Abstract

Abstract This  research was aimed to improve students’ activeness in speaking using Jigsaw II to class XI IPA 1 of SMAN 1 Kendawangan in academic 2016/2017. In this research, the researcher implemented Jigsaw II as the technique. The actions were designed in order to improve students’ activeness in speaking by discussing and presenting the material. The subject of this research were the students from class XI IPA 1 of SMAN 1 Kendawangan in academic year 2016/2017. The method of this research was a classroom action research. The researcher observed the improvement of students’ activeness in speaking by collecting the data through observation and measurement technique. The data were in the form of observation checklist, and field notes. The data were collected by analyzing field notes and observation guidelines during the research and by measuring the students’ mean score. This research was done in three cycles. The result of this research showed that Jigsaw II was effective to improve students’ activeness in speaking. The students’ mean score improved from 2.1 in the first cycle, 3 in the second cycle to 3.3 in the third cycle. It can be concluded that students’ activeness in speaking taught by Jigsaw II was improved. In other words, this technique can help the students to speak actively.   Keywords: Jigsaw II, Activeness in Speaking, Classroom Action Research Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam berbicara menggunakan Jigsaw II pada kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Kendawangan tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengimplementasikan Jigsaw II sebagai teknik mengajar. Penerapan dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan berbicara siswa melalui diskusi dan presentasi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Kendawangan tahun ajaran 2016/201. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Peneliti menyelidiki peningkatan keaktifan berbicara siswa dengan mengumpulkan data dari observasi dan catatan lapangan. Data diolah dengan menganalisis hasil observasi dan catatan lapangan selama penelitian dan menghitung nilai rata-rata siswa. Penilitian ini selesai dalam tiga siklus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Jigsaw II efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 2,1 pada siklus pertama, 3 pada siklus kedua, 3,3 pada siklus ketiga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan berbicara siswa diajar menggunakan Jigsaw siswa meningkat. Dengan kata lain, teknik ini dapat membantu siswa berbicara dengan aktif.   Kata Kunci: Jigsaw II, Keaktifan Berbicara, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

Abstract

AbstractThis research analyzed the form of Totokng Padi Dance Musical Accompaniment Performance on Samalantan Sub-district in Bengkayang Regency. The problem of this research were (1) How was the form of Totokng Padi Dance Musical Accompaniment Performance in Naik Dango Event on Samalantan Sub-district in Bengkayang Regency (2) How was the contribution of Totokng Padi Dance Musical Accompaniment Performance as the teaching material in teaching learning process at school. Descriptive metho in qualitative research with ethnomusicology approach was done to execute this research. The source of the data were Titus Jaman, Markus, and Sumiati. The data in this research were obtained through the interview and observation result in the form of voice records, photos, and videos about Totokng Padi. The technique in collecting the data were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Moreover, to test the validity of the data, the research used Triangulation (Triangulation Resources) The result of the research were music instument, player, stage arrangement, makeup, fashion, sound arrangement, lighting arrangement, formation, and the order of performance. These results were expected to be a contribution to the teaching material about Totokng Padi, to comprehend about the Totokng Padi Musical Accompaniment, uniqueness of Totokng Padi and exhibition (?) for grade 10 of first Semester in 2013 Curriculum.  Keywords: the form of the performance, Musical Accompaniment, Totokng Padi, Samalantan Sub-district.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe: (a) planning funds; (b) the organization of funds; (c) implementation of the funds; (d) the supervision of the fund managenent og BOS finds committed in SMP Negeri 3 Sambas. This study usesqualitative techniques of interview, and documentary studies. The type of data using observation extension, increase endurance, triangulation, discussions with colleagues and check. The results of this study are: (1) Planning BOS funds realized in the form of Plan and Budget Activity School (RKAS) are arranged based on the needs of the school within one year. (2) The organization in the management and disbursement of BOS is also contrary to the guidelines number 161 in 2014. (3) The use of BOS funds are not all used to plan and budget activities such as school fees are planned for one year. (4) The fungction of supervision in the  management of BOS funds have not been up done iether by internal or external oversight institutions. Keywords: School Operational Asistance Fund Management

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to know the impact of Inquiry Model on the learning outcomes of natural science student class v in Elementary School 30 south Pontianak. The experimental research method was used in this research. The form of the experimental research used was pre-experimental design which in one group pretest-posttest. Population in this research is all students grade V which consisted of 110 people. Sample in this research were students grade 5 which consisted of 30 people. Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained from pre test and post test. The results of dats analysis showed that mean score of the student?s post-test was 69,6. Based on the t-test analisis, thitung of  (8,84) and ttabel (1,697). Which means, thitung (8,84) > ttabel (1,697), thus then Ha accepted. The result of effect size was 1,80 which mean high criteria on ES>0,8. This means that learning with the use of kind of Inquiry models difference that high evolution learning outcomes from the classroom v in Elementary School 30 south Pontianak.   Keyword :  Inquiri Model, Study Result, Natural Science

