Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti terhadap gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh pengarang dalam karyanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan unsur retorika yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Celeng Satu Celeng Semua karya Triyanto Triwikromo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif, dengan pendekatan stilistika. Berdasarkan analisis data, penggunaan majas dalam memberikan efek estetis berupa penyiasatan makna yang meliputi, majas simile, metafora, personifikasi, metonimi, sinekdoke, hiperbola, paradoks, dan alegori. Penggunaan penyiasatan struktur dalam memberikan efek estetis berupa kemelodiusan, kesimetrisan struktur kalimat dan penegasan penuturan yang meliputi repetisi, anafora, paralelisme, aliterasi, klimaks, antiklimaks, dan pertanyaan retoris. Penggunaan bahasa pencitraan dalam memberikan efek estetis berupa penyiasatan makna, pemberian gambaran angan, dan penegasan penuturan yang meliputi citraan penglihatan, pendengaran, gerakan, rabaan, dan penciuman.   Kata Kunci: Unsur Retorika, Efek Estetis.   Abstract. This research is motivated by the interest of author style in his literature. This research aims to described the used of rhetorical elements that is contained in short stories collection entitled Celeng Satu Celeng Semua written by Triyanto Triwikromo. This research used descriptive method, qualitative form, with stylistics approach. Based on the data analysis, the used of figures of thought that give aesthetic effect by using certain tactics to made a meaning including simile, metaphor, personification, metonymy, synecdoche, hyperbole, paradoxical, and allegory. The used of figures of speech that give aesthetic effect by melodic sentence, symmetrical structure, and confirmation of speech including repetition, anaphora, parallelism, alliteration, climax, anticlimax, and rhetorical question.  The used of imagery that give aesthetic effect by using certain tactics to made a meaning, giving a figures of thought, and confirmation of speech including visual imagery, auditory imagery, kinesthetic imagery, tactile imagery, and olfactory imagery.   Keywords: Rhetorical Elements, Aesthetic Effect.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether student’s misconceptions remediation using the 7E learning cycle model effective to reduce the number of student’s who exprecience misconceptions on simple machines in Junior High School 9 Pontianak. The method that used in this study is experiment study method with type Pre-Experimental Design study with plan model One Group Pretest-Posttest Design study. The technology removal of the example that used in this study is intact group technique and it is obtained at VIII C class that consist of 39 students. The instrument of this study is diagnostic test that consist of 9 multiple choice questions. Based on the data analysis, mean percentage descent numbers of the student's misconceptions is about 79,16%. The result of the statistic test Mc Nemar with dk = 1 and α = 5% showed > this result of test Mc Nemar show that have happened conceptual change on the students significantly. Cost of the normalised gain 7E learning cycle model in remediate student’s misconceptions is 0,78 (high category). The result of this study expected can be used as one of the alternative in remediation student’s misconceptions activity.  Keywords: Remediation, Misconceptions, Learning Cycle 7E, Simple Machine

