Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing (X1), service quality (X2) and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) (X3) on repurchase interest (Y) at the Luna broiler chicken UMKM. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires filled out by 96 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques in the period December 2024 to January 2025. The results of the analysis show that both X variables have a positive and significant effect on variable Y, where digital marketing, service quality and electronic word of mouth can increase repurchase interest at the Luna broiler chicken house. Validity and reliability tests state that the questionnaire instrument used has a good level of validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination test shows that both X variables are able to contribute to variable Y. The results of the study are consistent with the theory that states that digital marketing (X1), service quality (X2) and electronic word of mouth (X3) are important factors that influence repurchase interest (Y). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial variables such as leverage, profitability, and liquidity on sustainability report disclosure in consumer goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. In addition, it examines the moderating role of firm size in strengthening or weakening these relationships. A quantitative approach was used, employing panel data regression to analyze the influence of financial variables and the moderating effect of firm size on sustainability reporting. The population in this study consists of all consumer goods sector companies listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2023, totaling 93 companies. A sample of 58 companies was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria that met the requirements for analysis. Secondary data were obtained from financial reports and sustainability reports published during the observation period. The results indicate that leverage, profitability, and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on sustainability report disclosure. Firm size does not moderate the effects of leverage and profitability but does strengthen the influence of liquidity on sustainability disclosure, aligning with the theory that larger firms possess more resources to support sustainability reporting. Companies are advised to improve the transparency of their sustainability disclosures by leveraging available resources, particularly when profitability and liquidity levels are high. Firm size also plays an important role. More comprehensive disclosures can enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder trust, supporting long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Research purposes:This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) on thrift clothing purchase intention with gender as a moderating variable. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 400 respondents who have purchased or are interested in thrift fashion products. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) to test the interaction effect between SMM and gender. Originality/Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the gender interaction approach in the digital marketing model for thrift products, which is still rarely studied in the context of Indonesian consumers. This study also contributes to the social media-based marketing literature with a focus on gender segmentation. Research Results: The results show that SMM has a positive and significant effect on thrift clothing purchase intention. Gender is proven to significantly moderate the relationship, with a stronger influence on the female consumer group. Findings from the multi-group analysis indicate that marketing strategies through social media are more effective in shaping women's purchase intention than men's. Implications: This study provides implications that digital marketing strategies need to be tailored to consumer demographic characteristics, particularly gender, to increase campaign effectiveness and purchase conversions in the thrift fashion industry.

Abstract

The development of digital marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop has posed serious challenges for small retail businesses, including in the city of Medan. This study aims to describe the marketing strategies applied by small retailers in the face of such competition. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of five small retail stores in Medan. The results show that the most effective strategies include WhatsApp-based delivery services, social media utilization, customer loyalty programs, and local community approaches. Stores that implement adaptive strategies experience an increase in turnover of up to 35%, while stores that do not innovate tend to stagnate. Small retailers still have a competitive advantage in terms of emotional closeness, flexibility of service, and quick response to customers. This study concludes that the key to the success of small retail lies in the combination of a simple digital marketing strategy and a locality-based relational approach. Support from the government and the business community is urgently needed to improve digital literacy and the competitiveness of small retailers in the digital era.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key element in industrial transformation, bringing significant changes in operational processes, management, and innovation. This study aims to explore the role of AI in various industrial sectors, including automation, data analysis, logistics management, and product development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting research data through observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that the application of AI can increase efficiency, productivity, and the quality of industrial output as a whole. However, on the other hand, the adoption of this technology also has a major impact on human resources (HR). This study found that AI shifts the need for labor from manual skills to technology-based skills, creating the need for reskilling and upskilling. In addition, this shift presents social challenges, such as the potential for structural unemployment due to the reduction of routine job roles. However, AI also opens up new opportunities, such as jobs in data analysis and AI-based system management. This study concludes that the role of AI in industry must be balanced with strategic policies that support HR development, to ensure that this transformation has a positive impact on sustainability. This includes training programs, increasing access to technology, and adapting to changes in the work ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of talent management in the context of public sector organizations using the theoretical framework of the Social Exchange System (SET). Through a literature review and a qualitative approach, the study highlights the importance of effective talent management strategies, including the fulfillment of psychological contracts and a supportive organizational culture, to improve the performance and retention of qualified employees. The results show that the success of talent management depends on the strategic mindset of talent managers who prioritize the process of recruiting, identifying, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with the talented workforce. Research recommendations include the development of an integrative model that combines these factors and the need for further studies in other sectors such as SOEs and companies listed on the IDX. These findings confirm that a comprehensive talent management approach can address public sector challenges such as workforce shortages and early retirement, thereby improving organizational performance and service quality.
