Abstract

The prevalence of stroke diagnosed by doctors in Indonesia in 2018 was aged ≥ 15 years (10.9%) or an estimated 2,120,362 people. South Sulawesi has the highest prevalence of stroke based on diagnosis and symptoms reported by health workers. Hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke caused by rupture of a blood vessel in the brain, which results in downstream ischemia and hypoxia. One of the interventions that can be done to overcome the decrease in intracranial adaptive capacity is to perform stage progressive mobilization. The purpose of the case study was to carry out nursing care in hemorrhagic stroke patients with reduced intracranial adaptive capacity using level 1 progressive mobilization interventions in the ICU RSUP. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The method used is a case study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. The results showed that level 1 progressive mobilization once a day for 3 days before and after the intervention found that level 1 progressive mobilization could be used to stabilize blood pressure, level of consciousness and oxygen saturation. The conclusion based on the results show that the implementation of level 1 progressive mobilization showed that on the first day to the third day of implementation there was an increasing in hemodynamic state, in this case the blood pressure improved, oxygen saturation increased and the level of consciousness increased. This indicates that level 1 progressive mobilization is effective in patients who have problems with decreased intracranial adaptive capacity

Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of methodology. For collecting data, a researcher-made questionnaire based on multi-attribute decision-making methods used in this study (test and evaluation decision method, network analysis method, simple weight total, and Linmap) was used, which were completed by ten experts familiar with the topic of sustainable energy management with at least ten years of experience in Farabi Hospital in Bastak city in Hormozgan province. Result: The results of data analysis indicated that reduction of fossil energy consumption, waste recycling, and renewable energy are respectively the most significant criteria for sustainable energy management in hospitals while employing equipment for reducing water consumption, installing automatic doors, and utilization of rainwater collection system are respectively the most important criteria for optimized, sustainable development Conclusion: According to the study results, the hospital managers are required to adopt combined solutions for energy management in the water and electricity sectors to focus on reducing energy waste and the use of new energy sources such as solar and rainwater.

Abstract

Examination for diagnosing sepsis or blood infections is conducted through blood culturing but this methode has several drawbacks such as a rather long incubation time. Therefore, the author has compiled this literature review to delve deeper into the potential and challenges of molecular diagnosis for blood infections or sepsis based on previous research findings. This Literature Review method was conducted using electronic databases including several databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and Semantic Schoolar. Base on the research, author get 8 journal that were discuccion in this journal. Molecular detection has potential function tn the future but research on the limitations of the method and optimization of PCR methods for detecting pathogens in the blood needs further investigation.