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyse the influence of the Experimental Method against to students’ Learning Achievement in Science Class V Elementary School 25 North Pontianak. The material used in this research were about lighting, kinds of mirror, and optical devices. This research used Non-Equivalent Control Group Design of a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were V Elementary class students’ of Elementary School 25 North Pontianak. The samples of this study were class VA consists of 26 experimental group students and class VB consists of 24 control group students. The technique of data collection was measurement technique using a data collector as an objective test as many as 50 question. Then the data results were tested by using t-test. Based on the analysis results obtained tcount (1,684) > ttable(1,679)  so Ha is accepted . It could be concluded that there had differences between students’ learning achievement who use the experimental method with students who use the conventional learning. The calculation results effect size obtained ES of 0.34 (medium criteria). It means that learning by applying the Experimental Method give a moderate influence onstudents’learning achievement in the classV Elementary School 25 North Pontianak. Keywords: Influence, Experiment Method, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan yaitu media biji karet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengenalan angka melalui bermain dengan media biji karet. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berjumlah 15 orang, yang terdiri 9 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Lokasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah PAUD Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Kuala Mandor B Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan hasil analisis data, maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode bermain dengan media biji karet dapat meningkatkan pengenalan angka pada anak usia 4-5 Tahun di PAUD Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Kuala Mandor B.Kesimpulan penelitian tersebut dapat dijabarkan secara rinci sebagai berikut: 1) Berdasarkan hasil observasi, maka hasil kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran sudah direncanakan dengan baik. 2) Berdasarkan hasil observasi, maka hasil kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. 3) Berdasarkan hasil observasi perkembangan anak dalam meningkatkan pengenalan angka melalui metode bermain dengan media biji karet pada siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Pengenalan Angka, Metode Bermain, Media Biji Karet. Abstract:This study uses classroom action research. While the methods used are media rubber seeds. The purpose of this study is to know about numeracy through play with a rubber seed media. Subjects in this study were children who totaled 15 people, including 9 boys and 6 girls. Locations used in the study is early childhood Mekar Jaya District of Kuala Mandor B Based on the research that has been done and the results of data analysis, it can generally be concluded that through a method of playing with a rubber seed media can improve numeracy in children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Mekar Jaya District of Kuala Mandor B.Kesimpulan the research can be spelled out in detail as follows: 1) Based on observation, the result of the ability of teachers in lesson planning is already planned. 2) Based on observation, the result of the ability of teachers in implementing the learning has been implemented properly. 3) Based on the observation of a child's development in increasing numbers through the introduction of a method of playing with a rubber seed media in the first cycle and the second cycle increased.. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at describing the form of cooperation on integrated counseling activities, knowing the efforts to build students’ character, describing the existing obstacles in character formation, and formatting integrated counseling cooperation with character building efforts, and even the obstacles in Public Elementary School 27 of Pontianak. The research method employed was qualitative research with data analysis techniques through triangulation on the source and method of the research, supported by descriptive percentages. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation study, interviews, and questionnaires to the students. The results of the study are in the form of integrated counseling format that consist of the details of activities, goals, time, technique and counselors. Integrated counseling cooperation consists of components, namely principals, teachers, students, parents, and community leaders. Keywords: Character Building, Integrated Counseling

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Kartika Carathana Jita Vina Kodam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 82 anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan pengurus memiliki pengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Carathana Jita Vina Kodam. Hal ini dilihat dari t hitung > t tabel ( 12, 178 > 1, 9893 ) yang menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan nilai koefisien regresi linear diperoleh sebesar 0, 320 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar  10, 02%. Dari hasil penelitian ini hendaknya pihak pengurus koperasi lebih meningkatkan lagi di dalam sebuah koperasi seperti pengurus memiliki wawasan lebih tinggi, kualitas layanan lebih baik dan kerjasama selalu di jaga agar Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Catahana Jita Vina Kodam semakin lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Layanan Pengurus, Partisipasi Anggota, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Abstract : This research aims to knowing the influence of the service administrators against participation members of Credit Unions Kartika Carathana Jita Vina Kodam. The research used descriptive methode with study relationship research. The sample of research is 82 members. The results of research shows that the administrators have the influence toward participation of members of the credit union Kartika Carathana Jita Vina Kodam. It is indicated from the t count > the t table (12,178> 1,9893) which stated that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Meanwhile the value of regretion linear koefesien is 0,320 and the determine of koefesien (R2) about 10,02%. Because of the final result, the administrator of union credit should be upgrade the knowledge, quality services and cooperation for the better Credit Unions Kartika Carathana Jita Vina Kodam. Abstract

AbstractSelf- concept is an argued of people from what we think, about ourselves, and what we are desired.  The guidance of the group means an activity can also support educated participants in developing potential, and they can take benefits from learning experience to itself through a group. Therefore, this study aimed to know about participants’ self-concept through the guidance of the group at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya. This research used quantitative as a design, the researcher also used descriptive method and study survey to this research. The technical technique used an indirect communication techniques. The participant were 60 participants of the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya.  The study found that participants’ self concept through the guidance of the group with the actual score 3306 and the ideal score 3600 with range precentage 92% in category “high”.Keywords: Self-Concept, The Guidance Of The Group

