This study uses a literature review research design. The data collection technique uses a national article literature study in 2020-2025. The results of this study obtained 10 articles according to the focus of the study. The results of the research analysis have the same statement, namely that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model has effectiveness and can help in the learning process.