Abstract

AbstactThe purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence the constructivism approach on learning outcomes of students in science learning class IV SDN 9 Siantan. The method used is an experimental method. The form of the experimental research used was a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study were all fourth grade students of  SDN 9 Siantan totaling 40 people. The average results of the post-test control class were 73 while the average results of the post-test experimental class were 80.5. Based on the analysis using t-test obtained t_count = 3.28 for dk = 38 and α = 5% is obtained t table = 1.686, which means t_count (3.28)> t table (1.686), then Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the constructivism approach to the learning outcomes of students in the science learning class IV SDN 9 Siantan. Keywords: Constructivism Approach, Learning Outcomes, Science Learning

Abstract

 AbstractThe background of this research was low student achievment, and there were still many students who had difficulty in solving the problems of atomic structure and periodic elements system. This study was conducted to determine the errors and causes of errors made by students of tenth grade IPA of SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak in solving the problems of atomic structure and elements periodic system. The method of this research was descriptive research. The subjects in this study were 37 students of class X IPA 6 SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Essay-based test and free-guided interviews were used to collect the data. The results showed that the percentage of understanding essential concepts, understanding the relationship between concepts and understanding the use of concepts to solve problems were 76%, 22% and 2% respectively. There were several causes of students' error. Students did not understand the preresquisite concept and which concept to solve the problems. Students were also careless of reading and found so hard to concentrate which lead them to make mistakes. Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to describe students? mathematical reasoning ability on the solid geometry matter of XII Grade MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive and the form of this research was case study. Subject of this research was students of XII MIPA 2 Class which consist 32 students. The techniques of data collection were mathematical reasoning ability test and interview. The results in this research shows that students? mathematical reasoning ability fall into the medium, low, and very low category, because there are 7 students (21,88%) were in very low category, 6 students (18,75%) were in low category, 17 students (53,13%) were in medium category, 2 students (6,25%) were in high category, and no students (0%) were in very high category. Some affect the students mathematical reasoning ability were in medium, low, and very low category because some students have not been able to form a conjecture and gives reason on their conjecture, most of the students can?t mathematic manipulating, and some students can?t finding a patterns against a mathematical phenomenon.Keywords: Mathematical Reasoning, Mathematical Reasoning Ability, Solid Geometry

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes introduction to behavioral economics Economy Education Student Guidance and Life Style Tanjungpura University's Pontianak. The research method used is associative research methods and forms of survey research. The population consists of 279 students and the sample totaled 74 students. Test results hypothesis testing with simple regression coefficients (t test) that there are significant   learning   outcomes   introduction   to   behavioral   economics Economy Education Student Guidance and Counseling consumption Tanjungpura University's Pontianak with value t count < t table (0.660 <1.994),   then   H0     accepted   and   Ha   is   rejected,   the   Coefficient   of Determination Test (R2) that, learning outcomes introductory economics life syle of Economics Faculty of Teacher Education students Tanjungpura University's Pontianak by 0,6%. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Introduction to Economics, Life Style

Abstract

AbstractThe tittle of this thesis is ?pattern of educational interaction in childcare (studies group of fishermen in village Nibung subdistrict Selimbau Kapuas Hulu)? problem in research this is how pattern of educational interactional in children. This study aims to determine shape child care for fishermen groups, within this research method used is qualitative with deskriptif. Research result 1) pattern of educational interaction within shape push and guide child, giving by motivation, coercion and persuasion. Invite their children fish, processing fish into salted fish, wey creackers and dry crackers to make money and so that children can be independent. 2) pattern of educational interaction within shape parent and child collaboration, working together to find fish, working to process fish and paerticipate the community activities. 3) pattern of educational whitin shape potential of children, develop children?s with children way make fishing gear, make wet crackers dried crackers from salted fish. 4) pattern of educational interaction within shape control children, everything a child does always control by parents, when the child is working there is good control so that no mis takes occur and if something goes wrong, it is corrected immediately.Keywords: Pattern Interaction Educative, Parenting Child, Group Fisherman.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA menggunakan metode kerja kelompok di kelas IV SD Negeri 30 Nanga Biaban Kecamatan Sekadau Hulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam melalui metode kerja kelompok dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dan mendapat respon yang baik dari siswa. Pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam melalui metode kerja kelompok dapat memicu peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil tes akhir pada tiap siklus yang mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata yaitu pada siklus 1 nilai rata-ratanya 65,27 dengan ketuntasan individu sebanyak 12 siswa dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 66,67% dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus 2 sebesar 67,94 dengan ketuntasan individu sebanyak 17 siswa dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 94,47%.   Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Kerja Kelompok, IPA   Abstract: This study aims to describe improving student learning outcomes in learning science using methods of group work in class IV SDN 30 Nanga Biaban Sekadau District of Hulu . The results showed that the Natural sciences learning through group work method can increase students' activity in learning and got a good response from students . Learning science through group work method can lead to increased student learning outcomes . It is shown from the results of the final test on each cycle to increase the average value that is in cycle 1 the average value of individual mastery 65.27 with a total of 12 students and classical completeness amounted to 66.67 % and the average value in cycle 2 at 67.94 with the thoroughness of the individual as much as 17 students with classical completeness of 94.47 % .   Keywords : Learning Outcomes , the Working Group , IPA