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak perubahan sosial terhadap budaya ambik ari (gotong royong) pada petani Desa Nanga Kalis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 2,733 dan ttabel sebesar 1,983 maka thitung lebih besar dari ttabel atau 2,733>1,983 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perubahan sosial terhadap budaya ambik ari (gotong royong) pada petani Desa Nanga Kalis. Setelah melakukan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh besar koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 81% yang berarti bahwa perubahan sosial berpengaruh sebesar 88% (sangat tinggi) tehadap budaya ambik ari (gotong royong). Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 19% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak peneliti teliti lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Sosial, Budaya Ambik Ari, Petani.   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of social change towards ambik ari’s culture (the mutual cooperation) in the  farmer at Nanga Kalis Village. The method used in this research was descriptive statistical methods with correlation study. The results of this study showed that t-count 2,733 and t-table 1,983, so t-count was greater than t-table or 2,733>1,983. Hence, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It means that there was a significant difference between social change against ambik ari’s culture (the mutual cooperation) in farmer at Nanga Kalis village. After testing the hypothesis, obtained that the large of coefficient determination  (Adjusted R Square) was 81,3%, which means that the social change 81,3% (very high) to the towards ambik ari’s culture (the mutual cooperation). While the rest 18,7% were influenced by other variables that there searchers did not investigate further. Keywords: Sosial Change, Ambik Ari’s Culture, Farmer.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is titled ?Parents Social Control on Children in Using Smartphones (The Study in Dusun Sadong, Sungai Ambawang District. A common problem of this research ishow the Parents Social Control on Children in Using Smartphones (The Study in Dusun Sadong, Sungai Ambawang District? As for the sub-issues: 1)how the parents repressive social control on children in using smartphones? And 2) how the parents persuasive social control on children in using smartphones?This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation study with data collection tool of observation guide, interview guide, note book and archives. Informants in this research were parents and children. Positive impact for children using smartphones such as to facilitate children looking for tasks from school, entertainment, and introduce children to interact socially with peers through technology. However, the perceived impact is generally more negative impacts such as children less concentrated learning, lazy learning, declining learning outcomes, forgetful time, and others. The results of this research indicate that parents have done social control in children that are repressive and persuasive. Repressive social controls by parents on children in using smartphones through reprimands and punishment. Persuasive social controls by parents through invitations, appeals, directions, and guidance.  Keyword: Social Control, Repressive, Persuasive, Smartphones

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research was to find out the effectiveness of the use of Hyponymy in Teaching Vocabulary. This research was done using a pre-experimental method with intact-group comparison design. In this research, the population of the research was divided into two groups; experimental group and control group. The tool of data collecting was written test. The students were asked to answer 30 questions of multiple choise. From the data analysis, it was found that Hyponymy significantly improved students’ vocabulary achievement. It can be seen from the difference of the mean score of experimental group (76.96) and control group (48.62). Furthermore, the effect of the use of Hyponymy was strong in teaching vocabulary since the effect size is 1.83 (> 1.00) or categorized as strong effect. In conclusion, the use of Hyponymy is effective in teaching vocabulary to the eighth grade students of MTs Aswaja Pontianak in academic year 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah Perbandingan Intact-Group yang merupakan salah satu dari jenis metode Pre-Experimental dimana terdapat grup eksperimen dan grup kontrol. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis yang berupa 30 soal pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, secara signifikan Hiponimi dapat meningkatkan pencapaian kosa kata siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari perbedaan nilai rata-rata grup eksperimen (76.96) dan grup kontrol(48.62). Begitu pula nilai besarnya efek dari penggunaan Hiponimi yaitu 1.83 (> 1.00) atau masuk dalam kategori memiliki efek yang kuat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Hiponimi dapat menjadi teknik yang efektif dalam Pengajaran Kosa Kata untuk siswa kelas delapan di MTs Aswaja Pontianak pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015.
